The sandwiches are really excellent, prepared with first choice local meat that you can taste at the first bite.
The quality of the ingredients is evident and you can perceive the attention and care with which they are prepared.
Prices are absolutely competitive, offering excellent value for money.
The owners are always kind, friendly and helpful, making every visit pleasant and welcoming.
I highly recommend this sandwich shop to anyone looking for a tasty, genuine and well-priced meal.

05/10/2025: We were here with a group of 6 people and we were served very quickly and the staff was very nice. Most of us had caffe leccese - I definitely recommend it! You can pay both by card and cash. If you don't eat, you don't pay coperto. Really delicious coffee and a nice atmosphere, so I recommend it!
04/10/2025: A large glass of ice for a small orange juice, a spritz aperitif with always lots of ice but very little Aperol. Plus. They charge a 'cover', a first for me in a bat

22/05/2025: If you want to spend a wonderful Friday night at Vinarius in Monopoli I can only recommend it! Our dinner show was a positive experience, characterized by a lively atmosphere and an excellent selection of dishes, all delicious.
The entertainment offered by the singer made the evening even more special, bringing a touch of magic and fun that involved us all. It was a nice way to enjoy dinner, entertained by engaging music.
The prices are average and reflect the quality of the service and food, while the location is really nice and well-kept, creating a perfect environment for an evening with friends or as a couple.
27/04/2025: I was there to see the Negramaro cover... but I am very disappointed by the fact that having booked a table for 6 and then I canceled for 4 and there were only two of us... specifying that we were part of the Negramaro fan club... and I asked if they could kindly put us close to the band.... but instead they put us at a table in the last corner even though they had tables for 2 much further ahead....

24/08/2025: We celebrated our son's graduation at this splendid Masseria. I say splendid, not only for the fantastic location, but also for the staff, who were attentive to our guests' every need. The food was excellent and tailored to what everyone could eat, given the food intolerances and the raw seafood...it was marvelous. The attention to detail meant we didn't have to worry about a thing; our dear Nicla took care of everything, and I mean everything. Not a single guest had anything to say about anything; everyone complimented us. Kudos also to the entertainment provided by DJ Biundo & Mimmo!!!

07/09/2025: We went for lunch on a Sunday and were quite disappointed. The place is quite dated; we sat on the outdoor veranda, where ants were swarming. The food was poor quality and they overcharged us.
Not recommended.
27/08/2025: Longtime customers, this place never disappoints. Good value, friendly service, and always attentive to customer needs. The pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, is excellent. Cleanliness and order complete the experience. Highly recommended.

15/09/2025: We went for lunch after the beach. At first, the service was a little poor because the waitress didn't take our order, but she did some time later.
The place was very nice with beautiful views of the beach. The music was moderate but not too loud.
We ordered frittata and burrata as starters, which were very good, especially the frittata.
And to finish, we had three pizzas.
14/09/2025: After waiting over an hour, the pizzas we ordered arrived. I can only say that I've eaten very few pizzas as bad as this one. The Margherita DOP tasted like it was made with frozen panzerotti filling, with an orange-colored broth dripping from it. I swear, just thinking about it makes me sick. The buffalo mozzarella was nonexistent. All the pizzas were anemic and undercooked. The location is definitely worth it thanks to the sea view, but if you want a decent pizza, I recommend going elsewhere.

20/09/2025: A unique place. I recommend escaping the popular eateries in popular towns and coming here for a unique culinary experience. Every detail is meticulously crafted. The food we ordered was AMAZING. I've never had fish this fresh. The grilled anchovies as an appetizer were a wonderful surprise. Again, the quality, freshness, and composition of the entire dish were outstanding.

19/08/2025: Let me start by saying that I've rarely felt so welcomed at a resort. My partner and I (a 25-year-old gay couple) were treated with great care and kindness, far beyond mere professionalism.
Reception
Staff always available. They even showed me the resort's floor plan (Dante Bini design) and responded with interest to my questions. One day, they even notified me via WhatsApp (I'd turned off my phone in the room) that I'd left the lights on in the car: a thoughtful gesture.
Room and Cleanliness
Apartment in the beautiful dome. Cleanliness was good, although the sheets had a few stains and the floors are only mopped once a week (but I'm sure they would have done more if we'd asked).
Sea and Pools
The sea was splendid, although the wind sometimes prevented us from swimming; fortunately, there are free coves nearby, and the property also offers a slight discount at a partner beach.
The wooden deck with cushioned loungers right by the sea was beautiful.
Two pools: a chlorinated relaxation pool and a saltwater pool. The card for collecting clean beach towels every day is very convenient.
Entertainment and Bar
Soft entertainment, discreet with adults. Evening shows are a bit dated. Two bars: "La Dunetta" (excellent ice cream, but avoid the iced coffee) and the upper bar, serving coffee, tea, and lounge drinks.
Dining
We were very satisfied with our full-board stay.
Breakfast: a wide selection of sweet treats, excellent cappuccinos (thanks to Antonia).
Lunch and Dinner: a varied buffet with salads, pastries, dairy products, meat and fish first courses, plus a fixed pasta dish with tomato sauce. At dinner, live cooking shows featuring typical dishes. The first course chef (a peer of ours) is excellent.
Children's Menu: freshly prepared pasta dishes by Antonia.
Superior Restaurant (reservations required): Extremely high quality, dishes worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, such as smoked amberjack sashimi with mango salsa. A very light pizza is also available.
Waiting Staff
Extraordinary people who combine professionalism and friendliness.
Matron Maria: energetic, charismatic, incredibly sweet with children, impeccable in managing the dining room. Nothing goes wrong with her.

Antonia: smiling and attentive, she always remembered how much we loved our cappuccinos and asked how we were doing.
Assistant Manager Mariangela: omnipresent throughout the facility to ensure guests' satisfaction. She is a calming professional who seeks honest feedback, solves every problem, and answers all questions. She even granted us a late checkout, allowing us a final shower in our room after swimming in the pool.
A Special Gesture
My partner celebrated his birthday during our stay: I ordered a cake from reception, and the matron Maria, my assistant Mariangela, and I celebrated with heartfelt congratulations! It was beautiful and very warm!
Conclusion
The resort isn't perfect, but it won us over thanks to the people who bring it to life. Strong points: incredible staff, excellent food, well-kept sea and pools, large green spaces, professional lifeguards, inclusiveness towards LGBT couples, and the beautiful domes. We felt welcomed with respect and warmth. We hope to return soon. Thank you all so much! ❤️

Friendly staff.
2 beautiful pools.
Good entertainment team.
Cons:
Room soundproofing could be improved.
No real beach.
Parking is difficult as it's crowded.
Waiting at the breakfast buffet.
Basic breakfast.
Meals are not very varied.
Tables are set up for meals.
A car is essential.
