12/02/2025: My recent dinner at "I Sarti del Gusto" in Cagliari was simply perfect. From the moment I entered, the welcoming and elegant atmosphere immediately won me over. The staff, incredibly courteous and knowledgeable, were able to advise us and guide us in choosing the dishes with passion and competence. Each course was a true work of art, both for the presentation with attention to the smallest details and, above all, for the explosion of flavors that delighted my palate. The very fresh and high quality ingredients, expertly combined, enhanced the aromas and flavors of the Sardinian tradition with a touch of originality and innovation that I particularly appreciated.

14/04/2025: It has been a few years but I haven't forget the great experience. We tried to walk in at 6pm but they were fully booked. However, the server was very kind and said they can take us in if we can finished in an hour. Then we had the best pasta with clams ever. Look forward to return to try more dishes next time when visiting Sardinia. Thank you.

14/04/2025: The Florio bar is one of those intimate but not boring places, which always offers different proposals. It may happen that you stop for an aperitif and take advantage of the beautiful pedestrian area - which almost seems like a small glimpse of the 60s where people on the mild evenings in Cagliari put their chairs in the square and chatted - and realize that suddenly a party has broken out in the its small space - but always open to exhibitions and creative installations - sometimes techno, sometimes jazz, sometimes fusion... and your aperitif becomes an after dinner. Excellent Sardinian spirits and food and wine products.

06/03/2025: I didn't see the rooms, we stopped after booking for lunch, there were 11 of us, they served us divinely with spectacular dishes, we ate everything, each excellent course prepared with care and a special taste. We will definitely come back and recommend it!!! Ate really well, a lot is spent just right!!! TRUE FARMHOUSE WITH HANDMADE PRODUCTS AND FAMILY RAISED MEATS!!! Spectacular

04/03/2025: I stumbled upon it by mistake while wandering around looking for something to eat on the fly after a fairly intense day of work. I went in expecting a piece of pizza and off I went. I was enraptured by the small pizzas but above all by the fainé (I hope I remembered the right name) and by the friendliness and enthusiasm with which I was welcomed. I can't guarantee that I will be able to return because I come from Lazio but I can sincerely recommend it to those who are looking for something special and perhaps don't have much time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️

09/12/2024: The cappuccinos are very good, and the coffee in general is worth trying. There are delicious Sardinian pastries in the morning. In summer, the ice creams are excellent.

Round of appetizers for 2 hot and cold pex: mussels au gratin, gianchetti, deviled octopus, snails, tuna, beans and onions, spring mussels, red prawn tails, scabecciu, octopus salad. first x 2 pex: seafood foil. 1 Sorbet, 1 lemon cake, 1 coffee 2 bitters Total €109.50
