24/11/2025: Nice and small place, almost a street food in the center of Altamura, in front of the cathedral, they make very good and stuffed sandwiches and piadinas, an extensive menu will help you in your choice, the only thing I didn't like was the uncomfortable seating, on the other hand for the space at their disposal they did their best but there could be improvement

They have truly excellent quality products. And another huge plus (which is a little hard to find these days) is the friendliness and honesty of the owner. He's truly a good guy.
I go there specifically from Matera because it's worth it.

05/04/2026: I've been missing out for years, and the quality isn't the same as it once was. The staff isn't qualified, and the service isn't even comparable to a farmhouse. Honestly, you pay for it, but you don't get any quality food anymore. It was a shitty Easter. My family and I won't be returning, and maybe neither will friends and relatives.
25/03/2026: I celebrated my son's graduation, I can say I'm very satisfied, welcoming place, good food, kind staff, and above all the owner very helpful and hospitable.

10/08/2025: The ice cream is average, not terrible, not excellent, but that's not the reason for the rating. The owner, after I don't know how many times and friends who have been there on several occasions, continues to say that the POS is broken. It's very strange that a POS has been broken over several years, and especially after so many days it hasn't been repaired... The owner is clever... so much for those who pay taxes. To the owner, I say: uncle, the POS is mandatory, not optional!
01/08/2025: Ice cream from a thousand and one fairy tales!!! July vacation... I highly recommend the rullata that comes in a glass and is made by them with cream and ice cream... the ice cream of yesteryear!!! Go there!

25/10/2025: I was there last night...an evening to forget, the venue not suitable for hosting covers, absolutely limited space to move (given the number of people there for the event). I ordered a salad that arrived at the table after about an hour and a half, without having brought any kind of dressing, but that's the lesser of two evils. When I was finally there to enjoy it, I realized that there were lots of worms...absolute disgust. Needless to say, my reaction to all this. Total disorganization, they are absolutely not prepared and organized to manage events that involve and bring so many people, terrible service and to top it off, salads "super dressed with lots of protein"!!!! NEVER AGAIN.
25/10/2025: Hi, I was one of six people at that table. I don't think I gave any pleasant advice at all. This is a restaurant with food that could be harmful to customers' health. THOSE WERE WORMS. Given the poor service, they tried to offer us ice cream, but, fearful of finding cheese in it, we refused. During the incredibly long wait, we asked for water, but even that never arrived, and it took an hour or so after the disgusting food arrived. It's natural that you should try to protect your restaurant's image, but rather than discredit and dismiss what happened, if I were you, I'd take serious action.

14/02/2026: We're visiting family in Altamura from Germany. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is fantastic. If we ever return to Altamura from the Ruhrgebiet, we'd love to stay here again.
24/12/2025: I went to this place for dinner.
There's a lot of room for improvement, starting with the menu. How can two dishes on the menu be unavailable one evening? (I'm not saying they were sold out, but they weren't available that day), not even the chicken tagliata.
Further room for improvement is the service: what did I pay for? Not even a bit of bread, absolutely nothing.
Even those who ordered a glass of wine paid for the cover charge.
As for the prices, they're excessive considering the quality of the product (I ordered a tagliata of beef).
I don't think I'll go back again.
