15/09/2025: I went here because I really wanted a good sandwich. They were about to close, but despite the late hour and my tiredness from the day, the staff were incredibly kind and made me a sandwich I'll never forget.
I chose a mortadella sandwich: the bread was clearly excellent quality, it seemed homemade, fragrant, and crispy. The mortadella was top-notch, with an authentic flavor.
Beyond the quality of the food, I want to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, whose smiles and courtesy made this experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such attentive and human service.
I highly recommend this place: not only for the delicious food, but also for the friendliness of the staff.

Perfect place to get sandwiches to eat by the sea or on the go (the fillings are made fresh).

14/08/2025: The focaccias are delicious, we especially enjoyed the stracchino one. The farinata is also delicious.
The waits, however, are terrifying; there's only one person serving, and when someone comes to take a very large order, you get stuck for a long time.
09/08/2025: In my opinion, the best farinata in the city, the pizza by the slice is also delicious, very low prices.

07/12/2025: I moved to Iglesias about three years ago for work, and since I have a severe gluten intolerance, I initially had no place to go. Later, I gradually tried various restaurants both in Iglesias and the surrounding areas. I must admit that the best pizza restaurant that also serves gluten-free food is, without a doubt, Buddys in Iglesias.

24/11/2025: Very good pizza, with a variety of doughs to choose from. We chose a classic dough and a thin, crispy Roman-style one. The quality and attention to detail in the ingredients are excellent. The beer is good, but the only downside was the desserts, which we didn't like; they were too sweet and heavy, and we couldn't finish them. The 5 stars are for the pizza and the restaurant.
04/11/2025: My partner and I went to dinner last night. We ordered two delicious Sardinian pizzas with a Fanta and an excellent craft beer recommended by the staff. We'll be back, thank you!

The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, ideal for both a family dinner and a meal with friends. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place worth trying and returning to!

12/09/2025: It was by far our best pizza experience in Iglesias. It's a place more for the locals than for tourists, and that is exactly the charm of it. They have a very interesting and generous menu. All the classics and a few interesting specialties. But the real deal is the stuff. . . I love and still miss them. .
01/09/2025: We stopped by Iglesias for a walk and discovered this pizzeria. We ordered pizza by the slice because we were passing through, and they were truly better than many of the pizza by the slice places in Cagliari. Congratulations! 👏

24/10/2025: We were treated very kindly. We didn't have a reservation during peak season, but we still got a table (2 adults and 2 children). Communication was good, even though we didn't speak Italian.
The food was really good quality, I have to say. We had tuna and the kids had pasta.
The portions aren't as generous as you'd expect in Germany. But I think it's comparable to the other restaurants on Carloforte.
Overall, I would recommend it. They're also a bit cheaper than the ones on the promenade.
I think we'll eat there again on our vacation this year.

The traditional first courses were top-notch! Especially the curzetti!

31/10/2025: I came for lunch and ordered a salad.
After a half-hour wait, it finally arrives, but when I ask for bread... he must have gone to Milan to get it, because it took forever for it to arrive.
The place is nice, no complaints there, but the service really leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because with a little more attention, it could have been a pleasant experience.
15/10/2025: A very nice bar full of paintings and objects from Sardinia.
