The food is truly delicious: tasty dishes, quality ingredients, and excellent presentation. What makes the difference, however, is the staff: super friendly, smiling, and attentive to the customer without ever being intrusive. Excellent value for money. 10/05/2026: Excellent experience. Very quiet place... tastefully decorated with lounge music in the background. 500 meters from a large, very affordable paid parking lot. For the rest, what can I say... You have to go. Extensive menu. Very special appetizers... As for the first and second courses. Generous portions. The cheese board: 4 types of cheese, each one better than the last. For the first course, a tonnarello (water and flour) made by them... It was amazing. For the second course, pork cheek served stew-style... And baked potatoes. This dish was also truly superb... And get the house wine... A 13.5% ABV Cesaese... which helps cleanse the palate incredibly. Finally... If you're looking for a place in Tivoli that's different from the historic Ciocco, Sibilla, etc., go to this place. I forgot, they also serve fish...

15/05/2026: We chose to dine at Pani e Casu based on the numerous positive reviews we'd read online. Our overall experience, however, was far from our expectations. The cheese appetizer was good. Next, we ordered the ricotta and spinach ravioli and the artichoke ravioli. Unfortunately, they left us a bit skeptical, both in terms of flavor and appearance and shape, which were more reminiscent of a packaged product than a homemade one. We asked the wait staff for information, who were helpful, explaining that the ravioli come from two different pasta factories; nevertheless, the feeling remained. The snails and tripe were also good, but overall, we expected more than the reviews suggested.
