27/04/2025: Menu choice: classics. My first comment is that this is one of our best starry dinners ever: for the refinement of the raw materials and of some ingredients which enhanced the overall taste of the dish (in the leavened products, in the choice of shellfish and fish, in the dessert), for the preparation of the dishes (the marvelous grilling of the red snapper), for the combination of flavours, for the abundance of the dishes (not at all a given for a starry one), for the care of the location (the plasters and sanitary pads for women available in the bathroom), out of attention towards guests (feeling like guests, and not customers). A particular mention goes to the care with which some dishes were revisited and curated for the presence of a pregnant guest, without their "quintessential" nature being distorted. Thank you for the care you have dedicated to us. Thank you for the experience you gave us.

30/05/2025: Casa Sgarra Ristorante… a family, three brothers, a lot of expertise, great professionalism!… but sitting at the table after a warm welcome we are immediately invited to taste high quality Chardonnay bubbles that anticipate a refined and characterful entree, the macarons are a real treat! Ours was an experiential journey between white vines of northern Italy in the glasses and local territory in the dishes, to note the fabulous bouquet of a truly unique Sauvignon, to finish with the flavor and softness of the blue cheeses and many other goat and cow cheeses typical of Italy. Pre dessert and dessert close this pleasant discovery in style which is pleasantly combined with a timeless typicality… the Moscato di Trani. Thank you Casa Sgarra, see you soon!

03/05/2025: I didn't like this pizzeria at all, without service, you can't get anything other than pizza, I asked for the calzone and the waiter showed up with small squares (4), with an unknown flavour, it wasn't a calzone and at least before bringing me the pizza he had to tell me that they made it that way, I didn't know whether to laugh, if I had been the restaurateur I would have started crying from so much rubbish, the sparkling water was the only decent thing.
