28/12/2025: Excellent experience. Meticulous attention to detail, with a beautiful open kitchen. Warm welcome and impeccable service. All the dishes, starting with the fried polenta cubes offered at the start of the meal, were delicious (fried meatballs and fava bean puree with fried octopus were top notch). The dishes were beautifully presented, without unnecessary frills or decorations. The price was perfectly in line with the quality offered.

27/12/2025: One of the most incredible food experiences I've ever had in my life. Fantastic service, cozy atmosphere and the food, can't really describe how good it was. A must visit if you're around, you won't be disappointed.

13/12/2025: We ate here in Locorotondo and were amazed by the quality and flavors. We chose the aperitif tasting for two and we received many different dishes, all delicious. Santina is a professional and welcoming mother who tries to explain all the dishes to you as best as possible. Everything was delicious and the location was beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

01/11/2025: This establishment offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. Santina welcomed us with a warm smile and infectious good humor. She offered us an assortment of local specialties, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We finished with a delicious iced coffee with almond milk. The service was very friendly and prompt. The price was very reasonable for the excellent quality of the food.

29/12/2025: We were with other pilgrims on the Camino dei Due Mari (Walk of the Two Seas). It was a fantastic little place! The food was truly delicious; the soup and melted cheese were exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and the place was very traditional, with locally sourced produce and local wines. They also offer a tasting of 3 or 5 wines for a reasonable price! (€7 or €10) Highly recommended. It's centrally located, but not the usual tourist spot! I'd go back a thousand times! Thank you!

02/01/2026: If I could, I'd give it 10 stars!! This little restaurant is a real gem! Beautiful, cozy, and with the best service I found in Italy. Plus, the food was spectacular. We had the steak with porcini mushrooms and potatoes, orecchiette, and a baba for dessert. The rosé wine from the region was also spectacular. Simply perfect!! Congratulations to the team!!!

21/12/2025: Amidst the alleys of Locorotondo's historic center, decked out for Christmas, lies the "Ai Tre Santi" restaurant. Appetizers, first courses, and second courses... absolutely delicious. The photos demonstrate the meticulous presentation of the dishes and the excellent ingredients. The result is simply superb!

10/01/2026: I'm in Puglia for work, staying overnight in Locorotondo, and someone recommended Bina, a restaurant in the heart of the historic center. A historic establishment: Bina and her husband—whom I've nicknamed the Maestro. They welcome you like true hosts of yesteryear, with a sincere chat and that rare beauty of being able to discuss anything, without rushing. It's the perfect example of hospitality where the people make the place, not the other way around. Traditional cuisine, excellent ingredients. The atmosphere is historic, tastefully and elegantly furnished, dominated by light tones. Everything is good, starting with the welcome (yes, I repeat). A tip for restaurateurs: the cream of fava beans: better served as an appetizer than as a first course; the ingredients are excellent, but the cream (purée) is too generous.

29/01/2026: In one of Locorotondo's most charming and quiet squares, Controtendenza is a small place with plenty of outdoor seating. It offers a wide selection of spirits, good beers, and excellent aperitif drinks. Special mention: the spectacular donut to finish.

26/01/2026: Possibly the best restaurant in Locorotondo. I’ve been here six times and can’t believe my (local!) husband only just took me here for dinner. The quality of the food is impeccable, and the rustic atmosphere is warm, and absolutely charming. I wanted to try so many dishes, if only my tummy were limitless!

We ordered the bombette, and in addition to those, we tried the taralli, the salamella, and the patate alla cenere… everything was delicious, including the house red wine! 16/12/2025: A very positive experience, both in terms of food and impeccable service. The staff are definitely the added value of the restaurant, which I appreciated so much. The excellent and varied food completed our outing. The price was in line with the meals we consumed. The only negative was the somewhat excessive noise.
