You're on the old road, that goes from the cathedral to porta Bari. Many people walking, having an aperitif here is top. Choose an outside table if the weather allows, and enjoy the vibes.

Excellent establishment. We came for just an aperitif, but the welcome was so perfect that we ended up staying for lunch. The staff is remarkably kind. The meat is of high quality, very well prepared, and cooked to perfection. My only slight criticism: while the music selection is pleasant, the volume is a little too high.

When a place maintains such high standards over time, it means there's passion and great care for the ingredients behind it. The highlight? Without a doubt, their carpaccio pizza. I believe it's truly unique in the entire area: the meat is incredibly fresh, tender, and pairs perfectly with the light and digestible dough. It's the kind of dish that makes you want to return again and again. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff friendly, which never hurts. If you're looking for a pizza that's out of the ordinary and want to play it safe, Oliver's is the place to go.
