This is largely thanks to Leo, the owner, who, with passion, expertise, and a consistently warm welcome, manages to create a unique, relaxed, and authentic atmosphere. It's clear he truly loves what he does, and that makes all the difference. The menu is a guarantee: delicious, rich, and well-filled pucce, and fragrant, light pinsa, made with quality ingredients and never boring pairings. Every bite is a small pleasure. Another strong point? The carefully curated selection of craft beers. Leo offers always interesting, well-researched labels, perfect to accompany every dish or simply to enjoy a proper beer in a casual yet refined setting. 12/01/2026: I went to this pizzeria with a group of friends... it was my first and last time. The pizza itself was mediocre, nothing special. The real problem came later: less than an hour after eating it, I started feeling terrible and literally had to rush home. I had the impression that some of the toppings weren't in good condition (I'm guessing the mozzarella), especially since I wasn't the only one in my group to experience cramps and intestinal problems. A truly unpleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

10/08/2025: The ice cream is average, not terrible, not excellent, but that's not the reason for the rating. The owner, after I don't know how many times and friends who have been there on several occasions, continues to say that the POS is broken. It's very strange that a POS has been broken over several years, and especially after so many days it hasn't been repaired... The owner is clever... so much for those who pay taxes. To the owner, I say: uncle, the POS is mandatory, not optional!

01/08/2025: Ice cream from a thousand and one fairy tales!!! July vacation... I highly recommend the rullata that comes in a glass and is made by them with cream and ice cream... the ice cream of yesteryear!!! Go there!

25/10/2025: I was there last night...an evening to forget, the venue not suitable for hosting covers, absolutely limited space to move (given the number of people there for the event). I ordered a salad that arrived at the table after about an hour and a half, without having brought any kind of dressing, but that's the lesser of two evils. When I was finally there to enjoy it, I realized that there were lots of worms...absolute disgust. Needless to say, my reaction to all this. Total disorganization, they are absolutely not prepared and organized to manage events that involve and bring so many people, terrible service and to top it off, salads "super dressed with lots of protein"!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

25/10/2025: Hi, I was one of six people at that table. I don't think I gave any pleasant advice at all. This is a restaurant with food that could be harmful to customers' health. THOSE WERE WORMS. Given the poor service, they tried to offer us ice cream, but, fearful of finding cheese in it, we refused. During the incredibly long wait, we asked for water, but even that never arrived, and it took an hour or so after the disgusting food arrived. It's natural that you should try to protect your restaurant's image, but rather than discredit and dismiss what happened, if I were you, I'd take serious action.

02/11/2025: We ordered seven pizzas on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM for delivery at 8:00 PM, and there was nothing to complain about punctuality, except that there were only six pizzas left at the time of delivery. After mentioning this to the delivery guy, we called the pizzeria, and here's the best part... The owner, after five minutes of chatting and hesitating about the missing pizza, delivered the missing pizza (who knows where it had ended up) cold and inedible. I called the pizzeria again, telling her I'd expected a hot pizza, since the mistake or oversight had been their fault. During the call, the lady, with a presumptuous and arrogant air, insulted me, and claimed that I should have accepted that pizza, but only after I insisted, quite annoyed, did she deliver the other pizza. Of course, I returned the cold pizza upon delivery. When you are unable to manage a business with courtesy (since the mistake was their fault) perhaps it would be time to change jobs.

24/08/2025: Horrible place, zero manners, sandwiches with strips reheated in the microwave, rubbery sausage full of grease. I don't recommend it!!!

20/04/2025: Let me start by saying I clicked one star because there wasn't a 0-star option. Now, let's get to the point: We arrived at the "pizzeria" at 9:00 PM, and after several interminable minutes simply paying for our orders, we went outside to wait for the pizzas to be prepared. 11:10 PM came around and we were still waiting for our pizzas, which still had to be put into the oven. After another 15 minutes, our pizzas finally arrived. And after the wait, they told us we had to pay the difference in the cover charge, since we were sitting down because we were tired after waiting for two hours. And finally, we had to get up to get the pizzas ourselves, because apparently they couldn't bring them to us. I don't recommend it, and I'll never go back.

01/01/2026: Terrible New Year's Eve dinner, €100 for a menu that wasn't even half worth it, with measly, low-quality portions, deafening music, and a freezing, unheated atmosphere that forced you to stay in your coat for most of the evening!

01/01/2026: We went to this restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, and not properly heated. The food fell short of expectations, with dishes that were poorly prepared and had questionable flavor. Unfortunately, several people in our group had stomach problems after dinner. It's an experience we won't repeat.

24/12/2025: I went to this place for dinner. There's a lot of room for improvement, starting with the menu. How can two dishes on the menu be unavailable one evening? (I'm not saying they were sold out, but they weren't available that day), not even the chicken tagliata. Further room for improvement is the service: what did I pay for? Not even a bit of bread, absolutely nothing. Even those who ordered a glass of wine paid for the cover charge. As for the prices, they're excessive considering the quality of the product (I ordered a tagliata of beef). I don't think I'll go back again.

27/10/2025: The place was super crowded on a Saturday night but everything was perfect from the service to the food. I recommend it to everyone.

21/12/2025: Arrogance and rudeness abound. Fried focaccia (the one in Bari Vecchia is diet-friendly by comparison) is ulcer-proof, not to mention the acrylamide-flavored cookies. Lower your standards, because far superior businesses are gaining ground in the city. And the treatment you receive from your customers doesn't help.

11/01/2026: TERRIBLE SERVICE We placed an order on Just Eat because the restaurant's phone was disconnected, and it didn't arrive after an hour's delay, with no way to contact the restaurant.

11/01/2026: Terrible experience with home delivery. After more than an hour's delay from the scheduled delivery date, I tried calling the restaurant to check on the status of my order. They never answered despite over 40 calls. After an hour and forty minutes, the order arrived with the food cold.

21/09/2025: Order never delivered! An hour and a half after ordering, I tried calling and was told the delivery driver was on the way and that they'd call back in a minute to let us know, but they disappeared... 20 minutes after their response and several unsuccessful calls of mine, I had to show up in person without receiving satisfactory feedback. Their response? "...the place is full"... I think it's fair enough, but: 1. If you say 'I'll call you back,' I expect a call; 2. I'm glad the place is full, but I booked you almost two hours in advance. I'd say the customer service needs work... Given the situation, I can't afford to judge the food and ambiance. Enjoy your dinner to anyone who has had it or is about to.

03/09/2025: I ordered two piadinas and was very satisfied. The packaging was very thoughtful, and the piadinas arrived still warm, which I really appreciated. The first piadina was with bresaola and parmesan: good, but a bit dry; a sauce would have been nice to round it out. The second, with chicken, was truly delicious. Overall, a positive experience.
