I tried the pizza, and I must say that it was really good: the dough was soft and well cooked, with fresh and tasty ingredients. My friends were also satisfied with their choices. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the experience. I recommend Pietrantica to anyone looking for a good place to eat quality pizza in a relaxed and pleasant environment."

We had a wonderful time and the food was equally delicious.
The location, almost on the rocks of Monopoli...beautiful!
I'm leaving this review mainly because I'd like to publicly thank them for not serving me the now-ubiquitous "flying saucer with pigeon poop." Thanks guys!!! A wonderful 2026 to all of you!!

28/01/2026: I went there on a Saturday night with a reservation. It was a very nice place, with nice music and nice people.
The only flaw (maybe it was the wrong night) was the extremely slow service. But in reality, I only saw 2 people in the dining room to serve about 60/70 people. We waited an hour and a half for dinner, and in the meantime, we drank beer on an empty stomach to while away the time. (It was delicious, by the way.) Our dish arrived, which I must say was truly excellent!
I'll be back, maybe I'll have better luck! Anyway, the guys in the dining room were super nice and friendly. I repeat, I must have had an unlucky night.

Caesar salad (yes, for me it was my main course because I wanted it 😋); pay attention to the "plate".
Tonnarelli pasta with Cacio e Pepe.
Bolognese lasagna.
Cold beer.
Everything was very tasty (even so, I couldn't finish the salad and the "plate" 🤭).

06/01/2026: Pizzeria and restaurant (serving traditional dishes like orecchiette and meatballs) on the Monopoli waterfront with a beautiful view of the old port. A simple place with an outdoor area that's enclosed by glass and heated in the winter. Super friendly staff, and the pizzas and main courses are truly delicious. Prices are absolutely reasonable. Definitely worth a try. Highly recommended as a local. The orecchiette with meatballs are truly fabulous.
