06/08/2024: A fantastic place, the service was 10 and the two dishes we ordered were very good in flavor, I recommend it. It has typical dishes from the area.

05/08/2024: The restaurant is a stone's throw from the center, very beautiful and well-kept both inside and outside. The food is fabulous with typical Apulian dishes, such as orecchiette with turnip greens and bombette, worthy of note. Finally, the staff, very nice and friendly, like Vito, who welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism, often making us laugh. Good job, everyone!

24/08/2024: We had cheese and spritz here and it was perfect. The people were so nice, like a family welcoming you. We sat outside and enjoyed the food and drinks greatly, made extra special by the kind service.

20/08/2024: Rude staff, if respect for the customer is shown for what you order like in this place, better to go elsewhere. We ordered 2 coffees at the counter, and the boy instead of making us coffee took the next order which was certainly more substantial than ours, leaving us there like idiots waiting. There's no point in displaying A. Borghese's photos to appear if this is the service. I strongly advise against it. Too bad the time I wasted staying in there. From Siciliano where hospitality and courtesy are the first thing towards those who earn you food. I say: I was disappointed, especially being ignored for ordering 2 coffees.

20/08/2024: I went to this place this morning to drink a coffee with my partner and his two little girls, upon entering it was immediately clear that courtesy is not the norm but rather being put aside for the next customer who ordered breakfast for him and the family was really of little taste, the customer is evidently measured based on the order he places. I strongly advise against it, we wanted to dine in their restaurant which they advertise with several articles and photos but better to avoid and go elsewhere.

15/11/2024: Acogedor restaurante (necesario en una noche fría y húmeda! ) con algunas opciones de menú encantador. Compartimos la burrata como entrante (estaba delicioso) y la tenía orecchiette y mezze maniche, ambos eran encantadores. También probamos una copa del vino local que era bueno, tienen una bodega muy decente. El servicio aquí es amable y discreto.

10/10/2024: El restaurante tiene 6 - 7 mesas en el interior y unas pocas en el exterior, que son un poco frías a partir de octubre. Así que es bastante pequeño y por lo tanto con una selección relativamente pequeña de platos y todo el menú cabe en una página. Dicho esto, la calidad es excepcional y el servicio muy amable y próximo. El comedor es lindo, especialmente la pequeña alcoba con una mesa para cuatro. Realmente disfrutamos cada poco de la comida. ahora el precio, estar preparado para pagar alrededor del doble de más de lo que normalmente se haría en otro restaurante en la zona. Aún así, volveríamos.

01/12/2024: Everything was good and the waiters were friendly and helpful! Very nice and clean restaurant. The rooms in the trullo are typical, well preserved and with good space between the tables. The only flaw is the appetizer which is served not all together, but one part at a time and it takes too long! After 1 hour and 15 minutes everything had not yet been served and in the end we gave up on the last dishes (3 slices of cheese and 2 of cured meats, a burrata, a small pizza and a piece of parmigiana in 1h and 30min) in my case, as a tourist, I wasn't in a hurry but it still felt like too long. Right portions and good flavors! Little choice for vegetarians. However I recommend it!

14/11/2024: Olmo Bello is a guarantee!!! I often go to Alberobello and if I stop for lunch or dinner I certainly do it at Olmo Bello. The food is delicious, the options varied, you can eat both inside and outside. The price is always right and when you leave the table you are always satisfied.
