27/02/2025: Nice place and friendly, helpful staff. I tried the pizza twice and although the topping ingredients are good (nothing exceptional), the dough is terrible. Judge the photo for yourself. The pizza was black underneath. How is it possible to serve a pizza like this to the customer? The error, especially on Saturdays, is normal, but it was enough to check and redo it before serving it (with a piece of coal attached).

29/01/2025: Di posti per mangiare ne ho provati tanti ma il forno antico santa Caterina e di gran lunga il migliore cibo di qualità superiore per non parlare del servizio veloce efficiente e soprattutto ti fanno sentire a casa i prezzi giusti in base alla qualità del prodotto. Da tornare

06/10/2024: In un clima accogliente e con un’ottima scelta di sottofondo musicale, coccolati dall’empatico quanto solare Francesco, titolare del risto bar, abbiamo gustato una assassina da 10 e lode! Erano anni che non la mangiavo così buona. Un benvenuto con una straordinaria focaccia, ha fatto da apripista per un primo di assassina deliziosa. E poi, degustare l’eccellente primo panettone della stagione, è stata la chiusura di una serata piacevolissima. Complimenti alla famiglia Fieschi.

08/03/2025: PUNCTUALITY AND KINDNESS!! If you are looking for a pizzeria that is on time on Saturday evenings, this is it! Let me start by saying that this is about the tenth time that we have purchased at home...today 8 March at 8.45pm agreed, the arrival of two pizzas was super punctual! The gem, however, is a small floral tribute on Women's Day. Small gestures that pamper the customer make the difference.

26/03/2025: I just had dinner here and I was alone on a business trip. The first thing I noticed was the owner's antipathy, who, when welcoming me, treated me with a condescending air, perhaps because I was alone, I don't know. Antipathy that he confirmed at the cashier, without a smile or an "I'm sorry", even though I had expressed my disappointment to the waiter a few minutes before. Just an expression of condescension without even looking at me. Very different from the table next to me who was eating seafood. The waiter, on the other hand, was kind and friendly. I ordered a rare tagliata with a side of grilled vegetables and I simply received a slice of meat cut into slices. Tough, medium-rare and full of nerves, which I almost finished just because I was hungry because I wanted to go to sleep and not wait for them to replace it with something else. To make a tagliata, which also costs 25 euros, you can't just buy any slice of meat, you should get the sirloin. Tagliata does not mean "I don't feel like cutting my own meat, cut it for me" but rather a certain type of meat is preferred which is definitely not this one. Last but not least, my receipt included a glass of wine that I initially didn't want and that the waiter wanted to offer me. But this is an irrelevant detail compared to the rest. Not to be repeated

22/02/2025: Nice surprise in the heart of Murgia: fresh and artfully prepared fish in an elegant location but with a context that is not excessively formal. Definitely coming back to try other delights. From the appetizer to the dessert, it is truly a journey full of satisfaction. It deserves more prestige, not more customers because there are already plenty of those. There is no shortage of courtesy and availability in the room. Well done.

12/02/2025: Eravamo ad Altamura per lavoro provenienza Roma e da Cenzino abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di mangiare prodotti locali di altissima qualità e con sapori veramente incredibili. Tra le tante prelibatezze assaggiate ricordiamo funghi buonissimi, olive ripiene alle mandorle, polpettine, salsiccie a punta di coltello, agnello alla brace, dolcetti di pasta di mandorle e per finire il liquore padre Peppe. Tutto a metri zero con annessa spiegazione dei prodotti tipici. Ambiente tipico e rustico, pulito e caratteristico. Che dire, tutto TOP! Se si vuole mangiare qualcosa di veramente tipico del territorio consiglio assolutamente di mangiare da Cenzino. Uscire dal locale soddisfatti, con la consapevolezza di aver mangiato qualcosa di eccezionale e di aver inoltre imparato qualcosa dell'eccellenza culinaria italiana non ha prezzo!

Welcoming and refined environment, impeccable and professional service. Exceptional quality and authenticity of the dishes, all accompanied by great passion for the profession and love for one's territory. Highly recommended.

27/12/2024: Creepy The quality of the pizza was indecent: the dough was undercooked, the ingredients were of poor quality and, in some cases, not even available. I requested burrata, which was not present, and was offered a replacement with stracciatella, which however never arrived on the pizza. The mortadella used was the mini one, decidedly unsuitable (explanatory photo). From a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven and with years of activity, we expect much more. It was a complete disaster.

12/03/2025: Despite the somewhat slow service, it was worth the wait because the food at this place is excellent! We ordered a first course and some delicious meatballs, typical of the local cuisine. The lady (perhaps the owner), despite the long waiting times, went out of her way trying to prompt the service. Arming ourselves with a little patience on busy days, in our opinion the typical cuisine is worth the wait! For me, passed!

15/02/2025: Che dire quando si sceglie Devo non si sbaglia Locale dall’atmosfera elegante E cibo ben studiato e presentato Antipasti ottimi sia di terra che di mare La guancia di manzo tenerissima con una maionese di nocciole sublime. A chiudere una sfera di cioccolato…la sto ancora sognando!!!
