23/09/2025: Highly recommended. Very peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. If you're exploring the island, love nature, and want to unwind, this is the place to stop. We stayed there for seven days and had a wonderful time. The owners make you feel at home, very comfortable. They cook wonderfully, and the food is delicious! We'll definitely be back.

18/11/2025: Il Caminetto is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Cabras. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with attentive and always smiling service that makes you feel truly welcome. The dishes are a tribute to Sardinian tradition, prepared with the freshest ingredients and expertly presented. The fish is extraordinary: authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in presenting each dish and the chef's ability to enhance the flavors without ever weighing you down. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I highly recommend Il Caminetto to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience in Cabras. I will definitely be back!

10/11/2025: We chose it because it has eels on the menu and were satisfied. There were eight of us and we were greeted kindly and cheerfully. Everything was delicious, well-cooked, and plentiful. We ordered something extra, and in fact, we had two mixed fried fish and calamari left over, which we asked to take away. Smiling and joking, the waiter echoed our joke: "Nothing goes to waste," and added that they used to have people to whom they gave the leftovers of customers who knocked in the morning asking for them, but now the customers ask for them too... This bitter joke doesn't detract from the quality of the restaurant: excellent table linens, cleanliness, and everything was excellent. Above all, another waiter, not the same one, thanked us for our cheerfulness. Thanks to you too for everything

01/10/2025: CAUTION!!! GLASS IN THE FOOD! I ordered a salad and bit into a large piece of glass. After I told the waiter, he said it was a scam and I should leave the restaurant. Stay away. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

03/10/2025: It's October and the restaurant was packed. We ate very well. First course: spaghetti with bottarga and clams, mixed fried fish, and house dessert: seadas with fig cream. Excellent! Four of us spent €162 with house wine, coffee, and filo pastry.

24/09/2025: Came for dinner early at just after opening without a reservation. Luckily we did as people were being turned away at 8pm. They served fresh and tasty dishes with some being specials for the night. The fried ravioli with bottarga filled was interesting. The fried seafood was a huge portion and all tasted very good. The pasta was also a huge portion. There is indoor and outside seating.

01/10/2025: Super delicious pizzas, a huge selection, and special requests are easily accommodated. Very friendly pizzaiolos who shape the dough before your eyes and use only fresh ingredients in a simple, clean atmosphere where you immediately feel at home! Top-notch!! 5 stars!
