08/03/2024: I was here for a pizza dinner with relatives. Being in the center it is a little difficult to find parking, although I was extremely lucky to have found it very close, almost at the time when the paid one ends, located outside the pizzeria. You enter the internal room from the bar. Some olives were already waiting for us at the table, to whet the wait. Very kind staff, ready to fulfill our requests and answer questions about any allergies. According to the people who were with me, the pizza was very good, but I found it a little salty. Good tiramisu. Really great price. I will come back to try lunch or dinner too.

You will eat a pizza made with the hands of the world pizza champion, and not a champion just because he is good, but certified, with a cup on display and the competence and wisdom of someone who has a passion for their work! Always up to date on everything, fresh and possibly Sardinian ingredients, well-leavened dough, you can also find and taste his artisanal panettones, Easter doves, in short, not just pizza! The place is super clean and welcoming, the staff are very kind and friendly, waiting times don't exist! Believe me... you absolutely must try his pizzas!

28/01/2024: It will be difficult to find such a good pizza at these prices in 2024 by consuming on site, the staff is ultra friendly and helpful. Furthermore, they offered us a sweet pizza with Nutella and strawberries at the end of the dinner, 4 seasoned pizzas, 2 portions of mixed fried seafood, free drinks and sweet pizza, for a total of 50 euros; 12.5 per person. Difficult to do better.

24/07/2023: We have known this pizzeria for some time and every year we return to Sardinia it is an obligatory stop also because the specialty on Fagottoni is something extraordinary and cannot be found anywhere on the planet. Raw materials of absolute freshness and quality. They are always amazing with a smile on their faces. Keep growing your ideas and your specialties. Thank you with all my heart.

29/12/2023: It's our reference pizzeria. We have always found the pizzas excellent, with a punctual home delivery service and with thermal containers always guaranteeing the heat of the pizzas ordered. The possibility of paying with a debit card at home, thanks to the adoption of a portable POS, is an indispensable plus for us. The dough is always easy to digest and the raw materials in the toppings have always seemed excellent so far. Well done! but be careful, don't lower the quality, because in Quartu and in the area where we live, the possibility of choosing different pizzerias is enormous.

12/12/2023: One of the best pizzas in Quartu, the only negative I can say is that the established delivery time is often not respected, which is not a delay, it's something else!

05/04/2024: Contacted us last month for a quote: a wedding anniversary dinner. After a few days I received the proposal for 40/50 guests as I requested. Proposal that granted one of their rooms exclusively and two options, dinner served at the table or alternatively buffet dinner with different costs. The proposal interested me so much that I went, after indicating the contact, at the times indicated to talk in person and understand any other variations. Arrived on the scheduled day, Mr. A, contact person writing the emails, was not present. I was welcomed by the facility staff who apologized for the absence of Mr. A, who had had to move to work for another facility. I speak with the Chef who gives me information on the dishes offered and I am shown the only available room. The same evening, I always contact Mr. A. by email referring to my visit and the small change that they would have liked to make to the menu . Absolute silence for a week after sending 2 reminder emails and a phone call asking to be contacted. Today I received a reply via email where the estimate was changed by as much as 5.00 euros per person and I was informed that the room that had been proposed to me would only be available for 50 guests and up. I went there to better understand why he was retracting what he proposed. It goes without saying that he found a very unwelcoming person, he stated unknown reasons with an unprofessional manner who claimed to have explained everything via email that it was not convenient for him to give the room exclusively to less than 50 guests. I wonder if I know that my guests are between 40 and 50 and I ask you for a proposal because you are offering me an exclusive room, yet it is clear at a glance that 40 is less than 50. When I refer to the 5.00 more per person he tells me but how do you eat the cake and do you wash the plates and forks? It just wasted my time. I felt sorry for the boy and the Chef who welcomed me on the first evening because due to the owner's rudeness he definitely didn't go to taste their cuisine

Equipped with a panoramic terrace on the beach and on the other side you can see the Molentargius where the flamingos, many of them, and other species of the avifauna of this naturalistic oasis. Excellent aperitifs, platters, pizzas and seafood first and second courses.
