17/04/2026: This place was a wonderful surprise for me: a true hidden gem in Sassari's culinary landscape. Run by a very kind and welcoming gentleman (who is also the chef), this little restaurant is exactly what I've been looking for: authentic sushi, far from the chaos of the all-you-can-eat restaurants that now dominate the city. The fish is incredibly fresh and of excellent quality—you can really taste the difference. It's an experience reminiscent of Japan, with attention to detail, where you can sense the passion of those who pursue this cuisine with dedication. If you're tired of eating sushi made with low-quality fish, this is the only place in Sassari worth stopping by. It will definitely become my go-to. Highly recommended!
