14/10/2025: Stopped in for lunch by chance with my girlfriend, and it couldn't have been a better choice. We ordered two plates of Sardinian kebab with potatoes. It was truly delicious; it was the first time I'd ever eaten it, so it's probably a dish they invented. The homemade sauces were also excellent. The waiters were very kind, and the atmosphere, including the music, was truly relaxing.

09/10/2025: The absolute best in Nuoro: well-leavened dough, filling yet light. Plus, it's well-topped and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend it.

05/09/2025: Small restaurant, just a few tables, Japanese cuisine with a touch of Sardinian ingredients, very pleasant. Friendly service. We opted for the tasting menu, which includes six courses chosen by the chef, including a dessert as the last course. Super fresh fish, seasonal local produce, and creative choices. With a bottle of sparkling wine and a liqueur, the bill came to around €130 in total—perfect! We'll be back!

02/09/2025: We visited this restaurant during our 2023 vacation and it was an excellent experience! We ordered both à la carte and, at the manager's suggestion, the gourmet menu, where the chef prepared dishes he personally recommended. The dishes were truly excellent, made with quality ingredients, and the fusion of Japanese and Sardinian cuisine was truly creative and well-balanced. The manager was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always smiling! We will definitely be back!

I found a beautiful setting, the staff were kind and always available, and a fantastic menu prepared by Chef Simona who left us all speechless. 13/10/2025: A hotel with hidden charms. I stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. While I had to get past the decorum, it's certainly not unpleasant; the atmosphere is very homey. The rooms are spotless and the amenities are excellent. Of all the hotels I've stayed in on this island, the staff here are the most welcoming and approachable. This hotel is definitely recommended!

09/10/2025: We had the best dinner we ever had in Sardinia. Meat was so crispy and fregola with red shrimp was a 11/10 and tiramisu was our favorite too. We would definitely go back again when we are in Sardinia

05/09/2025: The owner and the girls in charge of preparation have been welcoming us, with their spontaneous and delightful kindness and courtesy, for over 10 years now. This pizzeria offers a variety of sizes of pizza, each with a wide variety of toppings to suit your taste, all of which are impeccable in quality. The four of us, with our sweet tooth, regularly order the largest tray, which you can choose from with up to 15 different flavors. We find the zucchini, Sardinian sweet, and mint to be spectacular, but there's truly so much to choose from. A special mention goes to the pasta, crispy and golden on the inside, with a fragrance and digestibility that we've truly only experienced here. At the end, they give you a box to take away any leftovers, which are always delicious when reheated the next day. Super-fair price: a large tray, a 66cl Ichnusa and a 33cl (note the pleasant finesse of the chilled mugs fresh from the freezer), and two small bottles of water, totaling €50. Warning: this is a top-notch pizzeria serving pizza by the slice, so one of the great things about it is that the tray with the pre-sliced ​​pizza is brought to the table and you eat with your hands, no cutlery or plates—just generous paper napkins. So stay away from those who don't like it if the service isn't provided by waiters in suits and white gloves with top-notch tableware, etc., etc. Here, the focus is rightly on substance, which has never let us down even once over the years—quite the opposite. Better to book: around here, everyone knows this place is great without even reading the reviews... Long live the quality, kindness, and honesty that can still be found all together here!
