30/12/2024: Amazing location 3 minutes from the beach. Amazing host, who is kind and helpful. The most generous breakfast with such amazing helpful services. I cannot say more about the services and the hospitality we recieved when staying here in July 2024! This family truly cares about their business, quality, and reputation of their services. We will definitely be back when visiting Italy. Grazie!

04/10/2024: This is the second time we have come to ALTHEA in September and this year we were disappointed with our stay. Our apartment was not pleasant, small and the bathroom was dated and borderline clean, very poorly soundproofed.

12/01/2025: volevo provare i sapori della cucina di Vieste, ma qui c'è tutto fuorchè i sapori.Piatti insipidi, location datata,la fa da padrone il pomodoro anche pessimo direi.Seppia ripiena, ripiena si,ma con un mare di sugo di pomodoro, zuppa di fave e cicoria che non sapeva di niente, per finire con il dolce allaricotta che oltre ad essere caro di prezzo era solo dolcissimo e basta, senza dubbio il peggior ristorante trovato a Vieste.Da evitare

29/12/2024: buona la carne, un pò meno gli arrosticini forse dovevano stare ancora un pò sulla griglia. Le patate avevano un gusto strano. Ottima l'ospitalità e bella la locazione

09/09/2024: Molto romantico e suggestivo. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante guardando direttamente la baia. Per antipasto io ho preso delle tartare mentre la mia fidanzata del carpaccio di pesce azzurro. A seguire, lei le orecchiette alle cime di rapa mentre io i troccoli alla marinara, ottimi. Grandiose le passionate viestane come dolci. Conto in linea con il posto. Torneremo.

09/09/2024: I had the opportunity to try several fish dishes, with decidedly contrasting culinary experiences. For starters, the fish tartare proved to be an excellent choice: fresh, well seasoned and perfectly balanced. A dish that stands out for its quality and delicate flavor. Unfortunately, the mixed seafood with breadcrumbs did not offer the same satisfaction. The fish was dry and devoid of flavour, while the bread crust failed to enhance the dish. As for the first courses, the lobster troccoli were a disappointment. The dish was inconsistent, with a simple tomato sauce and lobster placed alongside, without really binding the flavors together. Even the seafood troccoli, which bear the name of the restaurant, left something to be desired: the pasta was overcooked and dry, penalizing the potential of the dish. Overall, although one dish showed quality, the overall execution did not live up to the expectations of a memorable seafood dinner.

21/09/2024: Gentilezza e ottima qualità anche nei gusti senza lattosio e senza glutine, cremosi e leggeri. Assolutamente da provare.

14/09/2024: Diventato forse un punto di riferimento, dove la gente va a prescindere dalla qualità del gelato! Gusti buoni ma nel complesso normali, nulla di eccezionale. Un plauso al personale sempre allegro ed educato.

16/10/2024: We had to cancel our stay at this center for medical reasons this past August and we are still owed money as per their policy and we have yet to receive our money back. As much as they were pleasant, we have been in communication the past couple of months to get the money transferred , since they seemed to be having difficulties and I had spoken to them last week to inquire about the money transfer and I was not told that they would be closing till 13 January 2025, still have not received the money, I emailed them and left two messages I am not sure they will be checking their messages. Not sure what to do at this point. I am very upset.

06/10/2024: Beautiful campsite with a great restaurant and a fantastic beach. 1 croissant with 1 cappuccino €2.70 in the beach bar. Sanitary facilities could be renewed. We will come again.

10/12/2024: abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante sul lungomare grazie alla pubblicità sui social. la caratteristica principale è che è praticamente sulla spiaggia. La cucina è buona, senza troppi fronzoli gourmet. Mia figlia che non mangia il pesce ha preso la pizza, buona. Consigliato!

12/11/2024: Abbiamo pranzato e cenato diverse volte in questo posto perché abbiamo soggiornato a pochi passi dal ristorante. Il ristorante si trova proprio sulla spiaggia, quindi location fantastica e meravigliosa, ambiente molto bello ed elegante. Abbiamo mangiato la pizza due volte ed era buonissima, poi abbiamo mangiato diverse pietanze di pesce per 4 sere di fila. Tutto buonissimo e porzioni giuste, l’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto è stata la frittura di pesce, l’ho trovata poco impanata e di conseguenza poco croccante, ma comunque buona e mangiabilissima. Personale cordiale e attento, prezzi nella norma. L’ultima sera abbiamo prenotato il tavolo proprio in spiaggia e abbiamo mangiato a lume di candela, davvero suggestivo! Complimenti e arrivederci al prossimo anno

20/10/2024: Everything was perfect: smiling, dynamic staff, varied and excellent dishes, so we returned there every evening during our vacation.

27/09/2024: We were on holiday several times and we didn't remember the place where we stopped in the evening to eat and there was a huge square full of people and small trattorias we had chosen one but I must say it was one of the best we took a fixed menu and brought everything from starters to desserts and for the friendly and always available staff for the town a real wedding favor overlooking the sea

22/09/2024: We had a great time at the Rainbow Village.. we spent a week full of fun thanks to the Hollywood entertainment.. clean apartments close to the sea.. the village market stocked with everything.. the restaurant and bar inside make sure you don't have to go out.. we'll be back next year

16/09/2024: Unfortunately it wasn't the village I expected, in fact it probably looked more like a residence... few positive points: ● certainly the proximity to the sea, reachable on foot ● the restaurant with which we chose to make an agreement for full board and we did well both for the excellent quality/price and for the service and availability of all the restaurant staff who made us feel at home at least! !! ● possibility of bringing the dog into the very spacious village, with lots of greenery and above all on the beach it is really a convenience even if throughout the avenue and our house was located on the last avenue, we would need some baskets to throw away the bags because the bins I'm just at the entrance to the village!! Negative points: ●Unfortunately, the entertainment is terrible, I would say NON-EXISTENT, it is the first time that it has happened to me in many years that no animator does not involve the guests almost at all in the activities...shows in the 2 weeks were boring and repetitive, for my 16 year old son it was not nothing organised, not even a football tournament plus with a paid field of 3 euros and for my 11 year old daughter we don't even talk about it, they never even came close to meeting her...even though we were at the seaside and also in the swimming pool...incredible!! !! I'm really sorry because a couple of the kids were also good and nice but perhaps too immature but not guided by a real head entertainer or by someone who really knows how to involve guests in the activities... it's a shame because for my children entertainment on holidays it is essential ● Cleaning of houses we haven't done, I found dirty drawers and a bad smell.. I recommend having at least 1 roll of toilet paper found upon arrival because I had forgotten it but sometimes those arriving from far away don't always arrive early.. and you can buy everything you need right away. Old and noisy fan coils and few refrigerants ● swimming pool a little dirty and 1 week without supervision by any lifeguard... and unfortunately full of rude people without caps who played leather ball without respect for others because probably having been coming there for many years they feel like the masters... ● reception should be a little more courteous or at least try and the bar should also be better stocked Maybe if the entertainment had been better the other negative notes would have faded into the background but unfortunately this was not the case, we will definitely not return even if the center of Vieste is beautiful!!!
