The most complex Mac I know. It seems more suited to drive-throughs than on-site dining; in fact, ordering a chicken Mac with coke while the place is almost empty can take up to 15 minutes. Definitely above average.

Today we went to McDonald's on Via Cagliari. The atmosphere was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Kudos to the staff and the food! We'll be back often.
