It's a regular event for us. The horse blood steak, cooked rare with oil and parsley, is an absolute must. Freshly cut and exceptional French fries, and to finish, a wonderful tiramisu! A guarantee!

We went to Jope's a week ago on a Saturday. What can I say? It was a fantastic evening, there were six of us—five adults and a five-year-old girl. Let's start with the welcome: smiles, courtesy, and a clear presentation of the menu. The little girl ate first; there was no need to ask or specify. They understood our needs immediately and recommended a cut of meat suited to her palate, and she devoured her fillet. When our food arrived, which was a short wait because the wait was truly minimal, we were all satisfied! We loved everything about the appetizers, meat, and side dishes. Highly recommended!!!

For meat lovers, this is the best restaurant in Quartu. The cuts are top-quality and the service is worthy of the cuisine. The place and staff are very welcoming. Recommended.

I've been to Ristorante Jope and had a great time. The meat is excellent quality, and you can taste the care taken in selecting the cuts. Special compliments to the griller: precise cooking, juicy and flavorful meat, with a truly expertly managed grill. You can sense the experience and attention to detail. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. A place I'll gladly return to.
