15/03/2025: Nor is it a good option. The only notable thing is that the kitchen is open until hours later than the rest. The pasta is bad and served on paper plates. The attention is not taken at all and the prices are the same as other better places with much superior service. As if everything bad wasn't enough, they charge you table service... for paper plates and plastic cups. Not even the bathroom is saved

02/03/2025: We had lunch yesterday at this place, but unfortunately it was a real disaster! Two of the sandwiches we got, which should have been with turnip greens, had broccoli, the rest were really just acceptable. Absolutely not of quality, the bombettes had a bad taste, the cold cuts were not of quality and the mozzarella was totally tasteless. A purely tourist venue. If you want something quickly you can consider it, but if you want to eat something good and typical, I absolutely don't recommend it. Fairly high prices.

01/04/2025: I bought some sweet pastries. I told her I had pistachios, and she put me in for pastry. I asked for whole wheat, and she gave me vegan. The waitress was disgusting and had no desire to work.

You can always count on a great taste experience. A place in Alberobello with a small minus, because you couldn't sit at a table with your ordered sweets or use the toilet.

02/02/2025: Il ristorante, in centro ad Alberobello, si trova nei locali di un antico frantoio del 1700, un ambiente suggestivo con bellissime arcate tutte in pietra. Invitante anche il menù con i piatti tipici della tradizione pugliese. Nei fatti, però, l'esperienza non ci particolarmente soddisfatto: abbiamo mangiato il purè di fave con le cicorie n'crapiate (unico piatto degno di lode), le strascinate con pomodoro fresco, il capocollo mollicato e le braciole tipiche (tutto di gusto decisamente mediocre). Vino rosso, Primitivo di Manduria, discreto. Nell'insieme ci è sembrato un trattamento abbastanza dozzinale e turistico (anche il personale poco empatico). Prezzi adeguati al centro storico di Alberobello, ma non giustificabili con la qualità offerta.

05/01/2025: Location incantevole, già fin dal momento della prenotazione ho trovato comprensione e grande disponibilità. Servizio solare e accogliente, paziente, molto organizzato, pochissima attesa dal momento dell’ordine al momento del servizio (nonostante fossimo 19 tra adulti e bambini). Saletta dedicata calda e confortevole Spazi ampi. Servizi igienici pulitissimi. Menu prelibato, carni sceltissime e piatti abbondanti. Torneremo.

04/01/2025: Se ha alineado perfectamente con la recomendación de la guía Michelin. ¡El Fidelio está listo para mantenerse en la cima en cualquier aspecto! El ambiente, la amabilidad del servicio y el estilo del restaurante son un verdadero placer. Muy recomendable para una cena de primera en Apulia!

12/03/2025: Cucina ottima: ho preso le orecchiette alla barese con la braciola a cui ho dovuto fare la scarpetta con il loro buonissimo pane. Come secondo ho scelto i gamberoni alla griglia di cui ho mangiato anche la testa perché erano spettacolari e freschissimi. Ho assaggiato anche la frittura di pesce, tra le migliori che abbia mai mangiato. Infine, mi ha fatto impazzire il loro dolce: la salsiccia di cioccolato. Credetemi, anche il caffè era buonissimo. Location moderna, fresca, pulita, nuovissima. Personale cortese, simpatico, gentile, professionale: servizio preciso e di qualità. Abbiamo speso in due 52 euro, per cui, per la qualità del cibo è un prezzo da paura.
