The welcome was warm and friendly. We trusted the waiter's recommendations. The house wine was excellent. We will definitely return when we need peace and authentic hospitality. The price of our lovely lunch was absolutely fair.

The food wasn't particularly good quality; let's just say the dishes arrived cold, the pork was dry, most likely reheated from the previous day, and the prices were inappropriate. Very disappointing. The bill was high compared to what we ordered. We found ourselves with double dishes on the bill. Like two grilled meats.

17/05/2026: Good food, the only problem I encountered was that the daily menu didn't list the ingredients, so I had a small but personal problem: since I personally can't eat chili pepper, I found all the dishes that had it, so my only advice is to list the ingredients on the daily menu as well. However, other than that, the atmosphere was excellent, excellent food, and the service was friendly and courteous.

29/06/2026: The restaurant has many tables available. When we went during the third week of June 2026, we did not book. However, the place was almost full, hence a reservation on the higher season, might be advisable. You can enjoy the view of the sea while eating. We ordered a plate of fried seafood, a sea bream and some entries. They bring us also the tipical pane carasau. Portions are small and overall, considering the price, the quality of the food was not consistent. While the fish was fresh and tasty, the fried seasfood seemed to be frozen: the calamari were a bit chewy and overall the flavor was bland, as the plate was not properly seasoned. I understand that you pay for the location, but the quality of the food is just as important. And after paying almost 80 euros, I feel that they ripped us off a bit. It definitely take advantage of the tourists. Not recommended. We suggest to buy some food on a closeby supermarket and eat on the beach, as many locals do.

28/06/2026: As Belgian tourists, we thoroughly enjoyed our day at Su Barone Resto Beach Bar in Orosei. The comfortable sunbeds under the sun canopy were ideal for completely unwinding. In the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed and truly spoiled by the owners. The quiet, family atmosphere, the super-friendly service, and the pleasant staff made our experience complete. The chef's special was delicious, and the local dessert was the perfect ending. Congratulations to the owners for their passion and hospitality! Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy good food, relaxation, and a warm welcome on the beach during their holiday in Orosei. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

06/07/2026: Very nice, well-maintained restaurant, good, fresh fish. The only sore point was a mix-up with the waiter. I ordered half a plate of fried calamari without vegetables, and he ended up charging me for it as a normal portion. I pointed out the mistake on the bill, and they told me I hadn't ordered a half portion, but a full one without vegetables. Next time, I'll order with the recorder on.

06/04/2026: A very well-organized family-run agriturismo at the entrance to Sindia, halfway between Macomer and Bosa. In the warmer months, guests can use the pool, which features loungers and a dining area. The traditional dishes, from appetizers to desserts, are all locally sourced. The ricotta ravioli, the meat or fish fregola, and the wide array of seasonal vegetables are particularly delicious. Everything is plentiful! In the evening, guests can enjoy excellent pizza. The service is fast and competent. The owner, always kind and smiling, is very attentive to her guests' needs and makes them feel right at home. Highly recommended!

12/04/2026: I went to try the pizza, curious about the reviews. To be honest, the pizza isn't one of my favorites. Neither meat nor fish. The dough is well-cooked, the crust is good, and that's a big plus, but I don't like the American-style sliced ​​mozzarella; it's all greasy and too solid. It should definitely be changed for something higher quality; I didn't find any buffalo mozzarella on the menu. To recap, the dough is good, but I didn't like the ingredients. PS, we got two Margheritas! Helpful staff, spotless place, well-spaced tables, fair price.

When I paid—I gave him a €20 note—the (young) waiter supposedly had to go into the shop next door, which is connected internally by a door. When he returned, he gave me the change, but not the €10 I was owed. Only when I told him I had given him €20 did he apologize and give me the €10 back. You can draw your own conclusions.
