Highly recommended.

14/05/2026: I've been going to Brusco for over six years, and every time I go back, I realize I want to go back. Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the sandwiches, but the bruschetta in particular is better than the last, and I've tried them all. My heartfelt compliments!

29/04/2026: A lovely restaurant in the historic centre of Galatina, right behind the Basilica of Santa Caterina, a tourist destination of considerable importance for its frescoes known as the Salento Assistance. Having said that, I went there for dinner last week. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The room where we dined was located below the first floor entrance, a very characteristic feature with a barrel vault in tuff typical of Salento. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

What a treat you can have with good taste and style!
The event I attended was a 60th birthday party, and I'd say it was outside the norm. The birthday girl was bright and lively, and IL FIENILE perfectly showcased her personality. The service was very well organized, the dishes were typically Italian, but presented and combined with gourmet touches. The setting offers space for an evening with entertainment... the courtyard at the entrance is equally stunning, all in beautiful GALATINA!
24/10/2025: Excellent! Moved to this lovely new location very recently. Well prepared, well presented, good quality food. Beautiful dining room and courtyard. Good service.

07/09/2025: Following the excellent reviews, we decided to have lunch here, and we were delighted! As soon as we arrived, we were invited to come in and order a table, and were treated to delicious dishes. Excellent value. If we were to stay in the area, we'd definitely come back. Well done!

16/07/2026: Enjoyed delicious food on the rooftops of Galatina, in the heart of the city center. The tender and succulent horse fillet was noteworthy. The service was prompt and the waiters very professional. The price was commensurate with the quality of the food.
04/07/2026: June 28, 2026; well, it's not what it used to be. The antipasti misti were okay, but the meat, a costata (in the EU, that's a ribeye), ordered medium-rare, wasn't quite right and was really tough, as if the meat hadn't rested long enough. The potatoes were oversalted. I pointed this out when paying, and the owner simply said: "They're salty, so drink more water."
The pork tenderloin was dry, so it had been in the oven too long, even though it was wrapped in bacon.
A shame, especially in such a well-located place.
Kind regards from two former chefs, not from Italy, of course, but with very good knowledge of ingredients, materials, and cooking methods.
