05/01/2026: 2-star hotel. Central location, but rooms and bathrooms are tiny and dated. Amenities are poor (drinking water is available for a fee, no kettle or anything else, almost no shower kit, blasting radiators with no humidifiers). The restaurant is not recommended. This hotel is for those with modest expectations and who can adapt.

01/01/2026: The hotel is said to be 4 stars... It actually has one star due to its location and type of facility. Service is minimal, practically nonexistent. We ate dinner there and it was very disappointing. The dishes were raw or undercooked, and everything was too salty. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory.

18/01/2026: Found by chance during a visit to Alberobello. Quiet place on a side street off the main road. Good food, small but busy location; we ate lunch outside. Average prices. Recommended.

25/12/2025: We came to the restaurant, Angelo and my friend Francesco. We ate very well. The owner and her daughter were more than kind, and compliments to the staff.

09/12/2025: BE CAREFUL ⚠️ We booked this hotel (if you can call it that) for the Immaculate Conception long weekend, from December 5th to 7th, 2025! We spoke to the hotel owner (or so it seems) by phone and WhatsApp to book. He provided us with all the details for the stay and asked for a deposit of half the amount, or €190. We arrived at the hotel on December 5th. HOTEL CLOSED! The owner of the bar next door told us the hotel had gone bankrupt! We called the police, who already knew about everything, as it had already been reported by other guests. All this with a 1-year-old baby on board! They're scammers. Thieves. Be careful. Don't book. They'll scam you.

04/01/2026: Extremely rude, and the service left much to be desired. We sat at the tables outside, and while two of us were waiting at the table to order, two others decided to go to the bathroom. We asked one of the girls where it was, and she replied "on the left" without a smile. She also asked if we were ready to order, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to go to the bathroom. Once we were finished, when it was time to pay, the lady at the counter handed us the receipt without asking how we wanted to pay. When we asked for the receipt, we said we wanted to pay by card, and she replied that she had already issued the receipt in cash, so we would have to pay with that. It was very rude to force a customer to pay in cash without asking first. Without further ado, it would have been enough to simply say that the POS was off.

07/12/2025: The owner was VERY RUDE. My friend and I were literally kicked out of the place just because we wanted to use the bathroom before our drinks. I explained to him that we would be showing a receipt and that we had just arrived and my friends had already taken seats outside, but he wouldn't listen to reason. He almost approached us as if challenging us and told us to leave... absurd! My friend was also pregnant and needed to use the bathroom urgently... RUDE! We all left and will definitely never return. I should have called the police. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! This is not how you treat tourists, and especially people. If there had been -10 stars, I would have given them all!

29/12/2025: Mr. Cosmo, the owner of the Trulletto bar, is very hospitable and friendly. The chili pepper coffee is very special, and the place offers many traditional products, and some of the owner's liqueurs are made there. The place has a small terrace with a view of the trulli. Highly recommended.

29/12/2025: Unfortunately, this was one of the worst shop experiences we had in Alberobello. The shop owner was incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the moment we stepped inside. There is a strict no photos rule, which in itself wouldn’t be an issue — except that the products sold here are the same ceramics you can find in countless other shops throughout town. This place isn't unique in the slightest. To make matters worse, some of the items weren’t even made in Italy, but in China, which might be why they don't allow photos so people don't find out about the poorly made products. I took a single photo of an item and was immediately spoken to in a condescending tone, being told, “Maybe if you weren’t on your phone you would have seen the sign.” The sign, for the record, is handwritten and poorly placed, almost as if it’s designed to be missed so staff can reprimand customers afterward and try to kick them out. This shop perfectly represents what’s wrong with tourism when visitors are treated as inconveniences instead of welcomed guests. We were fully prepared to spend money, but the hostility made us leave immediately. For the record, the product we were going to buy from this location were purchased at another location for less that what this place was charging I strongly recommend stopping at literally any other store in Alberobello. Most shop owners here are friendly, proud of their products, and happy to welcome visitors without yelling at them. If I could give this place zero stars, I would!

11/10/2025: The food was okay, but the foccacia was hard. It was in a nice location, and the prices were quite reasonable. Be careful when paying by card, though. We paid and the lady asked us to pay again without a receipt. We were only surprised when the manager canceled the payment on his payment terminal. It was probably a fraud attempt.

27/09/2025: Perfect place for an aperitivo after wandering the streets of Alberobello. It's pricier here, given the location. Sitting right in front of some trulli and people watching. Service is fine, with the bar serving some strong Aperol spritz. Grabbed some mini panzerotti to pick at. Overall, an enjoyable stop in the historic part of Alberobello.
