11/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante ieri sera ed è stata una splendida cena abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e simpatia. Silvia è una ragazza stupenda la recensione sotto non è neanche da valutare perché uno non può pretendere di trovare posto a Gallipoli prenotando mezz'ora prima e per di più alle 22 c'erano già tavoli vuoti ed è arrivata altra gente a mangiare. Bisogna portare rispetto per la gente che lavora bene. Ci sono rimasto male io x Silvia a leggere la recensione sotto. Detto questo se siete a Gallipoli andate a Santa Monaca verrete coccolati dall'inizio alla fine.

10/06/2025: È un ristorante molto carino vista mare. Ha un gazebo dove potere pranzare e cenare che protegge sia dal sole che dall'umidità. Silvia è una persona squisita. È molto preparata e ama il suo lavoro. Lo chef è uscito a salutarci e gli abbiamo fatto i complimenti per il buonissimo antipasto e per i tagliolini allo scorfano preparati al momento. Abbiamo potuto vedere e scegliere il nostro pesce. La cantina è ben fornita. Torneremo presto ad assaggiare altre prelibatezze insieme ad amici.

27/06/2025: On the recommendation of a friend, four of us had dinner at this restaurant in the historic center, a little hidden from the passing tourists but a true secret treasure chest of culinary delicacies. We ordered several tasting menus adaptable to your palate, excellent food, excellent hospitality, excellent value for money. Thanks again to the owner who satisfied my requests as a vegetarian by creating an ad hoc menu for me. Highly recommended! See you next vacation!

27/06/2025: Tasty dishes (mostly seafood), fresh ingredients (fish was from the catch of the day), nice atmosphere and personnel. We had dinner here both days while in Gallipoli. Definitely not a tourist trap.

26/06/2025: A completely overrated place, in my opinion! We ordered the tasting menu, and it left us somewhat indifferent. The service was a bit unfriendly, and they brought our dishes practically at the same time, which meant we didn't enjoy the meal because we had to eat as quickly as possible so the dishes wouldn't get cold. Quite disappointing because we had high expectations. Still, the place is beautiful and the wine was delicious, which is why I'm giving it three stars.

13/07/2025: The food is delicious! I gave it 4 stars only because the price of the dishes seems a bit high compared to the quantity. But the quality is excellent!

13/07/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An explosion of flavor in every bite! The gratin mussels I tasted are simply perfect: crispy on the surface, soft and juicy inside. The flavorful breadcrumbs, enriched with fresh parsley and a touch of garlic, enhance the flavor of the sea without overpowering it. Carefully served on an elegant slate, the presentation is also a feast for the eyes. An appetizer that alone is worth the visit! Sincere compliments to the kitchen: tradition and quality in perfect balance. 👏🦪

11/07/2025: With some friends on vacation, we decided to take a trip to Gallipoli and, after looking it up on Google, we decided to have dinner at this pizzeria. What can I say? Between the pizza with a special leavening method, the delicious montanare, and the homemade chips, I highly recommend it. I'd gladly return. What can I say? Kudos to the atmosphere and the music, it brought back memories of my adolescence, the legendary 80s. I almost forgot to mention the Kinder Bueno tetta for dessert! 😃

08/07/2025: Lovely spot. The tables are a bit crowded together, especially outside. Keep in mind this is Mediterranean fish, it’s very different from cold water fish. I tried the raw platter and it wasn’t at all what I expected. Everything else was amazing, I highly recommend the pastas. Service was very good!

06/07/2025: Just been there today with my family for lunch. This restaurant by far is the best during our Puglia trip. We ordered today’s special - lobster pasta - and Vongole, shrimp pasta, a prawn dish, raw oysters and a seafood pasta, plus Tiramisu. Every dish was so decisions and the staff were all friendly and welcoming! Being a foodie family with love in Italian food, our standard is rather high and this restaurant certainly hit the mark !!

01/07/2025: Small restaurant in the center of Gallipoli we ate very well in particular I focus on the seafood salad that in addition to the freshness of the ingredients was also spiced to perfection to absolutely take, prices slightly above average but repaid by the quality, friendly and kind staff they offered us bitter and sorbet; If you pass by Gallipoli stop by.

29/06/2025: The best meal of my vacation. The zucca and le Fave for starters, followed by the incredible pasta with sausage.

03/07/2025: Great selection of meat and wine, very good service. The wine we chose was ruined, probably from the heat. Another one was brought to us without any problems. It also worked out wonderfully that the four of us all had our orders at our table at practically the same time. Top-notch food quality, highly recommended!

25/06/2025: Delicious food. For those who could not have gluten they had a homemade pasta gluten free. Also delicious meat and fish dishes.

12/06/2025: Ho vissuto una serata eccezionale al ristoranteRubino. Atmosfera elegante e accogliente, servizio professionale e discreto, che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Il cibo è stato straordinario: piatti dal gusto pieno e ben bilanciato, con ingredienti freschissimi e presentazione curata nei dettagli. Perfetto per celiaci – Il locale applica buone pratiche per evitare contaminazioni anche se non fornito di doppia cucina. Il personale ha dimostrato grande attenzione alle esigenze alimentari, con precisione e cortesia. In sintesi Rubino è la scelta ideale per chi cerca una cena gourmet di qualità, sicura anche per chi soffre di celiachia. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

09/07/2025: I went there last night and it was a truly pleasant experience. The place is centrally located, easy to find, and welcoming. I had a first and second course featuring the freshest fish, beautifully plated, a feast for the palate and the eyes. I'll definitely be back to try more of their dishes!

09/07/2025: The food is good and the prices are in line with the competition, but the portions are decidedly small. Fried food is small, and pasta with chickpeas and mussels is almost entirely made with chickpeas. The service is good.

12/07/2025: An exceptional discovery. What you truly hope to find in Salento: quality, warm hospitality, refinement, and authentic flavors, fresh fish, far removed from the mass tourism experience. Extraordinary raw seafood, wonderful cooked appetizers, and a special offer for squid with caramelized onions. First courses are top-notch, and the Gallipoli-style swordfish is a must-try. Which is exactly what we did. I don't think it's possible to do better.
