11/01/2025: Da Monier è il nostro ristorante del cuore. Lui e la moglie sono un capisaldo della ristorazione del paese e da anni cenare da loro è come essere in famiglia. Portate abbondantissime e meravigliosamente servite. Consigliatissime sono le felafel.. Dovete davvero provarle! Il pesce è sempre fresco e le cotture in forno a legna rendono tutto fantastico. Pane buonissimo e dolci fatti in casa sono spaziali! Anche la maionese è fatta in casa e non ne ho mai assaggiata una così buona. Basta anche solo una telefonata ed ogni nostro desiderio viene soddisfatto. Servizio ottimo e persone davvero speciali.

08/10/2024: Ok, the food leaves a little to be desired. BUT. They are delightful and pamper you as if you were their grandchild. The chef is a bit like a grandfather who insists on cooking badly for you and you let him do it because you know he loves you. If you want a beautiful human experience this is the right place. If you want to eat well, no.

29/09/2024: We chose this restaurant because it seemed focused on the food rather than the ambiance or the wine. Prices are very reasonable. We ate here a total of 4 nights. Got many things but the seafood pastas and muscles were my favs. We then left for Tuscany with a cooler full of fresh caught seafood from their family owned seafood market. I would do this again and change nothing!

23/09/2024: Abbiamo mngiato molto bene, ma per favore chi scrive recensioni non dica che si mangia tra gli ulivi e le vigne, che si trovano a destra e sinistra, arrivando, gli ulivi sono nel piazzale. Si mangia sotto i cannicci che si vedono nella foro messa dal ristorante.Prenotate perchè nonostante sia fuori mano e fosse metà settembre, era pienissimo, probabilmente perchè finalmente abbiamo mangiato cose di terra e cucinate alla vecchia maniera.

08/12/2024: Unfortunately, I had to renew our review for La Casupola, which was several years old, today because there were problems with Google uploading a new update with new photos. My wife and I can only praise this small and quaint location highly. We have been going there regularly in spring and/or fall for years and find the food excellent. When you visit for the first time, you shouldn't be fooled by the exterior and the general ambience. The Italian couple that runs the restaurant cooks authentic Italian food of an exceptional standard and at very fair prices. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and, in addition to the very good food, creates a feel-good atmosphere. We're looking forward to it for the next visit. Update on September 11th, 2024 - we are back at the Gargano and of course we were at La Casupola. Today's 46 euro cost for lunch for two people includes: Antipasto di Mare, Frittura di Calamari, Troccoli alle Vongole, espresso, cappuccino + 1 tiramisu and a large bottle of mineral water.

26/08/2024: Focaccia pugliese deliziosa declinata in più varianti. Taralli in tutte le salse fragranti e gustosi. Pane pugliese anzi "vestano" ottimo. Che dire...aggiungiamo cortesia e simpatia ed il gioco è fatto

01/09/2024: We decided to have lunch here this Sunday, and despite the crowd, the waiting times weren't very long. The quality of service and food is above average. I highly recommend this place, the young and lively staff. The owners are attentive and helpful guys! We will definitely be back

09/02/2025: Queríamos escribir una reseña sobre lo maravilloso que era este lugar. Sencillo, pero muy delicioso menú que era fresco y la Dolce de la Nonna era absolutamente perfecto! El servicio era rápido y personal, y la hospitalidad era algo que nunca habíamos visto antes. Sin duda volvería de nuevo la próxima vez que visitemos Vieste.
