23/05/2025: I have been going to Focacceria almost daily for about a couple of months and I have honestly never been disappointed. Monica, the owner, is an attentive and hospitable cook, a true guardian of traditional Salento cuisine. Here I have rediscovered, with great pleasure, the dishes of my childhood... Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent quality/price ratio.

03/01/2025: Very nice place, nice and welcoming!! Dishes that are beautiful to look at but above all delicious. The beef cheek with primitive sauce and the forgotten roast suckling pig are a real delight. I also recommend the fresh troccoli with black truffle!! Sublime!!

04/06/2025: Located in an ancient palace in the historic center of Galatina, this place offers a unique experience. The staff's welcome immediately puts you at ease. All the dishes (sea and land) highlight the typical flavors of Salento. I recommend the octopus with potatoes and croutons, but also the pizza if you want something simpler. Recommended.

03/06/2025: There is heart and soul! Without a doubt an ancient, romantic place with a strong taste. It seems to be in the noble house of ancient Salento barons, with all their attentions and courtesies. An extremely technical and tasty cuisine, a light and leavened pizza. It is no coincidence that it is a restaurant indicated in the Michelin guide.

The education, the friendliness of the owner and his collaborators, the quality of the raw materials and the excellent cuisine mean that this place is always full of customers who return with pleasure! 10 and praise!

21/05/2025: Coming back to Soralba in Galatina is always a joy, and every time I have the chance I don't miss it! This place is a real guarantee, especially for the speed of service that never disappoints: even when the place is full, they always manage to get your sandwich to you in the blink of an eye. But let's talk about the sandwiches: the quality of the ingredients is excellent and you can taste it in every bite. My absolute favorite is the Zanzara. The combination of cooked ham, cheese, sautéed mushrooms, tomato, mayonnaise and chilli pepper is simply perfect, a balance of flavours that is addictive! I can't fail to mention the Pancione, with its stewed bacon, cheese, sautéed mushrooms, tomato and mayonnaise: an explosion of flavour that conquers you at the first taste. Soralba is a must-see for me, a place where the goodness of the sandwiches and the efficiency of the service make every visit a five-star experience!

08/06/2025: The place is beautiful and characteristic, even if it doesn't seem very accessible to me... The good premises of the place were not fully satisfied by the presence of a rat that was walking undisturbed on the electric wires, with light bulbs to illuminate the tables, right above the heads of the customers... Sitting down for dinner. I fully understand the situation, but it shouldn't happen... The pizzas seemed to be tasty, but the grill left much to be desired: cold and quantitatively limited. They brought us fried food twice... A sign of poor communication and organization, despite the technology used... Let's say that it would be worth trying again to understand, rat aside, if the experience was linked to a particular evening, a one-off, or if it is a deep-rooted attitude. We need to give it another chance!!! Highly recommended the -rat dinner- to enjoy a moment of shivering along the spine.

We had the house appetizer (excellent I recommend it), two pizzas to try a slice each (pizza with truffle cream TOP) and two slices: the classic one and the one stuffed with artichokes typical of the place that I highly recommend…

03/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo posto perché ci ispirava da fuori; non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! Qualità del cibo e cortesia della famiglia impareggiabili. È stato un piacere cenare con piatti genuini gustosissimi e chiacchierare amabilmente con proprietario e figlia. Da tornarci!!!

09/06/2025: Maddalena and her team are truly fantastic, they make you feel at home and the quality of the dishes is always excellent, with seasonal proposals and then what can I say about the location in the middle of nature, a corner of paradise outside the city ❤️

08/06/2025: I chose Gandula to organize a lunch with friends with about twenty people. Everything was perfect, I agreed in advance with Maddalena the menu and the various options available. The aperitif organized outside was excellent and then the entire menu inside on the veranda with a single table. Even though we were about twenty people and the restaurant was full, the entire lunch was carried out in a rhythmic manner and with the right breaks. Correct and balanced portions even for the most demanding palates. I recommend it and personally I will definitely return to Gandula for a lunch or dinner in the countryside. Well done Maddalena and compliments to the staff!!!!! 👏👏👏

10/05/2025: Cibo abbondante e di ottima qualità, servizio impeccabile grazie al personale cordiale e professionale, in particolare Gianvito, il quale ci ha accolto e fatto sentire a nostro agio fin da subito, mettendo a disposizione la sua professionalità. La location è molto bella e curata nei dettagli. Consigliatissimo.

03/05/2025: At Incoho, chef Vito Murrone offers refined cuisine that combines technique and local identity. The entrée of seared cuttlefish on red cabbage cream opened the dinner with elegance and balance. Next, the spaghettoni with lobster confirmed the high level of the proposal, with a tasty and well-measured sauce. We also tasted a selection of raw and seafood carpaccio, carefully prepared and of excellent quality. To close, the Incoho Tiramisu: a well-structured dessert that reinvents a classic with personality.

01/07/2025: I had heard about it and went to try it. I ordered the cheeseburger menu with fries and a drink, everything was excellent and delicious. If I can give a piece of advice, however, it is to take a little more care of the outside area that I noticed had chairs and tables a little ruined/chipped. For the rest, nothing to say, the inside is very nice and the food is very good. I will return!

03/06/2025: We had dinner at Sonora, a Mexican restaurant that we hadn't been to for a while, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that the quality remained impeccable. I chose the veal with green sauce, with an intense and pleasantly spicy flavor, while my wife opted for her inevitable chicken strips, always spicy and tasty. To finish on a sweet note, a delicious chocolate and coconut cake perfectly completed our culinary experience. Definitely a place to return to!
