16/07/2025: It's always a pleasure to go to Sa Valasa. I've often played with my band (@cavalliacoustic) at weddings. It's a charming location on the shores of Lake Gusana. Excellent food and impeccable service. We've always had a great time.

05/07/2025: Excellent in location, service and preparation of dishes. New services. They do not present a menu but there are no surprises when paying the bill, prices more than fair.

19/10/2025: Fine food, excellent wine selection. Friendly, competent, and prompt service. English is spoken. Very nice outdoor area with many different gazebos, pavilions, and a bar. It was cold during our visit, so we ate on the glass-enclosed veranda. I was able to have my espresso outside. Reservations are recommended, as you'll get a particularly good table. Tip: The Grazia Deledda Museum is right next door and well worth a visit!

19/10/2025: The pizza was truly amazing, reminiscent of a true Neapolitan pizza. The dough was simply perfect. The appetizer (Caprese) was okay, but nothing special. Service was polite. By 9 p.m., the restaurant was full, so it must have been popular in the village.

17/10/2025: A very good restaurant, excellent cuisine, courteous and prompt service, and a service that immediately attends to guests' requests. This location can only be highly recommended.

05/11/2025: We ate well! The staff was completely absent and inattentive. We were served by a guy with earrings who was completely pissed off. The place was nothing special.

24/10/2025: Excellent and attentive service without being intrusive! Multilingual and very friendly and patient with questions about the dishes. Very good food, a large selection, including regional dishes. Beautifully set tables and a delicious red wine. In summer, a fantastic view from the terrace of Dargali below, both day and night. We come here regularly and always enjoy eating here. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Since we live nearby, we can't rate the hotel, but it's very romantic, and the drive up the mountain is worth it.

12/10/2025: A great place to stay for a hiking holiday, nestled in a virtually untouched landscape with numerous hiking opportunities. Guests feel welcome here, and excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine is served with very attentive service (even with half-board). Creative and healthy packed lunches are prepared for hikes. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

22/06/2025: What can I say, it was a pleasant surprise. This pizza was recommended to me by a friend. I decided to try mezzometro with my parents, all 3 of us were satisfied. Light and tasty dough. First choice ingredients. So what can I say .... excellent pizza 👍👍👍

02/06/2025: Come sempre ordiniamo le pizze , di solito siamo in tanti, ma ieri eravamo in 3, scegliamo i gusti e ci viene una pizza a metro di 2 gusti e una tonda , la signorina al telefono gentilissima e molto paziente. Le pizze arrivano super puntuali e la momento di pagare il ragazzo delle consegne anche lui molto gentile, ci fa sapere che la pizza tonda era in omaggio ... wow a bocca aperta ... iniziamo a mangiare e sappiate che era buonissima, ben cotta condita al punto giusto, le papille gustative in visibilio ... prendete le pizze da loro non ve ne pentirete ...

10/08/2025: We come here every year when we're in Sardinia. The pizzas are the best around. And the desserts are also outstanding. The value for money is excellent. My only minor criticism is the wait time when the restaurant is full.

27/10/2025: Great experience. All food was fresh, well cooked and pretty much traditional Sardinian. The taste and presentation of all the meals we had were revealing the skills and passion of ambitious chefs. Sardinien white wine and was very tasteful. 25/10/2025: Even though we didn't have a reservation, thanks to their kindness and persistence, we managed to get a nice seat. The oven-baked fish was deliciously breaded, and the Vegetariana 2.0 pizza was the tastiest we'd had in Sardinia. A definite recommendation.

05/10/2025: Perfect pizza. We ate Burrata and Bufalina. It doesn’t get better than that.

04/10/2025: The place is very traditional, and the service is wonderful from the blonde girl who served us with a big smile and kindness. We ordered the traditional island dish and pasta Bolognese. If I could go back in time, I'd order the traditional pasta dish; everything was incredible, but I'd order the other one. It's well worth trying, and it's not as expensive as I've seen elsewhere. It's perfect, and you're full. An Aperol, a juice, a Coca-Cola, and water. About €60 for six people.

28/10/2025: The welcome was rather cold and the service unpleasant. The dishes were decent but lacked real taste or distinctive flavor. The prices are reasonable and the portions adequate, but overall the experience lacked warmth and enjoyment.

27/10/2025: Sentence with an x... that was probably nothing! I have no idea what the dish was called, it was basically goulash. Not good! 20 euros for a few dry chunks of meat. Mixed salad... no no no, I'm used to that from Italy. All in all, 108 euros for 3 people... what a shame!
