26/04/2025: Consiglio questo ristorante al 100%... Siamo stati per il pranzo del 25 Aprile con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo potuto gustare cibi tradizionali di alta qualità. Porzioni abbondanti. Cibo ottimo e di bellissimo aspetto. Personale sorridente, gentile e professionale. Parcheggio sicuro e non a pagamento. Vista immersa nella natura meravigliosa. La titolare è molto gentile e super disponibile. Prezzo tranquillo. Torneremo al più presto. Famiglia Lamontanara.

16/10/2024: A discapito di alcune recensioni negative, ci rechiamo al trullo del conte che risulta essere un locale molto piacevole. Il locale è informale, la cucina è ottima cosi come la gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha trattato come “compaesani”. In conclusione ristorante da non farsi sfuggire in caso di vacanza ad Alberobello. Ps: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

19/05/2025: Wir waren im Rahmen eines Ausfluges vor Ort und haben uns die Bar ausgesucht, um etwas zu trinken. Da die erste Runde lecker und unkompliziert war, haben wir noch eine zweite Runde getrunken und Focaccia gegessen …. Sehr lecker. Wir waren positiv überrascht und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

16/03/2025: Posticino davvero meraviglioso con un personale straordinario. Oltre ad essere adibito come colazione per chi come noi ha alloggiato in un Trullo è anche una cantina di vini, molto bella e suggestiva. Aperitivo fantastico!!!!!! Meravigliosi!!!!

The service staff gathered together and chatted loudly, thinking that others could not understand Italian. It was the first time I saw service staff watching the guests eat the whole time. 30/03/2025: If you walk 2-3 minutes to the left along the main street before entering the Trulli Zone in Alberobello, you will see it on your right. This is a representative restaurant in Puglia that continued to receive one Michelin star for many years until a few years ago. Recently, the restaurant has been divided into a Ristorante and an Osteria, and you can choose whichever you prefer. At the Osteria, you can enjoy traditional Puglia dishes such as orecchiette in a casual setting, and at the Ristorante, you can enjoy traditional Puglia dishes with a modern twist. Of particular note is the wine, which boasts one of the best collections in Italy. Definitely a restaurant worth visiting in Alberobello. They are understanding of Japanese people and the service is excellent! The photo shows Cima di rapa (rapeseed blossom) ravioli, one of the courses at the Ristorante, and Cima di rapa orecchiette at the Osteria. There are two entrances in the same building, so choose whichever you prefer. There are much fewer Japanese people in Alberobello than there used to be. This is a rare restaurant that is just right for Japanese tastes and stomach capacity.

27/05/2025: I went 2 days in a row for lunch to eat sandwiches and bruschetta. Excellent food/service/price. It's a shame about the environment from the outside, when passing by it's hard to understand what's inside. The tinted windows and only one open door don't invite you to come in. The room in front of the counter is completely empty without a chair or a table In addition, there is a display, always at the entrance, half empty. The whole thing smells of an environment that is about to close and not ready to sell. It's a shame because as I said it has all the potential to sell much more.
