14/09/2025: Delicious sandwiches, quality ingredients, absolutely fair prices, and a qualified and professional staff. This favorite sandwich shop has become a regular stop for us in Nardò. It's a truly well-maintained, high-quality establishment, with a great focus on customer service. The other night, the owner even prepared the Paulaner sandwiches before pouring them into a glass, carefully chilled, something virtually no one does around here. A detail that truly elevates the service. I'm not giving it 6 stars because 5 is the maximum.

16/07/2026: Delicious pizza and an exceptional view—I don't think there's anything else to say. But for the sake of completeness, I'll also say that the service is quick and the staff is courteous and professional. If you don't have a reservation, the wait can be long, but the staff always tries to accommodate everyone. Highly recommended!

03/06/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. I sat down and simply asked for a gin and tonic with an aperitif. To my surprise, the waiter asked me what I meant by "aperitif," demonstrating a lack of knowledge of a basic restaurant concept. After explaining that I wanted something to snack on with my drink, I was told they would bring olives, taralli, and cashews. When I explained that I was expecting something more substantial, I was offered a simple calzone to share. The problem was that in the end, only the calzone arrived: no olives, no cashews, nothing of what was initially promised. A confusing and disorganized service from start to finish. The waitresses were unprofessional and unwelcoming, with attitudes that made me feel uncomfortable rather than welcome. Furthermore, the place didn't convey the impression of cleanliness or care at all. The most frustrating thing was the final bill: €15 for a gin and tonic, a Coke Zero, and a small shared calzone, without even the basic accompaniments one would normally expect from an aperitivo. In the restaurant industry, simply serving a drink isn't enough: you need expertise, organization, customer service, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I found none of this in this experience. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a proper aperitivo.

I'm not a coffee drinker, or at least I'm not the picky type, but their coffee is delicious, so much so that I asked where they buy it from. 😀 It's excellent coffee in every way, and for someone who knows nothing about it, that says it all! Delicious even without sugar, a real treat! I recommend it. The friendliness, helpfulness, and hospitality are also top notch, so I definitely give it 5 stars!
