19/09/2025: The waitresses have always been polite to us. From what I gather, there are only two of them, unless there's a major event, when there's more staff. There are plenty of tables, both inside and outside. The food was served quickly and was good! The pizza gets a solid 8.5/10 :) The spaghetti alla bottarga is a bit too boring in my opinion (besides the pasta and bottarga, I didn't taste anything else there), but I didn't have anything else to compare it to. I've had better tiramisu. We went three times. The radio was always loud in the background.

28/12/2025: I agree with this generally negative review, but I've often frequented the restaurant for lunches and aperitifs and have always been quite satisfied, both with the location and, of course, the food and service. After today, I've decided I won't be returning on weekends, especially on Sundays when Poetto is (rightly) crowded with locals. We've noticed that the quality of the food and service suffers tremendously from overcrowding. This isn't so much due to the somewhat lengthy wait times we'd been warned about by the waiter (who was extremely busy but clear, kind, and helpful as always), but rather due to the obvious under-sizing of all the dishes we chose: the fried calamari was okay, but the mussel soup was decidedly more meager than usual, some of the mussels tasted bad, and the liquid, uncoordinated sauce was far below the restaurant's standards. The final insult was the grilled food for 1 person (which we shared like all the other dishes) costing a whopping €25, consisting of what you see in the photo: a tiny fish, an equally tiny cuttlefish, and two prawns, accompanied by what they call a dip (can a piece of fennel, half a carrot, a radish, and the rest be considered such?). This time, the quality-price ratio was truly negative: we spent €70 for two and went home hungry. No one asked us for feedback at the cashier, the waiters did the same, but it was understandable given that they were very busy. In short, a real disappointment that we certainly won't have the opportunity to experience again any time soon.

20/01/2026: Pizza, perhaps the best in Cagliari. Truly well cooked and tasty. I was disappointed the next day with the first course, linguine carbonara, lukewarm, almost cold, and with cream. The veal tagliata, on the other hand, was well cooked, soft, and tasty.

26/09/2025: We ordered a pizza to take away, but it had nothing to do with a pizza; the base was more like a tarte flambée. We had no idea that such bad pizza could be found in Italy.

03/04/2026: We had the pleasure of spending four wonderful nights in this dreamlike hotel and felt like we were in paradise from the very first moment. Upon arrival, we received an incredibly warm and friendly welcome, making us feel instantly at ease and completely at ease. Our room was new, modernly furnished, and, most importantly, spotlessly clean – it was immediately apparent how much love and care went into its upkeep. We were particularly impressed by the whirlpool, which was an absolute highlight for us every day and made our stay truly special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was also outstanding – fresh, plentiful, and prepared with great care. It truly left nothing to be desired. The entire team was exceptionally attentive and welcoming; they anticipated our every need. Such thoughtful and attentive service is a rare find. We also particularly enjoyed the hotel's peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. This tranquility and pleasant serenity made our stay perfect and gave us a wonderful escape from everyday life. For us, this stay was simply fantastic and unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

25/03/2026: Very nice hotel! We only stayed for one day, but it completely convinced us. Everything was very clean and pleasantly quiet, making it easy to relax. The breakfast was perfect – great variety and excellent quality. A special mention goes to the staff: extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. We were also able to conveniently rent bicycles, which made exploring the area very easy. We slept extremely well – the beds were very comfortable, and with the curtains fully blocking out the light, the room was perfectly dark for a restful night. It’s a great place to truly relax and recharge. The hotel is a bit on the expensive side, but in our opinion it offers a truly luxurious experience and is worth every penny. Compared to our two-night stay in Cagliari, this was the complete opposite – much higher quality and far more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

10/11/2025: This restaurant and bar overlooks a beautiful sea and beach. It's often crowded, so table service suffers. Prices are a bit higher than the actual wait time or the comfort of a table/chair, including drinks. Otherwise, it's very comfortable and well-stocked. The food is good and varied, including high-end dishes. The juice is a bit pricey (a small glass costs €4.50, a tall glass €9). The staff is friendly and courteous, and the place is definitely worth a visit. Keep in mind that you can't park in front of the restaurant because it's restricted to a pedestrian area. And I can confirm that, even though the staff changes over the years, they're always friendly.

22/10/2025: Waited 30 minutes just to find out that the owner didn't update the opening times, neither on google nor on the website. Super unprofessional!

21/10/2025: An absolute insider tip in Villasimius! Dry Hop is the perfect place to enjoy the evening with a really good beer. The beer selection is excellent – ​​many varieties on tap. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and creates a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. The food (e.g., burgers) was also surprisingly high quality – fresh, creative, and perfectly matched to the beer. A place with attention to detail, great people, and a really good vibe. A clear recommendation – we'll definitely be back! 🍻

15/10/2025: An absolute insider tip, the waitress's recommendation won us over. The calimari fritti were perfectly seasoned 👌 The starter is enough for two people, as the pizzas were rather large. The service was very friendly and attentive. My only complaint to the restaurant owner: please get a pepper mill. This would make it look more authentic 🤌
