23/06/2025: We had a really good meal at Il Baldo while visiting Perugia. Tucked away on a quiet side street, the outdoor seating had a calm, relaxed vibe—cool shade, cobbled stone, and a welcome break from the bustle. We shared a sampler plate to start, followed by a flavorful truffle pasta in the Perugia style—earthy, satisfying, and well-executed. The four-cheese pizza was rich and comforting, with a crispy crust and perfectly melted blend of cheeses. Friendly service, generous portions, and a lovely setting. 05/04/2025: Small but welcoming. We went in for two slices of pizza but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that they have a lot of products. I got two really excellent shots. Even the pizza slices, according to the boyfriend, were good.

23/06/2025: Excellent restaurant located in the center of town, right in front of the theater, now closed like many businesses in town, for post-earthquake renovation (after almost ten years!). The restaurant looks good and I ate as a couple in a gazebo outside the restaurant two meters from the war memorial. The wait staff is friendly and kind and the dishes are all tasty, plentiful and respect the tradition of Umbrian cuisine with excellent strangozzi with truffles and everything else. Small dogs can be accommodated and the staff takes care of providing a bowl of water. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant as it is truly worth it.
