16/07/2025: It's always a pleasure to go to Sa Valasa. I've often played with my band (@cavalliacoustic) at weddings. It's a charming location on the shores of Lake Gusana. Excellent food and impeccable service. We've always had a great time.

30/01/2026: 🌞 I discovered delicious coffee, prepared with care and passion. The atmosphere is truly comfortable and pleasant.
But the real highlight is the staff: friendly, cheerful, and kind. They made my visit truly enjoyable.
If you're looking for a place to enjoy excellent coffee and receive excellent service, this is the place!
5 stars without a doubt!

10/02/2026: Beautifully situated on the beach. The food was generally very good. However: The Fish of the Day. For €32, it was a small disaster! Really small, so little fish for that price! I immediately said something, but the owner immediately defended himself, insisting he was in the right and showing no consideration for the customer. I even had to pay extra for the fried potatoes I ordered because there was so little fish for so much money. What annoyed me most was that I was even charged for the coffee, even though I had complained! A coffee is usually free! They only offered cheap Citroen liqueur to appease me. Still very disappointing! The owner was extremely uncooperative!
25/10/2025: We were here in the off-season and had a quick bite to eat. The service was great and the food was fresh and delicious 😋. We sat comfortably and looked directly out at the sea 🌊.

24/10/2025: Excellent and attentive service without being intrusive! Multilingual and very friendly and patient with questions about the dishes. Very good food, a large selection, including regional dishes.
Beautifully set tables and a delicious red wine.
In summer, a fantastic view from the terrace of Dargali below, both day and night.
We come here regularly and always enjoy eating here. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
Since we live nearby, we can't rate the hotel, but it's very romantic, and the drive up the mountain is worth it.
12/10/2025: A great place to stay for a hiking holiday, nestled in a virtually untouched landscape with numerous hiking opportunities. Guests feel welcome here, and excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine is served with very attentive service (even with half-board). Creative and healthy packed lunches are prepared for hikes.
We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

03/10/2025: We stayed here at the beginning of October. The people were very friendly. The prices are absolutely fair and reasonable, and the ambiance—right in front of the church—made the stay particularly pleasant. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!

16/10/2025: Unfortunately, the steak, ordered medium-well, only saw the grill briefly from a distance. At least the side dishes were delivered upon request.
14/10/2025: Stopped in for lunch by chance with my girlfriend, and it couldn't have been a better choice. We ordered two plates of Sardinian kebab with potatoes. It was truly delicious; it was the first time I'd ever eaten it, so it's probably a dish they invented. The homemade sauces were also excellent. The waiters were very kind, and the atmosphere, including the music, was truly relaxing.
