13/12/2025: I wanted to try this Focacceria for the first time on December 8th, ordering fried pettole for lunch. The pettole were covered in oil, literally soaked, and we had to throw them away. I'm not sure if a little paper towel in the plastic container they were given to me would have been enough, but I really wasn't expecting such a good product. It's a shame, because it seemed like a promising place.

Ganni is the brains behind the whole thing; he works with full energy every day, is always friendly and in a good mood – truly a hero in the store. It offers excellent coffee service, making it a great place to have a delicious breakfast. Very clean (including the restrooms), the owners and staff are friendly and professional. It's a well-stocked tobacconist's, as well as a popular ticket office for all lottery games, including Sisal games and scratch cards. Highly recommended, especially considering the coffee service prices!

I understand the crowds on Saturday nights, but such disorganized management is unacceptable. The food didn't meet expectations: the menu seemed very interesting and original, but the sandwiches were very dry, with obviously old and reheated bread. The first pizza arrived burned, while the second was overall decent. Too bad.

29/12/2025: The location is nice, located in the historic center of Monopoli, but if you want to eat pizza in comfort, it's not the best choice. The place, as the name suggests, is very small, making it quite uncomfortable and noisy. I found it unprofessional that the waiters were wearing overalls and that there were no tablecloths on the tables; as shown in the photo, a paper placemat was placed in the center of the table. The place is dimly lit, and I recommend avoiding tables near the door because there's a lot of people coming and going, and waiters keep opening it, letting in cold air. Furthermore, we had waiters bump into us twice, both during the meal and while standing, without even apologizing. The pizzas were at least good, but for the price, I would have appreciated a better service experience. Not to mention the fact that we were literally kicked out.
