06/12/2024: Appena arrivato a Cagliari il mio pacco di prodotti direttamente da Altamura. Ho già assaggiato la prima focaccia ed è proprio uguale a quella che mangiavo in giro per la città durante il mio soggiorno. Pacco arrivato in 48ore dal momento di produzione. Le focacce sottovuoto sono perfette. Ordinerò sicuramente di nuovo!!

29/10/2024: Ho acquistato buffet per una ricorrenza, rispetto ad altre circostanze non sono rimasto particolarmente soddisfatto. I prodotti erano sicuramente "freschi" cioè caldi, ma non mi sentirei di tornarci.

Of the 15 product qualities, those that figured the most were sandwiches, almost only sandwiches. Poor sushi. No cheese platter. The hot ones? Not even a shadow on the buffet. At the table, after the complaints of the parents of the birthday boy, they brought, for a table of 9-10 people, two paltry saucers of fried food, a plate, also ridiculous, of sausage and frankfurters, you guessed it right, WURSTELS (to fill the plate). I never buy the very poisonous frankfurters and BINARIO 24 saw fit to serve them to me to remind me that frankfurters still exist, especially in a high-level restaurant like yours where we have unfortunately ended up. Not even the saltimbocca expected. The only thing I appreciate is the location, nice, but above all the location in the village. For the rest, it has a long way to go. I remind you in BINARIO 24 that you have to hire staff if you want to satisfy customers, i.e. pay taxes and salaries and buy food in the quantities and quality required to offer an excellent service. He should learn not to say too much, but too much empty talk (CONVINCING), but implement the things he says to look forward to a brilliant future. For the moment it is in dim light. Be wary of what it promises. I won't go back even as an invitee. I sincerely thank him for making me look bad in front of my guests who may have thought that I paid 4 sous, but that wasn't the case. Thanks again to BINARIO 24 an excellence of our country!

Il menù offre una varietà di piatti creativi, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e professionale.

01/04/2025: Really disappointing experience, I absolutely do not recommend! I ordered a €35 dinner via Just Eat with delivery to the hotel, scheduled for 8:45 pm. I arrive at the hotel and wait, but at 9:30 pm still nothing. I see a guy leaving the hotel with two Just Eat bags and I wonder if one was mine, but I tell myself "impossible". I call the hotel and they tell me that the driver is nearby, but the order does not arrive. So I call the restaurant to find out what happened, and they tell me that the driver delivered to a guy, asking me if he was my friend. I reply that I do not know him, but they tell me that the delivery was made and that it is my fault for not having seen the guy enter with two bags. Excuse me, but do I have to look at the things of a person I do not know in a hotel? Two orders, two profiles, two different credit cards, but they deliver them to a person who has nothing to do with it? In the end, the hotel tells me that they will resend the order, but then they call me again saying that they cannot refund me because Just Eat marked it as delivered. After much stress, I call Just Eat, who fortunately refunds me, but it is now 10:20 pm and I still haven't eaten anything! A completely negative experience. The restaurant did not take charge of solving the problem and left me to decipher an absurd situation. Poor service, total disorganization. I absolutely do not recommend.

26/03/2025: For campers. A warm welcome, a secure location, it's in the restaurant's parking lot, with electricity, drinking water, and gray water disposal. The restaurant is well-rated, but we didn't go there. Altamura is worth a visit, the city of excellent bread. Matera is 20 km away, which is a must-see.

28/12/2024: Kindness, courtesy, hospitality and welcome are the most refined ingredients of Villa Belvedere. Food is the reflection of the aforementioned ingredients. Highly recommended.

31/03/2025: Almond brittle (I don't remember the name exactly) superlative, twisted with sweet almonds good, a little less tasty the salty ones. Prices above average, but if you can spend, go there because the almond brittle is really worth it.

01/12/2024: Bari is beautiful, from the Bari Vecchia neighborhood to the Murat and Umbertino neighborhoods. Elegant and majestic, in my opinion it deserves a visit. I kindly ask if the 19th and early 20th century buildings demolished by building speculation can be rebuilt in the Murat district. In the meantime, I believe that old Bari could be a candidate for UNESCO World Heritage status. Kind regards

03/11/2024: Unfortunately this is a disappointment, yet we went there with the best intentions. But I'll explain better. There are occasions when you don't go to a place just to eat, on the contrary, you go to that specific place because you want to live an experience of flavors and smells that tell you about that area. Well, we went to this 'inn' with these expectations which unfortunately were not met. I really struggle to understand why in an 'inn' there should be salmon and tuna on the menu. What do salmon and tuna have to do with the menu of an inn in Altamura that should instead offer some of the excellent products of the Murgia, a wonderful area? We look for cardoncelli but not even a trace, we ask if the porcini mushrooms in the risotto are fresh and instead they are frozen. We expect traditional Murgian dishes and instead... none of this. Sin. At our request we can taste some pan-fried olives. Luckily the bread from Altamura (at least that) gave us that minimum of zero km product. The environments are very cold, the service can be improved. The girl who served was attentive but the manager's lack of attention was evident. You cannot leave the dirty tables of those who have finished eating for hours, it is a lack of respect for those who are consuming at the adjacent tables. The management must have changed, otherwise it can't be explained. It's a shame, we could do better to start by making the environments that are really cold and bare more welcoming.

02/11/2024: Excellent risotto with porcini mushrooms, pre-cooked in a bag in the best university student tradition. The girls were able to enjoy, in the absence of the meatballs with sauce ("Unfortunately they are finished", 12.55 pm), some excellent cutlets with baked potatoes, both km0 from the freezer counter of the nearest supermarket. Unlucky us!

16/03/2025: We went last night for the first time but I have already decided not to return again! An hour of waiting between one course and another. orders never arrived, and assigned as delivered on the application. Few waiters for too many people it creates too much confusion about everything for what we spent almost €90 it's no longer worth it!!!! We are in the habit of going to the one in Casamassima which for me is the best even if further away we hoped to find a good one closer but it didn't go very well. Among other things, after a while the light also went out, there was no light for ten minutes and the waiters walked around with the flashes of their phones! Absurd !!! Super dirty bathroom hygiene 0!!! I avoided that too. Unfortunately, in the end he didn't even give us fortune cookies so what can we say. Never again!!!! I think it's destined to last a short time if it continues like this!
