03/06/2026: Surprise! I wasn't expecting such a great meal in Alberobello! We started with an aperitif, and as our appetites grew, we were tempted by the menu. And we weren't disappointed! The marinated salmon was delicious, and the slow-cooked pork knuckle was excellent! Highly recommended (if you have a good appetite) ;-) Go ahead and try it!

03/07/2026: Our dinner at Trullo dei Sapori was one of the highlights of our stay in Alberobello! As a family of five, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel comfortable throughout the evening. The food was exceptional, but the real star was the sea bream—it was easily the best we’ve had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. The wine recommendation was outstanding and paired beautifully with the meal. To top it all off, we were treated to fresh fruit at the end, a thoughtful touch that perfectly completed a wonderful dining experience. If you’re looking for authentic Puglian cuisine, fresh seafood, excellent wine, and genuine hospitality, Trullo dei Sapori is an absolute must-visit. We highly recommend it and will definitely return when we’re back in Puglia! 🍷🐟🍇

30/12/2025: We were in Alberobello and while walking, we noticed this place, where the menu and price were displayed (but not very truthful)!! We went in and asked if they had a table for three. The person who greeted us was kind and helpful. We knew what to order and booked right away. We didn't wait long. We ordered two second courses and a first course for my daughter, obviously all meat-based. We made sure the meat was well-grilled because we have a problem with raw meat... Done, done, the meat was raw, especially my husband's scaloppine. The Angus steak was cooked but a little raw in some places!!!! My daughter's first course was good, but lacking in substance, or rather, very little quantity. The problem was with the payment, because the large steak (16 euros per 100 grams) was not specified in the menu, both inside and outside, and that's already not good. Then the waiter and waitress show up with a nice platter of large, inviting steaks, or with a large tray with a giant, always very inviting, cooked sea bass, but you pay per 100 grams, not per piece... so be clearer, obviously, everything is delicious, but it cost us like gold, and then 2.50 for the cover charge, some people even charge 3 euros, but guys, a cover charge costs more than a tourist tax, with everything disposable... Scale down, then don't complain if you don't work!!!

30/12/2025: Good food, and service could use some work. Too much rush between courses. We felt like we were being watched. I don't know if it's the waiters' or the owner's decision, but you can't finish a meal in 30 minutes. I heard the staff shouting a bit too loudly, and that's not good for the customers. Three stars because the dishes are plentiful and good.

15/07/2026: A disappointing experience; we will never return. We were appalled by the way the waiters treated us—they were rude and ill-mannered, speaking ill of us behind our backs because they assumed we didn't understand Italian. Low-quality drinks, poor food, and acidic, canned sauce. There is no pizza or fish on the menu. High prices and truly poor quality.

05/07/2026: I gave it 2 stars because the cuoppo for €9 is a really small portion. 2 fish balls, 3 shrimp, 1 octopus, and 2 cuttlefish. The fried food was really awful. The arancini and panzerotto were good, even if the panzerotto was small. I don't recommend it.

26/09/2025: A beautiful, quiet place for dinner. Varied menu. We had two appetizers and two first courses, both delicious. I especially enjoyed the tuna tartare, fresh and light. It was accompanied by two glasses of white wine. The staff was truly kind and attentive. Even though there was someone missing that evening, they served us right away. When we return to Alberobello, we'll definitely stop by. Greetings from Paestum
