28/09/2024: Tijdens ons verblijf twee keer hier mogen genieten. Eerste keer pizza met een salade, super lekker, heerlijk dun en krokant. De tweede keer allerlei voorgerechten, wat een fantastisch feestje was dat! Pure smaken, de kok steekt hier veel liefde in, dat kan niet anders ;-) Je begrijpt wel waarom het hier zo vol zit met Italianen, zo hóórt het. De dame van de bediening zou les moeten geven in het gastheerschap, ze runde bij ons 2x de hele toko aan de voorkant in haar eentje en hield alles nauwlettend in de gaten, niemand kwam iets te kort. Wellicht wat in de middle of nowhere, maar zeker een aanrader als je hier in de buurt bent!

08/09/2024: Non lontano dal centro ma sufficientemente distante dal caos turistico questo ristorante è un luogo fresco e piacevole dove cenare. Ampio parcheggio e spazio per far scorazzare i bambini. Ottima pizza e polpette eccezionali. Servizio veloce e attento.

Wonderful environment, impeccable and truly courteous service, you cannot give an opinion on the food and wine and to say perfect is almost an understatement… I found the best orecchiette with turnip greens in all of Puglia here... The heartwarming chops with sauce 🥹 that make you drop your arms to your sides and exclaim: "nooo okay..." and you can't help but make the complete slipper, you can only find them here!!! Starters, cheeses and wines... top!!! Phenomenal prices…

12/08/2024: Abbiamo preso solo in po' di focaccia e delle birre. Volevamo solo fare uno spuntino serale dopo giornata di pranzo, cene e spuntini pugliesi... sono stati molto gentili. La birra era ottima. Spero di tornare presto ad Alberobello e credo che tornerò a provare le altre specialità offerte da questo posto che ci aveva ispirato. Per adesso lo consiglio. Da provare.

23/11/2024: Devo ammetterlo... pensavamo potesse essere un "ripiego" per non saltare la cena a tarda ora. Arrivati ad Alberobello un sabato sera ampiamente dopo le 21 e non conoscendo la zona ci siamo avventurati a piedi verso il centro con poche speranze (in effetti si erano fatte quasi le 22). Invece il fatto di aver trovato un "pub" ci ha rinfrancati perché abbiamo pensato che qualche stuzzicheria e una buona birra ci avrebbe salvati dal digiuno. Ci è andata molto bene direi. I ragazzi che gestiscono il locale sono simpatici, preparati e gentilissimi. Abbiamo preso un bel tagliere, lo stinco e bombette e patate. Tutto soddisfacente! Buono anche il tiramisù alla birra. Ah! Le birre! C'è veramente l'imbarazzo della scelta, alcune non le avevamo mai sentite. Perciò... posto azzeccato e consigliato! Bravi

02/11/2024: Il prezzo è troppo pretenzioso per il cibo. Il servizio è lentissimo (ci siamo seduti alle 20:45 e ci è arrivato il cibo alle 22:00). L'ambiente è rilassante e rumoroso.

18/08/2024: Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante nel centro di Alberobello immerso nei trulli. Temevamo di esserci imbattuti nell’ennesimo ristorante turistico ma ci siamo stupiti e ricreduti. Abbiamo pranzato nella terrazza con giardino consigliata per chi cerca un’ambiente intimo e riservato. Buonissimi i paccheri al nero di seppia (consigliati!!), ottimo servizio e nota speciale per Sebastiano che ci ha consigliato e guidato dai primi all’amaro alla mandorla bianca con professionalità e spiccata simpatia. Ristorante consigliato assolutamente! Complimenti

21/08/2024: Premessa: è complicato prenotare, ma ne vale la pena. Trattoria tenuta in maniera maniacale, ha una trentina di posti a sedere e quindi il locale si riempie presto, difficile che faccia un secondo turno. Tradotto fa il minimo indispensabile! Ma lo fa in maniera eccellente e si vede che ci mette cuore e passione. Dopo una giornata passata inutilmente a provare a chiamare siam passati alle 19:30 per vedere se il titolare ci facesse accomodare, aveva già tutto prenotato, ma visto che avevamo una bambina con noi ci ha promesso che appena si liberava il primo tavolo ci avrebbe servito. Aspettare ne è valsa la pena. Abbiam preso un tagliere misto ed è stata la prima piacevole scoperta, una composizione buonissima che abbiam divorato in due. Poi abbiam preso un orecchietta al sugo per la bambina, un orecchietta alle rape ed un piatto del giorno (tortelli con ripieno in salsa di funghi e burrata)... spettacolari. Credo che pure i secondi piatti fossero eccezionali, ma eravamo già pieni ed abbiamo optato per un semifreddo al cioccolato con ripieno ai fichi (per chiudere in bellezza). Prezzi modici e sicuramente bassi per la qualità mangiata. Da provare.
