03/08/2024: While passing through for food and wine expenses (wine, bread, cheese and honey), the producers suggest we try the typical dishes of Cibus. We arrive on a hot July day, almost as they close, and we find a kind and very friendly welcome that immediately puts us at ease. We tasted: local oysters, Sappueddus with sheep ragu (an excellently prepared, tasty and delicious dish that we all appreciated) and sheep ribs (cooked to perfection). We chat with the chef who entertains us with his expertise and knowledge and we arrive at the café after having had a super pleasant lunch break. Highly recommended

27/07/2024: I'm not too generous with votes but in the case of Cibus I can do it with pleasure, taste, service and atmosphere accompany you throughout the evening. You can choose between seafood or land menus but also traditional dishes.... in short.... it's all there! We went 2 times in 15 days and the last time with my son and his girlfriend.... my lily ate the world. It was a pleasure to have a chat with the chef and I would also like to say hello to our very nice and good waitress who, unfortunately, I didn't ask her name! To next year!!

18/08/2024: Excellent pizza restaurant, perhaps one of the best pizzas in the area, fair prices, courteous staff, perhaps a small flaw in the slowness of the service, at least as far as the pizzeria is concerned, the sector could be strengthened. For the rest everything was good and excellent beer served properly in frozen mugs... well done. To be recommended.

16/08/2024: The pizzeria restaurant is simple and welcoming, with an internal and external air-conditioned room (overlooking a not too busy road). The pizza, there is a lot of choice, is good and prepared with fresh and tasty ingredients. Very good desserts. Definitely recommended!

28/06/2024: We had dinner with friends in this farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Cleanliness and care of the greenery at the top as well as the kitchen. Excellent prices.

23/06/2024: Una location bellissima, immersa nel verde, con un giardino , curato, pulito. La cucina ricca di sapori genuini e ottima qualità. Il personale professionale, accogliente, sorridente. Persone veramente delizione. Il luogo perfetto per fare una sosta dopo aver visitato le grotte.

19/08/2024: Quality and fresh fish, kind and knowledgeable staff, we had a celiac boy with us, very kind and prepared, average prices but with very good fish, the tuna was super as was the mixed grilled fish, perhaps a little the mixed fried fish .very good starters I really recommend it, I recommend booking

17/08/2024: Nice place near the port where you can eat excellent fresh fish. I recommend a trio of starters, fregola with seafood, spaghetti with clams and bottarga, catch of the day and red tuna Carlofortina style. There is a wide choice on the menu that is able to satisfy all palates. Don't miss the desserts (the pardule are delicious). Good quality/price ratio. It is necessary to book in advance as it is always full for both lunch and dinner. The owner and all the fantastic staff make you feel at home.

03/08/2024: Today is only the second time I have been to this beautiful place, and there will be many more!! Excellent and special food, top cutting boards and meat, the presentation of the cutting boards is fantastic and what's more, everything is truly super excellent!!! Qualified, kind and friendly staff!! I would say the chef or chefs are non-professionals but more!!! The location is thrilling, if you arrive early you can enjoy the beautiful sunset!!! Fast and super operational!! Thanks to Francesca, Asia, Fabio, Alesssndro and all the staff!!! I'm already planning the next dinner!!! Great beer!!!

24/08/2024: Beautiful restaurant, relaxed but chic atmosphere, excellent food and generous portions (I had to leave two pieces of monkfish because I was full!). We took a Rais menu and a seafood tasting menu: what delights!! We will definitely be back next year - when we go on holiday again. Honest prices for excellent quality. Impeccable service, the waitress very kind, prepared, professional and fast.

09/08/2024: Intrigued by the positive reviews we decided to stop for dinner, I recommend booking because there are few tables but the place is really nice and furnished with style! The waitresses were very good and knowledgeable, but let's get to the food, what can I say...fabulous!!! All very good fresh fish and perfectly prepared! To finish on a high note we took the creme brulee which I recommend everyone to order! Very good is an understatement! one of the most popular restaurants so far! Absolutely worth going back!

21/08/2024: Really very good food and cooked really divinely! Reservations are recommended at least for lunch by 1.30pm otherwise they won't let anyone in anymore, due to the restaurant's needs. I advise you that I also didn't know how to taste tuna, which is caught on the island, so recommended dishes I would say tuna or typical of the island.

01/09/2024: Non ci siamo! Prenotato per una cena in famiglia....è stato come andare a mangiare ognuno per conto suo. Attesa biblica tra l'ordinazione e il ricevimento del primo e unico antipasto. Si passa poi, dopo altra attesa che farebbe saltare i nervi anche al Dalai Lama, all'arrivo del primo dei due primi piatti. Si è provato a mangiare lentamente per aspettare almeno il secondo dei due primi per avere almeno l'impressione di mangiare inseme ma non c'è stato verso. Altra attesa millenaria e la sorpresa dell'arrivo del contorno del secondo senza che del secondo ci sia traccia per almeno un'altra trentina di minuti. Arriva il secondo primo che viene finito prima dell'arrivo del secondo che l'ultimo della famiglia mangia in solitudine e senza contorno ormai già mangiato per la fame. Tra i numerosi solleciti ai camerieri (veramente squisiti) che non sortiscono effetto in cucina, si crea una sorta di mesta complicità tra gli sventurati avventori dei vari tavoli che condividono la stessa triste sorte e preferiscono a questo punto buttarla sul ridere, senza contare, ahimè,gli straniti stranieri in balia di attese a cui probabilmente non sono abituati e a dire il vero nemmeno noi che siamo italianissimi. Niente da dire sul cibo, buono, certo non eccezionale, ma che in fin dei conti passa in secondo piano, svanendo tra le nebbie di una lunga, inspiegabile ed estenuante attesa.

01/09/2024: Cena di coppia in calda serata estiva. Tavolo esterno, ambiente carino, pulito, buona accoglienza da parte del personale. Menù completo soprattutto di pesce. Antipasto di mare per 2 + fritto e gnocco. Ottimi. Per finire ottimi raviolini ricotta + crema al limone: veramente strepitosi! Conto in linea. Nessuna sorpresa. Allontanatomi dal locale ho dimentica il telefono cellulare sul tavolo. Dopo mezz'ora ricevo una chiamata sull'altro telefono (quello dal quale avevo fatto la prenotazione), per avvertirmi della dimenticanza. Raggiunto il locale ormai a tarda ora ho ritrovato il personale ancora al lavoro e con cortesia e simpatia mi hanno restituito il telefono, scherzando ed amichevolmente prendendomi in giro!! Grazie ancora ragazzi!! Tornerò sicuramente da voi sia per il cibo che per la simpatia!!!

06/08/2024: Carloforte is a beautiful little town and Pomata Bistrot is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The service was extremely friendly and the food was excellent. We had pizza, pasta with a tomato sauce (the best I've ever had), mussels and tuna. The prices are very moderate. We'll definitely be back!

02/08/2024: It's one of our favorite places when we visit Carloforte! The food was delicious, tasty and of high quality with generous portions. The service was fast and kind. The only flaw, the heat in the room! Not because the place is not air conditioned but because of the arrangement of some tables in the room. I recommend booking.

19/07/2024: Ambiente piacevole. La caffetteria dispone di un'ampia selezione di vini che è possibile acquistare. Caffè molto gustoso e a prezzi ragionevoli. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. I prezzi sono generalmente molto equi.
