08/01/2026: Highly recommended. Excellent food, refined yet generous dishes, and spectacular rosé wine. The location with a sea view is superb. Special mention goes to all the staff, the young people are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We'll be back.

06/01/2026: We ate there on a Sunday last summer. I don't want to make a comment that embarrasses the hard work of the staff and the management of the restaurant/facility, but rather offer constructive criticism. The first problem that arose that evening was the wait for our dishes to arrive after ordering, which took about 90 minutes—definitely too long. The establishment's (understandable) excuse was the presence of only one stove/hob and the presence of so many customers. Excusable up to a point, in the sense that you're in the center of Gallipoli, where it's always busy in the summer, so a solution would have to be found by adding a stove or reducing the number of customers. To justify the wait, however, at the end of the dinner, my group was offered a couple of rounds of amari, which was appreciated. Otherwise, the food was reasonably good, in line (for my taste) with that of other restaurants in the city. The only complaint was that the fried fish seemed decidedly salty. The price is average for the area, though the bitters are a bit pricey (about €4 if memory serves), but otherwise it's okay, especially considering the restaurant's sea views. The road isn't too much of a bother, personally. I'd definitely go back and give it a second chance.

26/10/2025: A beautiful venue with soft lighting and sofas for a relaxing end to the evening, perfect for couples. The staff is friendly and professional. We'll return time and time again.

09/10/2025: You can taste the authenticity of the ingredients used, the fresh and light dough. Five of us dined, ordering two pucce, two piadinas, and a pizza. Everything was delicious, generously filled and incredibly light. There's limited seating and only outdoor seating, but the service is quick, and it's beautiful to dine outside on Gallipoli's main street, enjoying the summer sunset. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

08/10/2025: An absolute highlight. A very inconspicuous shop. It has a total of four tables for seating. But the sandwiches are fantastic. This is especially thanks to the freshly baked bread, which comes warm from the oven. We got the traditional sandwich to go. Five minutes later, we had to go back for a second one. Truly delicious!

13/01/2026: The pizza is excellent, and they prepare it in two versions: crispy or with a Neapolitan-style crust. The staff is excellent. The price is perhaps a little high, but the final product justifies it. We'll definitely be back.

08/01/2026: A true seafood osteria, like those of yesteryear, in the heart of Gallipoli's historic center, between the beach and the western shore. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a nautical style, and the dishes are generous and delicious, starting with the brigands' appetizer, which can be enjoyed with a wine from a wide selection of local and international wines. The prices are absolutely excellent considering the quality and quantity of the food and service.

15/11/2025: We were at the restaurant last year and had a wonderful time. For this reason, we decided to return this year, and the experience was once again excellent. The food is very good, delicious dishes of excellent quality, fresh fish carefully prepared by the owner's mother. This time we ate: raw red prawns, octopus, a couple of different pasta dishes, pasticciotto cake, homemade limoncello—all delicious! But what makes the restaurant even more special, besides the little square it overlooks, is the owner's warm welcome, his wife's attentive service, and the professionalism and expertise of the two family members in the dining room, who made us feel at home and ensured a wonderful evening. 28/12/2025: If I could give it a 10, I would. Everything was sooo delicious! I especially loved the octopus in a pot and the pasta with purple shrimp. The latter was simply the most delicious pasta I've ever had 🔥 The staff was pleasant. The food arrived quickly. Highly recommend!

02/01/2026: Today was our first time at Trattoria La Stazione. We were absolutely delighted. We were surprised to see that it currently has a 4.3-star rating; it should be 5. All four dishes were excellent and creatively prepared (see photos). The service was perfect—very helpful, friendly, and stylish. A big thank you to our wonderful waiter! Even the owner checked in to see if we were satisfied. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! Top-notch!

30/12/2025: We discovered this place thanks to some friends who invited us... We returned and were convinced it's a welcoming place, with impeccable service and excellent quality food made with fresh ingredients! The owner is incredibly kind! He makes you feel at ease right away. I absolutely recommend "La Stazione" to anyone who wants to eat well without spending too much and without any unpleasant surprises!!! Congratulations, we'll gladly return.

17/01/2026: We ate here tonight. We had gratinated mussels, which arrived barely warm. The tagliolini with clams was completely unseasoned and tasted poorly. My companion had a rather disappointing raw ham and rather overcooked seafood pasta. The bill was 80 euros. A disappointment!!!
