The staff are aggressively unfriendly, treating customers with a smug disdain that makes you wonder why they bother opening their doors. Their “signature” seafood pasta, a watery, fishy mess unfit for a stray cat, comes with a predatory catch: a minimum two-person order at a jaw-dropping €18 per plate, ensuring you’re fleeced twice for the privilege of choking down their culinary failure. As if that weren’t enough, they slap on a €6 “service” fee for their scowls and neglect service so nonexistent it’s practically theft. This place is a blight on Puglia’s dining scene, preying on tourists too dazzled by trulli to see through the con. We left feeling robbed and repulsed, opting to cook our own meals for the rest of the trip every single one tastier than this garbage. Trullo Garden is a soulless cash grab for spineless trend-chasers who’d rather post pretty photos than admit they’ve been duped. Avoid this hellhole at all costs; it’s an insult to Italy’s culinary heritage.

The staff’s arrogance is matched only by their rudeness, sneering at us as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Their so-called “special” seafood pasta, a slimy, overpriced slop, was slapped on our plates at an obscene €18 each—double what any decent trattoria would dare charge for such a disgrace. To add insult to injury, they tacked on a €6 “service” fee for what can only be described as contempt disguised as hospitality. The food was so abysmal it soured our entire trip, convincing us to ditch restaurants altogether and cook our own meals, which were leagues better than this overrated dump. Trullo Garden preys on unsuspecting visitors, banking on Alberobello’s charm to mask its mediocrity. It’s a place where sheep blindly follow Tripadvisor stars, too spineless to call out the scam. Save your money and your sanity,eat literally anywhere else. This was, without question, the worst dining experience we’ve ever endured. the only saving grace was the atmosphere which definitely didn't justify the daylight robbery we endured.

22/04/2025: We discovered this delicatessen in the square, right in front of the wonderful trulli: a truly enchanting location. The staff proved to be extremely kind and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. We chose to try the sandwich of the day and some stuffed focaccias, including one with provola and mortadella and another with stracciatella and capocollo: all delicious, with fresh and tasty ingredients. It is possible to consume both inside and outside, thanks to the presence of tables and chairs. We chose the internal room, very welcoming and bright, with a large window that offers a splendid view of the surrounding panorama. There are also various types of drinks and a bathroom available to customers, a convenient and not always obvious detail. Highly recommended for a tasty break in a unique context!

10/05/2025: Very nice location participated in 4 restaurants. 4 steps from the center in a real trullo. The food is served with fairly well-finished plating, you find many typical Apulian products obviously. Strong flavors for some courses sometimes can not always please but still there is taste and the raw materials are of excellent quality. I would go back also the service was very good and a round of applause for the desserts.

01/06/2025: This pizzeria is really wonderful! The view of the city is spectacular and the pizza is delicious! 🥰🤩 The only negative was the waiting time, which was long, about 45-50 minutes. Otherwise, everything was great! The value for money and the view are top!

12/04/2025: Tasteless pizza We ordered 3 classic pizzas and were very disappointed. The pizzas are not filling, they are dry and chewy, without flavour, ingredients of dubious quality, the mozzarella had no flavour!!! In short, we won't be going back

19/04/2025: We had dinner earlier at this pizzeria recommended by a friend of ours. We come from Catania and in total we were about twenty people including children. Absolutely impeccable service ⭐️ as everything was very quick to carry out their work and serve us in the shortest time ⏱️ possible despite the room already starting to fill up. Pizza 🍕 excellent, both cereal dough and normal dough, ditto the ingredients which were exceptional as it was all fresh. Even as main courses such as sausage 🍖 it was delicious, melting in your mouth. Although in Catania we are used to eating well everything and more, I must say that they absolutely did not disappoint us, I forget... even the desserts 🍰. Absolutely recommended..!!

14/04/2025: Unpleasant welcome, I was refused a table of 4 even though I was alone, this table was in the sun, they wanted to seat me in the shade, I refused even though there were free tables, Result that says a lot about the boss, money, money and money..., so the restaurant opposite welcomed me very well with a smile and it's much cheaper. Think twice before sitting down with them, so your answer made me laugh, you have a sad way of responding to your customers, know that my opinion will remain visible as well as your response, you managed to move a couple to the shade of your terrace to place them on the table of two in the sun, be smarter next time, place them on the table of four, which will have won you a customer, the worst is that this table of four remained free I had seen from my table opposite, no excuse there were plenty of places available in the shade....pathetic your behavior...apparently I haven't lost anything given the disastrous praise for your cuisine.

19/05/2025: From the very beginning, we were greeted with a sour face and a lack of enthusiasm because we weren't there until 10:30 p.m. (the establishment was open; we asked and they accepted us for dinner in their restaurant). The prices are exorbitant for the type of food they serve, and the experience left much to be desired. Another noteworthy detail was that they reluctantly cleared our plates, glasses, bread, etc., even though some of us hadn't even finished our dinner. If you don't want to extend the service, don't accommodate a group of 9 people (we were only in the restaurant for an hour in total).

11/05/2025: The service is the only good thing in the restaurant. The food is overcooked and isnt tasty at all. We tryed full starters and only one of them was ok. The table was in the terrace and it was not in the typical atmosphere.

26/05/2025: The food is very good, but the service is annoying , they came and show you different food plates ( beef , fish ) and if you dont choose something from plates they show you , they are getting angry. Ask you constantly if you want different foods from menu.

14/05/2025: Présentation des assiettes au top, nous avions pris une planche à partager et la présentation change comparé à une présentation d’un plateau charcuterie en France. Le plats de pâtes était très bon et la sauce tomate excellente. Produits frais. Tiramisu très bon.

10/05/2025: Je conseille fortement ce restaurant si vous cherchez des plats bons, avec des prix corrects ! Ce restaurant se trouve dans une petite rue, à quelques minutes des Trulli. Autant le plat que j’ai pris, que le dessert étaient très bons ! Les serveuses sont sympathiques et ont une patience d’or ! Je conseillerai de réserver une table, car l’établissement est assez petit et de rempli vite, ce serait dommage de ne pas pouvoir y déjeuner !
