01/05/2026: Excellent location, we had lunch today, May 1st. Everything was excellent, the food was well-prepared and tasty. The portions were just right, and the service was attentive. Special mention goes to the owner, who came by twice to chat. It was our first time, but we'll definitely be back!

23/07/2026: I wanted to order a focaccia and a rustico, but the experience was a hygiene nightmare. The clerk served at the counter without gloves. After handling another customer's dirty cash, she took the food I was supposed to eat with her bare hands, only to immediately put her hands back on the money. I find it unacceptable and disgusting that even basic restaurant hygiene standards aren't respected these days. Serving food while touching it with the same hands you use to handle cash is intolerable. Food wasted and the place was permanently banned. Highly not recommended.

The food is generally good, especially the thin, light pizzas. Run by Vittorio, the owner, who gives the place its name, he's friendly and welcoming. Prices are average; the only drawbacks are that you often have to wait, and better ventilation would be desirable to absorb odors.

10/06/2026: Terrible experience. For a disposable plate with half an octopus, two half-plates of baked potatoes, and a measly sausage roll, all without any side dishes, I paid 33 euros. Not including water. For a takeout, this is truly disproportionate. They charged me twice because they had added side dishes I hadn't ordered, and they also charged me for the potato side dish as if it were a charge for the entire dish. I replied that this wasn't the case, but it was no use. Prices are not displayed or visible, so as to avoid any surprises. I returned after almost a year and had this unpleasant surprise. Definitely avoid this place in the future.

The Margherita DOP with buffalo mozzarella is convincing at first glance: a light dough, a well-developed crust, and a creamy mozzarella that enhances the tomato without overpowering it. Simple flavors but executed well, as a true Neapolitan pizza should be. The Provola e Pepe is also excellent: bolder, more intense, and very balanced. The smoky note of the provola pairs perfectly with the pepper, creating a pizza with a strong character but never heavy. The cooking is also noteworthy: a soft crust, a very dry interior, and quality ingredients evident in every bite. A pizzeria that works with precision and definitely leaves a great impression.

Dishes are revisited, preserving the essence of our land without ever betraying its soul. One of its most obvious strengths is its incredible versatility. Despite its sophisticated setting, Stile Libero manages to be extremely inclusive: it's the perfect destination for a romantic dinner, but it's especially exceptional for families, thanks to the large open spaces where children can soak up the beauty. The staff makes the experience unforgettable. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, capable of explaining each dish with expertise, but always with that genuine friendliness that makes you feel not just a customer, but an honored guest. 12/04/2026: This pastry shop and ice cream parlor is located in the city center. Unfortunately, parking is limited, but it's easier to find nearby. Good-quality pastries, and a great place for a hearty breakfast with a variety of croissants and brioches. The gelato is also worth trying. Prices are moderate, and the staff are friendly. There's also a large dining room with tables and seating.

09/03/2026: A very pleasant bakery in the old town. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can try delicious local bread here, including one made with olive oil and olives. Everything is fresh and very tasty. It's definitely worth a visit when walking around Altamura.
