07/09/2025: Following the excellent reviews, we decided to have lunch here, and we were delighted! As soon as we arrived, we were invited to come in and order a table, and were treated to delicious dishes. Excellent value. If we were to stay in the area, we'd definitely come back. Well done!

What a treat you can have with good taste and style!
The event I attended was a 60th birthday party, and I'd say it was outside the norm. The birthday girl was bright and lively, and IL FIENILE perfectly showcased her personality. The service was very well organized, the dishes were typically Italian, but presented and combined with gourmet touches. The setting offers space for an evening with entertainment... the courtyard at the entrance is equally stunning, all in beautiful GALATINA!
24/10/2025: Excellent! Moved to this lovely new location very recently. Well prepared, well presented, good quality food. Beautiful dining room and courtyard. Good service.

20/12/2025: Very delicious and fast service. Everything was great overall. I got the Lussuria, and it was perfect; the other panini my friends ordered were also very good. It would be even better if there were a number system for ordering and paying, because the ordering process feels a bit random.

They also make pizza by the slice, arancini, panzerotti, and focaccia with various flavors (such as gorgonzola and artichoke, fresh chicory, etc.), but my favorite is the freshly fried canapés! I highly recommend them!
13/10/2025: The best rotisserie in Salento. The rustici and calzones have a truly unparalleled flavor, and a wide selection of products.

08/02/2026: Truly a small and welcoming place... the pizzas are excellent, thin and crispy... in addition to the traditional flour, they can be made with various types of flour from turmeric to 5 cereals to toasted barley etc... very light... the fried foods are delicious, especially the potato croquettes... and then the dessert is sublime, strips of pizza dough with Nutella... the staff are very friendly and kind... I highly recommend it
03/02/2026: Small place (but only in winter) and excellent food. Welcoming, professional, and friendly staff.
Due to a small oversight, they remade my pizza faster than ever before, even though I said it wasn't necessary 👍🏼🙂.
Must try and definitely return.

25/01/2026: Discovered by chance through an invitation to spend New Year's Eve lunch, it was truly a discovery of a place where everything is meticulously curated, elegant for its kind, with excellent service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and top-quality food and wine.
It's impossible to say which dish was the best because, having tried a little bit of everything from everyone, I found every dish well-prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious, despite being at a table with a large group.
What can I say? I'll be back as soon as possible, even outside of any celebration.

The owners are always courteous and professional, and there's also quality background music. The products are made with select, high-quality ingredients. In addition to the classics, they also offer specialty flours, with a selection that changes daily.
