01/05/2026: We ate very well, and drank just as much (you have to have an aperitif first at Sorsi e Sorrisi da Pierpaolo and then you'll understand). The place is very nice, and the friendliness of the staff deserves five stars.

20/05/2026: This small, authentic shop exudes the scent of ancient Sardinia. It's well worth a visit. You'll find artisanal products there: homemade breadsticks in a variety of flavors, organic extra virgin olive oil, and a plethora of Sardinian biscuits... The Sardinian biscuits are even better than the pizzas/focaccias.

29/03/2026: A must-stop while walking around Bosa. Pick up some bread, buns, grissini, and other typical Sardinian specialties. The owner is very kind, and places like this are a great way to support the local community while traveling. Go early if you want to find the best things.

17/05/2026: On May 16th, we booked a table for 9:45 PM. From the very first moment, our welcome indicated organizational issues between the crowded restaurant and the takeout service. After about ten minutes of waiting, we were assigned a table. They took our order and delivered our drinks almost immediately. From then on, the wait for our pizzas became interminable. After an hour and a half of waiting, we decided to ask about our pizzas, but no response. The third person we asked for information, hoping for an immediate response, told us that "we still had to wait about ten minutes" and that they had problems with the oven. After a 10-minute wait at 11:18 PM, while they were still serving the other tables, we decided to get up and go pay for the drinks. At checkout, the cashier, sounding like she wanted to be right, told us "that our pizzas were in the oven" and that "it wasn't her fault if people weren't coming to work." At 11:30 PM, we had to find something to eat, especially since we had drunk beer and were unable to drive. That said, we will never return to Alchimista and DO NOT RECOMMEND going there. The only positive note was that they had the decency to not charge us a cover charge.

17/05/2026: We sat down at 9:00 PM and waited over two hours for three pizzas and a steak, two of which arrived cold, as did the grilled vegetables served with the steak. One pizza was brought to us the wrong one. When we reported the wrong pizza, we were told it was the right one... and then they took the wrong pizza and threw it aside... An endless wait for all the tables; many people at the adjacent tables got up and left without even eating. When it came time to pay the bill, we weren't given receipts, and we even got the wrong change. Never an apology for the endless wait... never again, too bad.

19/04/2026: Terrible. 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting for a single dish of very sad gnocchi, a pile of fries, and two insignificant scallops with mushrooms. It's a shame because I had even booked days in advance. The staff and kitchen were improvised. I'd change my job.!!

11/03/2026: Excellent place, the food is truly delicious. Fast and attentive service, with truly friendly and courteous staff. Spacious, secure parking. I will definitely be back.

25/04/2026: SCAM ALERT: Tiny Portions, frozen "food," Avoid this beachside rip-off! Drawn in by the flower-filled, shaded terrace, we got thoroughly ripped off : - €16 for a fried calamari platter= tapas size frozen and elastic chunks of "calamari" & a sad lemon wedge. - Fish tastes like it was thawed in a microwave 18€ - Fake 5-star reviews? Check the 1-stars—they’re the only honest ones. Save your money (and your appetite). Walk away.

26/05/2026: In short... with two "questionable" cocktails for a total of 17 euros, at least two olives or some peanuts... would have been fine. Instead: nothing. Just the view.

02/05/2026: The best spot for a cocktail at sunset! Chilled music and friendly staff! A magnificent view over Bosa all the way to the sea! There's a great selection of cocktails, and you can sit comfortably inside, in front of the bar, or on the fortress wall. Leave your car in the parking lot down below, as the road further up is a dead end and difficult to turn around. There are only a few resident parking spaces anyway…

02/11/2025: Dance venue, live music, DJ. Affordable, mixed atmosphere, with adults aged 30 and up. Bar in smoking area and non-smoking dance area.

28/12/2025: Truly awful, always the same story... You go to the MC drive thru and something is always missing from the order... it seems they do it on purpose, but today it was worse... 20 minutes in line at the MC drive thru and they immediately stopped taking orders at 2:01 despite the last cars in line and then left them there waiting without even warning... so this evening it's their fault we didn't have dinner, truly heartless people.

24/10/2025: Accurate with orders, quick and courteous service, impeccable customer service; professionalism combined with courtesy and customer care. Their offerings are extremely versatile: from breakfast to aperitifs, from a quick lunch to after-dinner drinks. A lovely, well-managed establishment with top-notch staff. Highly recommended.

04/10/2025: The worst bar I've ever been to. The only thing that sets them apart from other bars is their higher prices, RUDENESS, and terrible service! This is definitely the first and last time.

08/09/2025: A delightful surprise. We'd never been to a mussel restaurant before, but the four of us discovered this place. Mussels are cooked 12 different ways, from the most traditional to truly original, yet always delicious. To top it all off, there are appetizers, seafood first and second courses, and desserts. Prices are reasonable, but not breaking the bank. A must-try for mussel lovers (and not just those).

17/04/2026: Super cute Bar in the middle of a small village Tresnuraghes, under a big olive tree, on a sunny side with tables outside🤩Absolutely tasty fresh hot focaccia with bacon being served with Aperitif! What do you want more?!🔥 Our children were excited about this Focaccia👍😍 Additionaly, we tried the Pizza-slices (Lunch offer)- very good! The bar offers as well a Sardinian specialty – "seadas". Thank you, we will be back!
