12/10/2025: A top-notch venue, both traditional and modern, with extremely kind and attentive staff and a friendly and knowledgeable chef. The only flaw with Michelin-starred restaurants is the wine prices, which are inadequate and overpriced. I would have paid more for dinner but definitely less for the wine. I don't like this business.

10/10/2025: There's a place in Trani called Quintessenza that we Apulians should visit at least once in our lives. It speaks of our roots, of family strength, and of respect for nature. It was incredible to see how a mackerel, a notoriously underrated fish, or how a few arugula leaves thoughtfully placed on a plate, or even a sponge cake soaked in oil, can make one's soul reflect on who we are and how we should respect what nature offers us every day. The journey isn't just about food, but also about the soul, which the chef and his brothers bring out with every course of the tasting menu. If you're looking for an experience where your brain struggles to comprehend what's happening in your mouth, go there—you won't regret it. The chef enriched an already rich menu of iconic and historic dishes with a masterful balance of flavors, adding many surprises. 02/10/2025: Very negative experience: the table they gave us vibrated because it had the kitchen extractor fan underneath. The acoustics of the place were terrible, listening to the conversations of one table was annoying. It took more than 30 minutes to serve us the second course, they served the two tables that were left in the place and that had entered after us. When paying and telling him that the service was terrible, the waiter started smiling and making comments to the table next to him without answering us. Not at all recommended.

21/09/2025: I went last night and I must say I was pleasantly drawn and surprised by the beauty of the place, the attentive service, and the detailed and excellent menus. The freshness of the fish and the combination of ingredients make it a truly exclusive restaurant and menu. In my humble opinion, the price is also reasonable for the quality and preparation of the dishes. I recommend it 100%. It's definitely worth a try.

31/08/2025: Spectacular lunch. I came with my mother; we stopped by chance, and I'd say by luck. I work in Michelin-starred restaurants, and I can assure you the fish is incredibly fresh. A must-try if you're in Trani. Really fair prices, and super friendly and helpful staff.

29/09/2025: Nice location with plenty of seating, especially in the summer. The pizza was very good, but in my opinion, the base was a bit overcooked. All four pizzas I ordered had this flaw, which made the dough a bit dry and the charred parts a bit bitter. A Neapolitan pizza should be more moist and soft. The prices are a bit high. For a pizzeria outside the city, this is unacceptable.

21/09/2025: The three of us went for lunch, ordering three appetizers, three first courses, and a bottle of wine for €15, totaling €85, plus a €3 cover charge. The reviews were very positive... The location is cute and quaint, but I wouldn't return because the quality, and especially the preparation, of the dishes reaches a 6 at best. The pasta was made with breadcrumbs, garlic, and parsley...typical of gratinated mussels... What a shame!
