29/07/2025: We chose to stay at Sa Tanchitta for the Samugheo masquerade event... and we couldn't have made a better choice! A truly incredible place, surrounded by nature, with an authentic family management: everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. We asked if it was possible to be dropped off and picked up from the festival (which is about 15 km from the village), and Gino, the owner, was incredibly kind: he didn't hesitate to drop us off and pick us up, even though it was late. The rooms were clean, fragrant, air-conditioned, and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast was excellent, with homemade local products, simply perfect for starting the day. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, sincere hospitality, and an authentic stay away from the chaos of the city.

12/08/2025: We visited this restaurant with high expectations, thanks to the meticulously presented, almost gourmet-style dishes. Unfortunately, the aesthetics weren't enough to save the dining experience. We ordered spaghetti allo scoglio, but the dish was deeply disappointing: bland flavor, lacking character, and a sauce that was far too reminiscent of frozen supermarket sauce. It had nothing to do with the freshness and complexity a seafood first course should offer. Also noteworthy was the wait: despite the extremely kind and professional wait staff, we had to wait almost an hour for our first course. This is a difficult wait to justify, especially considering the final quality of the food. A real shame, because the service is undoubtedly the restaurant's strong point. With more attention in the kitchen—both in the choice of ingredients and in managing the time—this restaurant could truly take a leap forward.

02/08/2025: A quiet little place with a friendly owner. Super fresh fish. The €35 menu with six appetizers and a choice of first or second course is recommended. We chose the Carloforte bluefin tuna, which was truly special. Highly recommended.

13/08/2025: At first glance, Hotel Mistral 2 in Oristano may seem like a large, unassuming building, but behind its exterior lies an excellent establishment. The free underground parking is very convenient, and the restaurant is truly excellent, both for the quality and the generous portions of the dishes. The recently renovated rooms are modern, welcoming, and comfortable. In the summer, the pool is a strategic addition for relaxing and cooling off. A stay that fully deserves a 5⭐.

08/04/2025: We went to this pub for both breakfast and then lunch. The place is welcoming with a fairly large outdoor area. The cappuccino is delicious and the burgers are equally good and tasty, to be accompanied by an excellent craft beer.

08/03/2025: I've been to Ales several times for work, it's already the first time. I went in by chance for a coffee and found a friendly and quiet environment. I went back again and had difficulty tasting the particular beers and sandwiches. I highly recommend it and will return again

31/07/2025: Reservations are a must for Sunday lunch. The fish is of good quality and quantity, and the all-inclusive fixed menu costs €40. I think the bottarga appetizers are very tasty and a bit too satisfying. We took the grilled fish home and ate it that evening without any problems. Highly recommended.

26/07/2025: The food was average, and the service and hospitality were subpar. The fixed-price menu is cheaper if you have kids. It's a shame the food was also lacking (completely). The lack of attention and rudeness at the end of the meal ended the evening on a high note.

02/03/2025: Stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday in February for lunch. The place is empty and we think about leaving. Despite this, we ask if they also have something to eat and they reply with a big smile that there is always a steak and 2 potatoes. We accept and are pampered by Giando who is very thoughtful and serves us 2 beautiful, truly excellent steaks, very tender and really tasty, cooked to perfection and a lot of excellent potatoes, plus beer and coffee we pay €40 for 2 all seasoned with his authenticity. He tells us to come back and try his baked pasta and his carbonara. And we will!
