03/10/2025: Last night, my son, Christian, and I visited this wonderful place, "MASSERIA SPINA RESTAURANT." Everything was perfect: delicious food, impeccable service, and a friendly atmosphere. Fresh tuna and cod tartare with creamed turnip greens as an appetizer (all excellent). For starters, amberjack-filled ravioli with creamed zucchini and herb breadcrumbs, and fusillone pasta with creamed roasted eggplant with caciotta cheese and pine nuts, and for the main course, a truly fresh, light, and crispy fried fish platter. All washed down with an excellent "Minutolo" (a variety of aromatic grape, grown since 1200 in Southern Italy), recommended by the knowledgeable staff. We'll definitely be back again and enjoy your fabulous, well-stocked wine cellar.

26/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, we had a wonderful time with perfect dishes in an enchanting place. In addition, all the staff are very pleasant and professional.

11/01/2026: Great food and great service! Everything was absolutely exceptional. The only shame is that the place is a bit small, but it's worth it!

09/01/2026: Unpleasant takeout experience on a Friday evening. Sandwiches were ordered two hours in advance, and we had to wait an additional half hour, despite being told they were coming out of the kitchen when we arrived. The worst part was finding raw meat (as shown in the photo) in one of the sandwiches. Not recommended!

04/08/2026: I had a fantastic time here! We were seated right away as soon as we walked in the door, and the service throughout the entire meal was awesome—friendly, quick, and super attentive. I ordered the Diavola pizza paired with a bottle of Prosecco, and it was perfection! The pizza had just the right amount of kick and fresh ingredients, and the Prosecco complemented it wonderfully. If you’re looking for delicious pizza, fantastic drinks, and top-tier hospitality, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back soon!

14/06/2026: We celebrated a 50th birthday here on our last night in Monopoly! It was the best send off we could have imagined. The food was amazing, the service impeccable but the atmosphere was priceless. 10 out of 10 recommend this experience!!!

08/08/2026: Lido Bianco is much more than a restaurant: it's an experience that engages all the senses. The seaside location is simply spectacular and offers an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The fish is extraordinarily fresh, and every dish speaks volumes about the quality of the ingredients. Professional staff, smiling, and engaging emails. And then, what a great idea, the lounge bar, a truly charming spot overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset! Extraordinary. Special praise goes to the owners, who feel like the true heart of the place. They are serious entrepreneurs and a source of pride for our region. Congratulations for creating such a special place.

08/08/2026: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. The staff was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. The prices were excessive and the service was poor. They didn't even provide a receipt.

11/08/2026: Introduction: I own a "Raisin" restaurant and am a strong supporter of the Slow Food movement. Welcome: Rating: 4. Disorientation/Apathy. We're far from the warmth of Puglia, but perfectly in line with the hipster vibe of Vini Naturale. I traveled 40km to this restaurant following the directions on the Raisin App and the menu offerings, which are rich in Slow Food dishes. Upon arrival, Slow Food dishes were unavailable (good). I asked for the natural wine list: they asked me if I'd like something simpler (I think wine on tap). I asked what bottles of natural wines they have in the fridge... the answer was: I'll have to send you the owner. Keep in mind that the restaurant is completely furnished with bottles of wine. The owner/cook arrives, a little pissed off, and asks me what I'd like to drink. I order the first label at random because I was losing my appetite... a warm sparkling wine arrives, which, of course, explodes when I open it. More than one glass comes out, but "who cares." They bring me a totally useless ice cooler (wine from a dear friend of mine, a winemaker who would have a double heart attack if he knew how they serve his hard work). Food: Not Bad 6.5. Pesto arancini were good, soy meatballs were in keeping with their character, almond ricotta with fermented vegetables tasted like almonds because there were almonds on top and the vegetables weren't fermented, but rather six slices of fresh raw cucumber. OKEY Rice with pesto and watermelon tartare was good, and Pasta alla "puttanesca" was good but cold... I asked to reheat it, but it came back cold. In my restaurant, I can't serve Slow Food Presidium products due to cost, but at least I have the decency and transparency to admit it without giving the illusion or appearance of being able to serve them. Aside from the hospitality, a FUNDAMENTAL aspect of our beautiful country, I felt HURTED as a lover of good food and good artisanal ethics.
