11/07/2025: Unheard of. Rudeness and slowness. We booked, arrived a quarter of an hour late (we booked days in advance and left our name and phone number). They had already assigned the table to someone else. They rudely told us we should have arrived earlier and that they wouldn't wait for anyone (moreover, you can't even let us know if we're late, even though the girl at the time of booking had been told a table was for 9-9:30 PM and we hadn't been told anything about it). There are ways to treat a customer, and this is the worst. They still found us a table after standing for minutes with a small child and elderly people. We ordered fries and they brought us soft chips from a bag. We pointed this out, and in an annoyed way they took them away. Pizzas arrived 45 minutes later only after a reminder (and in the meantime they were delivering takeout pizzas that had probably been ordered later). It's all a real shame because this way they lose customers and because the pizza was worth it, but this is unacceptable.

11/07/2025: Having made a reservation a few days earlier for 9:00 PM, we arrived at 9:15 PM and were told the table had already been assigned. After a bit of a wait, we were seated. We ordered pizzas, which arrived a full 45 minutes later, even after a reminder! How strange! We ordered a portion of fries and were served tasteless ones straight from a bag. The pizza was good, as was the location, but everything else was so-so. I don't know if I'd go back.

01/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante la nostra prima sera a Nardò. Il nostro nucleo è composto da 6 adulti e 4 bambini. Parto dal locale dicendo che è un ambiente che mette sin da subito a proprio agio tra il bianco della pietra risaltano colori forti e fantasie di suppellettili e complementi di arredo che trasmettono allegria. Passo alle pietanze. Noi abbiamo preso tutto, dagli antipasti ai secondi, a base di pesce ed un antipasto misto. È stato veramente tutto eccezionale dalla freschezza della materia prima alla trasformazione.. buonissimo davvero! Il vino consigliatoci molto buono. Il personale è celere e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Credo che chi decide di visitare Nardò e le zone limitrofe almeno una volta deve provare questa cucina. Noi abbiamo veramente passato una serata distensiva e soddisfacente. Grazie per come svolgete il vostro lavoro e lo dico con la massima riconoscenza onorando proprio la giornata di oggi 1 maggio.. 01/05/2025: Cena in famiglia, prenotato così spassionatamente, senza molte aspettative, ed ecco la sorpresa. Premetto che eravamo in 10, di cui 4 bambini. Cena eccellente, abbiamo preso diversi tipi di antipasti tutti prodotti freschi e sfiziosi (tartare di gamberi, cozze gratinate, fritto della tradizione, polpettine di polpo). Abbiamo assaggiato poi due primi, gnocchi con crema di zucchine, cozze gamberi e un pasta fresca con i ceci, e anche qui nessuna delusione buonissimi entrambi anzi con la voglia di rimangiarli. Come secondo due fritti di calamari e gamberi vermanete ben fatti, un fritto non pesante e prodotti freschissimi. Ovviamente non è mancato il vino. La gentilezza della proprietaria ha fatto da ciliegina. Il locale è carinissimo, un po nascosto, ma vale la pena andarci.

06/01/2025: Outstanding cocktail bar and small plates restaurant with a charming atmosphere. Owners Lucca and his wife prepare excellent cocktails with top end ingredients. Good selection of wines also available.Nice background music makes Cardinal a can’t miss option. Very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommended.

03/01/2025: Very elegant and quiet environment, refined and sophisticated dishes where chef Luca expresses all his creativity and experience! Kind and courteous service with Irene who welcomes you immediately and makes you feel at home! Unique place where you can enjoy aperitifs different from the usual, where you can drink well at the right price! Highly recommended

01/07/2025: Good restaurant overlooking the Santa Maria al Bagno seafront. We went to this restaurant for lunch or dinner several times during our vacation and we always had a good time. The appetizer of the day was excellent (shrimp salad), the mussels in tempura, the tuna tartare. Of the first courses we tried the linguine with clams, with seafood and the penne alla corsara, good but slightly below par compared to the appetizers. Of the second courses we particularly appreciated the tuna steak and the grilled cuttlefish. Excellent wines to pair. If I really had to find a point to improve, I would advise the kitchen not to put only half a scampi on a dish that includes scampi as an ingredient. At least one whole one should be put in. Another slightly sore point, but not the restaurant's responsibility, is the busy road on the seafront that distracts a bit from the magic of the place facing the sea. In any case, I highly recommend the restaurant.

30/06/2025: Over the years it has lost a bit of its shine: penne alla corsara is always good, but apart from the empty clam shells... little substance in the pasta. Fried food needs to be totally revised, rubbery and hard. The Egyptian mussels are saved, very tasty and abundant. The price is not exactly cheap, on the contrary; but do you want to put dinner in front of the sun drowning in the sea?! The only question is this: is it worth it?

19/06/2025: We had lunch today at this wonderful location in Piazza Salandra, the main square in Nardò, family-run, food with attention to detail, stratospheric pucce, not just a simple bistro, but a niche of peace and pampering. We sincerely thank dad and daughter (the owners). Highly recommended!! ❤️

11/07/2025: La pizzeria é rustica, dai sapori veraci come quelle di una volta. Le pizze sono eccellenti, con ingredienti di ottima qualità e abbondantemente farcite. Servizio gentile e cordiale. 4pizze, acqua, coca, caffè: 50€, direi molto più che onesto

06/07/2025: Ragazzi alla fine ho mangiato bene e speso il giusto. L'unica cosa incomprensibile è il ritardo tra le patatine e la pizza. Avevo quasi finito la birra che si era scaldata. Eravamo 4 gatti tra sala e fuori a quell'ora. Fai le pizze per i clienti nella pizzeria e poi fai l'asporto o quello che volete fare. Cioè mi fai scrivere la comanda e alla fine non è un problema, ma 30 minuti non devono passare tra patatine e poi na pizza. Forza ragazzi che non credo sia difficile risolvere questo problema.

11/06/2025: I ate a really good sandwich above my expectations and a salad that was equally good and rich The only flaw was the dessert, a cheesecake that was presented very well but was frozen and therefore impossible to eat. You would have had to wait half an hour for it to at least soften if it weren't for the fact that it was presented with cream that certainly didn't have the same times
