01/09/2025: I stayed at this residence for 4 nights! I gave it 3 stars for its location, which is close to the beaches and Vieste (though you still have to drive to get there), the balcony, the parking, and the kindness of the staff. It's a quiet place surrounded by nature. Cons: the pool is disappointing because the water is dirty and the robot cleaner is always in it. They explained to me that due to the rain, the filter didn't have time to clean the pool. The bathroom is small, I couldn't move in the shower. There was no coffee maker or other items, and the stove didn't work. Dirty sheets when we arrived, which were promptly brought back clean. The breakfast selection was limited, with almost no savory options, and the cappuccino from the machine was undrinkable. There's no bar. In short, if this property were given more attention to detail, it would be perfect.

28/08/2025: We stayed at Residence Althea two weeks ago and had a truly pleasant experience. The property is surrounded by greenery, well-maintained, and quiet, ideal for those seeking relaxation while still being close to the beauty of Vieste and the Gargano. The apartment was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the well-maintained pool and the outdoor spaces, which create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. A strong point is definitely the friendliness and helpfulness of Mr. Mario, always attentive and ready to offer helpful tips for excursions to the Tremiti Islands, beaches, and restaurants in the area. For my wife and I, it was a relaxing holiday in a quiet, family-friendly setting. We recommend Residence Althea to anyone who wants to visit Vieste without sacrificing the comfort and serenity of a well-managed property.

15/07/2025: Un bel locale immerso tra ulivi e tralci di vite: un’atmosfera davvero piacevole. in un viale non sterrato, a cui necessariamente bisogna andare piano. Nonostante non avessimo prenotato — e con nostra figlia affamata e un po' su di giri — siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il personale è molto gentile e il cibo davvero di ottima qualità, con ingredienti a km 0 e ricette che sanno di tradizione. In tre, 2 pizze, due salsicce, dolci e bibite, abbiamo speso 49 euro. Prezzi onesti per quello che abbiamo gustato. Un punto in più per la presenza dei gatti, che hanno tenuto impegnata e divertita nostra figlia (anche se, giustamente, è vietato dar loro da mangiare — regola che condividiamo pienamente). Ci torneremo sicuramente... ma la prossima volta prenotiamo prima. Promesso!

14/07/2025: Siamo stati qui a cena tre volte durante la nostra vacanza: la prima volta abbiamo assaggiato antipasti e primi, la seconda volta la pizza e la terza volta la zuppa di pesce (che richiede la prenotazione). Il luogo è in aperta campagna, tra viti, ulivi e un bosco mediterraneo di pini. Il servizio è molto cordiale e familiare, efficiente ed accogliente. I piatti sono eccellenti, tutti quelli che abbiamo provato ci hanno davvero soddisfatti, sia per la qualità della preparazione e della materia prima, sia per le quantità molto abbondanti: dalla semplice e buonissima acquasala del Gargano, passando per le orecchiette, le cozze ripiene, i cavatelli cozze e fagioli e la tiella barese, ci siamo gustati ogni piatto dall'inizio alla fine. Le pizze sono molto ben preparate, con ottimo impasto e ottima mozzarella. E poi c'è la zuppa di pesce alla viestana: una enorme zuppiera di terracotta piena fino all'orlo di ogni ben di Dio, cozze, cicale, scampi e tante qualità di pesce da lisca, ognuna con il suo sapore caratteristico ben in evidenza... una maratona non facile da concludere, ma... che bellezza!!! I prezzi sono assolutamente corretti, e alla fine si esce con una sola domanda: "Quando torniamo qui?" Grazie a tutto lo staff, ci vedremo la prossima volta che passiamo di qui!

24/07/2025: Onestamente non saprei da cosa partire prima, come scritto nel titolo, si può sicuramente fare meglio, nel servizio, nei tempi di attesa (la sala non era affollata ed i piatti che abbiamo ordinato non particolarmente complicati), nel prezzo. C'è da migliorare.

19/07/2025: Personale gentile e disponibile, da migliorare un po' l'organizzazione, bella l'idea di portare la lavagna col menu come anche il portare una pizza tagliata a pezzettinicon sale ed olio a mo di benvenuto. Ottima la seppia ripiena, la pizza e il caciocavallo alla piastra. Prezzi onesti.

14/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with delicious dishes. Very friendly staff and tables along the traffic-free street, the best. Compliments. The stuffed mussels and orecchiette with turnip tops are superb. Highly recommended.

12/09/2025: This is the first time my family and I have been to the Arcobaleno Village. Our vacation was in September, so there was no entertainment, so I can't really rate it. I purposely avoided giving the service no stars. The villas are beautiful and the rooms are quite large. They all have a nice porch, and the best thing about each one is that they have a barbecue; all you need to do is bring your own grill and charcoal. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness, as I found a few cobwebs and their weavers. I recommend paying a little more attention to the small details inside the house, such as replacing the towel holder because it's broken; and kitchen doors that need adjusting to close perfectly. The parking space is covered, partially protecting the car from the elements like sun, rain, and hail. We had dinner a couple of times at the restaurant/pizzeria located within the village; both the fish and pizza were really good. There's a small minimarket. I recommend reserving your bread to avoid running out. The quality and price are perfectly balanced; you shouldn't have high expectations, otherwise you'll risk being disappointed. There's a lot of greenery inside the village, but it could be a little more cared for. In the end, we didn't have a bad experience... also because we spent more time at the beach than in the village, and I repeat, the price was definitely advantageous.

07/09/2025: Cons: Rooms with glasses, dishes, and cutlery that are meager to say the least, in some cases even below the bare minimum. Upon arrival, there wasn't even a roll of toilet paper. The management of clean/dirty sheets was questionable to say the least. At the pool bar, they serve croissants by touching them with your hands, imagine what they do behind them where you can't see. The pool has the bare minimum maintenance needed to keep it running, but it's dirty here and there. Furthermore, during a week's stay, there was no lifeguard on duty for two mornings, a VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM, and the pool was open to the public. When I asked, I was told: the lifeguard is on the beach because there are no staff there, so he left the pool because there are few people using it in the mornings... scandalous. Pros: The market. The location of the resort. The beach is available with sun loungers and umbrellas. The restaurant has fair prices and the quality and quantity are adequate. The village has enormous potential, and they're only half-exploiting it. I don't think I'll go back.
