25/09/2025: Excellent pizza and delicious desserts prepared directly by their very friendly and knowledgeable staff who know how to recommend and, above all, are very quick to serve. The appetizer was also excellent; those meatballs were really good. The owner even offered us a amaro. An experience we absolutely will repeat.

The dishes are prepared with care and love, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the service is impeccable. If you're looking for a true taste of Puglia, this is the place. Reasonable prices and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

24/10/2025: We had a wonderful family dinner at Fuori Menu with our two little ones (4 and 6). Every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced—especially the truffle dishes! The service was warm, attentive, and passionate. We’ve eaten at top restaurants around the world, but this one stands out for its authenticity and creativity. We loved it so much we’re coming back tomorrow. Highly recommended!

30/09/2025: Agreed, pizza and beer for four, but well-made and served in record time despite the place being super busy (a sign of quality). The staff was attentive and helpful. We also asked for coffee at the end. When paying the bill, they told us the coffees were on us. Prices were average.

23/09/2025: Both the pizza and the restaurant, both delicious! We come at least twice every vacation! Friendly and polite staff, quick service, and prices in line with other local restaurants (actually, a little less).

16/10/2025: I had a deeply disappointing experience at this restaurant. We arrived right at 7:30 PM when it just opened, on a very cold evening. We were the first customers of the night, and the restaurant was completely empty inside. However, when we asked for a table, the waitress told us that only outdoor seating was available — even though there were plenty of empty tables indoors. After leaving, we checked online and saw that there were still many open tables available at that time. As Asian customers, it was very hard not to feel that we were treated differently because of our race. Being denied indoor seating while the restaurant clearly had space felt humiliating and discriminatory. This is not just poor service — it is racism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not happen anywhere. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and ensures no one else has to experience such racist treatment again.

11/10/2025: A surprising food and wine journey into the heart of Puglia in Fasano. As a winemaker and food and wine expert, I'm rarely so impressed by a dining experience in the area. At the Ardecuore Restaurant, I had a simply impeccable evening, where every detail was attended to with passion and expertise. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite: clear, authentic flavors, never masked, but enhanced by a cuisine that respects and elevates each ingredient. The appetizer menu was a crescendo of balance and creativity, while two dishes in particular won me over: a rare elegance and balance of spaghetti with white truffle and a perfectly executed Pigeon Reale, intense, evocative (with an exceptional carob sauce), and juicy. Paired with a 2017 Le Braci, an absolute icon of Puglia's winemaking tradition, served at the perfect temperature and complemented by a surprising wine list that showcases a Puglia beyond the usual clichés, with bold and highly valuable choices. Honorable mention goes to the spirits list, a true gem for enthusiasts and connoisseurs: not everyone has a Caroni on the list, and that speaks volumes about the research and expertise that permeates this place. Ardecuore is more than just a restaurant: it's a place where passion for flavor blends with a love of hospitality. I will return soon and often. Sincere compliments to all the staff and to Vito for how they welcomed us and made us feel at home.

30/10/2025: This restaurant will forever remain in my heart. I booked Pentole e Provette to celebrate my 8th birthday with my girlfriend. We've always wanted to try a "higher-end" restaurant, but we never expected such an experience. And I'm not just talking about the food, which is obviously fantastic (spaghettone was the real highlight of the evening), but about the passion, care, and attention that Luca and Rossella consistently and never overbearingly exude, as they describe their dishes with meticulous attention, respect, and truly PLEASURE, or simply as they ask if everything is okay and bring you more bread, because no one should take the bread away from you. They call themselves the "ferrymen" to Michelin-starred restaurants, but as far as I'm concerned, I've never had an experience so convivial yet so full of care, logic, experience, and dedication. We had a chance to chat with Rossella after dinner, and I can only wish them both the best for the future; they deserve it all. ❣️ P.S. Thanks for the surprise 💗

Nothing to complain about: good drink, reasonable price, stunning location with a sea view. Unfortunately, after just ten minutes, the adjacent bar—owned by the same owners—started blasting techno music at ridiculous volume. This inevitably negatively impacts the overall experience: it's hard to understand why those looking to relax by the sea should instead find themselves immersed in a Berlin hangar atmosphere.
