We ordered 3 classic pizzas and were very disappointed. The pizzas are not filling, they are dry and chewy, without flavour, ingredients of dubious quality, the mozzarella had no flavour!!! In short, we won't be going back

16/06/2025: Como líder de tours grupales, he experimentado muchos guías diferentes a lo largo de los años. No exagero cuando digo que Mimmo dio una de las mejores giras que he experimentado.
Traje un grupo de turistas estadounidenses a Alberobello — pensamos que conocíamos la historia de la ciudad y la región. Pero Mimmo nos cautivó desde el principio. Nos aferramos a cada palabra mientras él daba vida a la historia mientras nos guiaba a través de los trulli, más allá de las tiendas turísticas y en las tranquilas calles traseras de la ciudad.
Vale la pena señalar que Mimmo no solo lidera excursiones, sino que también ofrece alojamiento en trulli bellamente renovados y dirige un encantador bar de vinos justo en el centro de la ciudad.
El showtopper fue su recreación de un interior de trullo, restaurado para reflejar cómo una familia habría vivido allí siglos atrás. Su conocimiento era profundo, pero aún más impresionante era su capacidad para hacer girar un cuento que nos educara, involucrara y entretuviera a todos.
Simplemente increíble. ¡No te lo pierdas!
19/05/2025: Wir waren im Rahmen eines Ausfluges vor Ort und haben uns die Bar ausgesucht, um etwas zu trinken. Da die erste Runde lecker und unkompliziert war, haben wir noch eine zweite Runde getrunken und Focaccia gegessen …. Sehr lecker. Wir waren positiv überrascht und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

14/07/2025: There were four of us and we chose the tasting menu. The appetizers were very good, and the products they made (really good).
The first course was good but nothing exceptional. The meat was a bit dry (capocollo), and the dessert, a tiramisu with custard, wasn't very good. The custard was a bit grainy, and the biscuit was a bit dry.
The staff were very kind and friendly.
They explained each course.

24/06/2025: Emma was the absolute best waitress to compliment our favorite dinner in Puglia! My husband took our sister and best friend to Alberobello and were fortunate enough to have Emma as our server. We chose to dine in the fine-dining part of the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, Emma's recommendations for wine were spot on, and it felt like we were eating home with the cozy and beautiful atmosphere. Cannot recommend this spot enough and if she is working be sure to request Emma! Thank you so much for the best night on our weekend trip from Rome!

24/06/2025: We ordered three different pasta dishes, all three of which were the worst we've had in Italy since I've been here two weeks ago, and this is my fifth time in this country.
The vegetables were turnips, which I always like, but they didn't go well with the pasta at all.

16/07/2025: A very beautiful location surrounded by trulli on all sides, with courteous and friendly staff. Unfortunately, however, the menu and the quality of the dishes are very touristy, and the prices are a bit high. A special note about the "Leccese" coffee, at €4.50, seemed way too high. It's a shame because the place is truly worth it.
11/07/2025: Everything was very good, even if the prices were a bit high.
But otherwise, I highly recommend everything.

27/04/2025: The pasticcioti are delicious and the focaccia too, I don't remember the name of one that was a closed "masa", so we called it "empanada" but it brought artichokes, cheese and mortadella and I was delicious!! Very careful!

06/05/2025: Siamo stati stasera in questo ristorante. Personale accogliente, peccato per i primi che ci sono arrivati. Nello spaghettone al granchio c’era un fungo che non penso c’entri con la ricetta e nel nell’altro fusillone alla barbabietola con la salsa alla barbabietola e la tartare di gamberi, era davvero troppo dolce e faceva risultare il piatto stucchevole.
22/04/2025: Posto caratteristico, personale preparato, proprietario disponibile e pronto a spiegare le portate, cucina raffinata, e per finire descrivere il gusto delle portate direi sublime è dir poco
