Servizio e professionalità non mancano personale di sala preparato e cortese, ma i piatti mi hanno deluso, soliti antipasti, poi ho preso Tagliatelle alla clorofilla, ragù di triglia, bottarga e zafferano senza nessun sapore ne legante tra gli ingredienti. Pasta con i ricci salatissima. Fascia prezzo dicono 25 € - 55 € (forse solo con antipasti).In sei persone dove due non hanno preso neanche il primo, 6 antipasti 4 primi, 4 dolci e due bottiglie di vino da 20€ cadauna, 75€ a persona. Veramente esagerato per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Prima e ultima volta.

03/03/2024: Very very nice place in the alleys of Tivoli we ate really good and light pizza... specialties of which I was delighted with the "kisses" filled with cooked ham and mozzarella, excellent supplí and well seasoned bruschetta... we spent very little very very much honest. Definitely worth trying, highly recommended Unfortunately negative update given my last positive experience I wanted to return to this restaurant, well reluctantly it definitely got worse, 23 euros for a plate of cold cuts and other small samples of parmigiana seems a bit exaggerated to me not for the quality but for the quantity. a bit poor, we ordered 2 slices, both grilled and one with rare balsamic vinegar...they both arrived with rocket and parmesan and one was well ahead of cooking. We keep the other. I ask him to make it again without the vinegar..I get it with the vinegar I decide to eat it anyway...this too is over medium cooked and a bit hard, long wait between one course and the other, I don't know what happened but the quality/price ratio isn't there, I'm sorry because the place itself for itself it is beautiful and would have excellent potential but there is a lot of confusion about the service and in the kitchen in my opinion. To date I don't feel like recommending it

22/03/2024: A very pleasant surprise, the photos you see are of the seafood menu, 2 starters and on their own initiative they brought us the third, first, second and dessert. We also had 2 cocktails and a bottle of wine. I mention the excellent quality, the plating, the combination of flavours, the crunchiness of the bacon with the octopus, the crispy and dry frying at the right point, the desserts, the courtesy, friendliness and kindness of Stefano who followed and accompanied us along the entire tasting process. All at excellent prices, we were under 45 euros per person, in other places we would have been around 60-70 euros each. I'll leave the photos to judge, in any case for me I rate 10 cum laude. In addition to the white wine being finished before we even ordered, the first courses arrive and we are served some rather filthy dishes. After the request to change them, one continues to be dirty and the waiter, evidently irritated, delivers the plate to the opposite side of the table saying "pass it to the girl". The second courses arrive, but the plates and some cutlery arrive after at least 10 minutes, despite numerous requests, the sausage was raw and we found hairs in the potatoes. Very slow service. Bad experience, shame about the location
