All the food are amazing! The pasta, meat and pizzas are fabulous!

I don't usually write reviews, and even though I only went for a coffee and a small pasticciotto, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's hospitality and professionalism. It's a beautiful place, and the pasticciotto was the best!

I had the opportunity to dine both in the interior dining rooms and in the garden. The spaces are charming and well-maintained, the menu is top-notch and the quality is unquestionable. The staff is attentive and professional, with special mention for Serena, a wonderful hostess. I hope to soon be able to experience the hotel's services, especially the spa.

We've been to Nohasi in Palese twice in the space of two weeks, and the experience was truly excellent. The first time, we went for Women's Day and chose the package including spa treatment, massage, and dinner. Everything was beautiful: the refined setting, the relaxing atmosphere, and the truly attentive service. We enjoyed the experience so much that the following week we returned with a group of friends, this time for dinner, to try the pizza as well. We were also very satisfied: everything was delicious and the service impeccable. The staff is always attentive to the needs of their customers. In particular, the waiter who took our order was extremely kind and professionally guided us throughout the dinner. There was also one episode that really struck us: a pregnant friend of ours was craving a specific dessert, but when we learned it was out of stock, she had chosen something else. Without us asking, the waiter, along with the chef, made sure to prepare exactly the dessert she wanted. A gesture of great attention and care toward the customer that truly amazed us. A place where you can feel the true attention to hospitality.

A very elegant location with attention to detail, and the staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The appetizers are excellent, the pizza is delicious, and the desserts are excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to intolerances: many desserts are lactose- and gluten-free, and the lactose-free pizza is also excellent. Great experience, highly recommended.

Beautiful setting. We had the Galluccio risotto, which was excellent and so plentiful we struggled to finish it all.

Truly excellent. Be careful, as there are several areas within the same space. We booked in the pizzeria, and I can say the pizza is truly excellent, among the best we've had. The space as a whole is beautiful; it's an old building, perfectly restored and elegantly refined, while respecting its original form. The atmosphere is truly enchanting and relaxing; there are corners like the living room with the fireplace that won't let you pass without taking a photo. The staff is very professional, kind, and elegant. We'll definitely be back to enjoy the wonderful outdoor spaces, with a beautiful garden and enchanting fountains. The prices are reasonable for such an expensive venue.

We were at Nohasi in Galatina and were thrilled! The pizzas are amazing, with quality ingredients and light, tasty dough.
