The pizzas were fantastic, as was the dessert (seadas with honey), the wine was impressive for a "house wine," and the service was truly attentive. The price was also right, so we'd gladly come back if we're ever in the area again. Grazie!

This time, at the suggestion of friends, we decided to head to the town of Baradili (OR) to try the pizzas at a restaurant called AL RANCH.
As usual, we booked by phone, so upon arrival, we were greeted by a restaurant manager. After confirming our reservation, we asked her to show us to our table.
She pointed out the area from a distance, inviting us to sit at the back of the room, where we could choose between two different tables, either a chair or a bench.
We insisted again, asking her to show us to our reserved table, and she finally did. (But we didn't precede her.)
The restaurant is spacious, well-lit, and pleasant.
At the time, the place wasn't crowded.
After a couple of minutes, a small ceramic bowl (like those at packaged ice cream shops that contain ready-made cream) was brought to our table. I'll tell you more about that later.
In the bowl were 16 white olives.
After receiving that, we were expecting some more appetizers, but nothing else arrived to accompany the olives.
Service was prompt when we ordered our pizza and beer. (Only bottled beer is available.)
The pizzas arrived quickly and were a standard size and delicious.
At the end of the tasting, a young waitress came to the table and asked if we'd like dessert. After hearing her suggestion, we ordered two crème brulee, which were shortly thereafter served in the same bowls as the ones in which the olives had been provided.
So we decided to test it out and asked her if we could have the terrines, which were usually included in the frozen pastry/gelato shop, after the tasting.
She said no, but when asked specifically, she said she'd ask the owner anyway.
Shortly afterward, the same young woman who had greeted us at the entrance returned to us, saying she couldn't give us the terrines because she needed them to hold the cream they made on site.
Of course, we smiled, knowing full well that the value of those items didn't exceed 1 euro anyway. So, for a paltry sum of money that they could certainly have spread across the bill if they'd wanted, they made a poor impression on new customers.
Moving on, shortly afterward, a young waiter came over and asked if we'd like something to drink, perhaps a digestif. When asked what else was available besides the Mirto liqueur he'd offered, he wasn't able to give a prompt answer; specifically, he was asked if they had rum.
The young man then moved on and returned shortly after, stating that yes, they only had one variety of that drink, which was then ordered along with a small glass of Mirto and two coffees.
CONCLUSIONS
The place is nice.
The distance between tables is proportionate and sufficient.
The young staff, though well-mannered, could use better training.
The pizzas we sampled were average.
The bill was in line with the drinks.
The relationship with the customer on his first visit was completely negative. He asked for a simple item, which was ultimately denied, despite its modest value.
It should be noted that the courteous gesture would have shown empathy toward the customer, effectively providing indirect advertising.
While useful, I would like to point out that in several establishments abroad, but also on the peninsula, customers sometimes ask for a local item as a souvenir.
In some cases, the item is regularly sold to the customer, as there is even a price list, while in others, if its value is significant, it is given as a gift.
P.S.
To avoid any unintelligent comments, I'll clarify that, although I'm a good cook and a lover of good food, fortunately I don't need those terrines. 😉
In any case, good luck.

Nice place, friendly and very fast service, delicious pizza, and perfect Seadas!
For those who come with a camper to the beautiful Baradili camper area, this place is truly perfect! Too bad it's only open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the low season 😅
Well done, anyway!
