16/05/2026: The food was truly excellent, nothing to complain about. It's a shame that a young waiter with a goatee completely ruined the experience with his rude, arrogant, and completely out of place attitude from the first minute. He seemed annoyed even by being spoken to, with curt responses and a manner that would be a joke to call "professional." Such terrible service shouldn't exist in a place where the food truly deserves it. I won't be returning until the staff changes, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

13/05/2026: A pleasant and convenient place, being next to the pool. The dining room is spacious and offers plenty of space. However, the menu is overly extensive and somewhat touristy; however, the quality of the food is good. Prices are in line with the offerings. I'm giving it 3 stars only because some dishes aren't typical of the area.

21/02/2026: I've been coming here for 10 years, everything is good, very good.

28/10/2025: Three years ago we tried this place because we didn't know where to go for dinner. During those three years, I dreamed of returning to try their kebab again. The time has finally come, and I'd say the flavor I tasted three years ago hasn't changed. Truly top-notch!!!!

07/04/2026: Good restaurant, nothing memorable, but honestly one of the few that stays open late. Good food, but the atmosphere is quite noisy.

31/03/2026: Had it during lunch break. A very generous plate of carbonara, delicious, and a steal for €12. The staff were courteous and friendly.

23/04/2026: We had a reservation, yet they still seated us at a table in the basement hallway. The service was inattentive. Our main course arrived while we were still eating the appetizers. The canned Coca-Cola was disappointing for a restaurant I had high expectations for. I ordered a buffalo pizza, but a margherita arrived instead. It tasted okay, but I expected much more.

15/04/2026: A spontaneous lunch at Römerkeller. The service is polite and friendly, the food simple and delicious.

29/05/2026: Very good kebabs and pizzas. The atmosphere also makes you feel good.

07/03/2026: The local center of the universe. The complex has a restaurant, a minimarket, a ski service, a ski school, and a kids' club with supervised activities. Excellent organization.

15/02/2026: A very nice place with a wide selection of food. You can almost always find a seat on the terrace or inside. The selection of food and drinks is extensive. Burgers, pizza, pasta...

05/06/2026: This review focuses solely on the restaurant. The appetizer (three kinds of dumplings) was very tasty, the pizza was good, but unfortunately, for us personally, it wasn't a 5-star experience.

10/05/2026: We ate well. We had dinner featuring local dishes. Excellent value for money.

05/06/2026: We got a table even without a reservation, despite the restaurant being almost full twice. The pasta and pizza were perfect, and the price-performance ratio was good. Of course, a wait is unavoidable given the high demand. But you should have time for a meal on vacation!

04/06/2026: The food was good, although in my opinion there were too many onions in the pasta and the pizza had a bit too much cheese. The servers were friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, both dishes arrived at very different times. We sat outside during our visit, and we found the many flies annoying. In summary, the restaurant is certainly not bad, but there were a few things that could have been improved.

07/12/2025: Very nice, warm, and welcoming restaurant. There were five of us, and we all ate pizza. It was very good, with very thin crust and excellent toppings. We then had traditional apple and cinnamon strudel, a huge piece, truly delicious, and then the tiramisu, also delicious! Highly recommended ☺️

28/11/2025: As always, the food was excellent, the atmosphere great, and the service staff very friendly. We've been happily eating here during our holidays for decades!

20/02/2026: We waited a full two hours for our delivery, even though we were only two streets away. The delivery app said 30-50 minutes. If we had known that, we wouldn't have ordered. The food was also really bad. The taco was soggy, you couldn't even tell what was in it, and the sauce definitely wasn't the one we ordered. Other items we ordered were mixed up. When I called after an hour of waiting to ask how long it would take, they said: "We're the next delivery," which then took another (!!!) hour. Unfortunately, we can't recommend them...

21/01/2026: The best burger my wife and I have ever eaten. The fries were delicious and crispy. You can even order two sauces with your burger. The garlic sauce is highly recommended. It's so good you could drink it. The staff were friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back. #yummi

13/12/2025: Overall, we were very satisfied. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the food was top-notch. However, what really bothered us was that our towels smelled absolutely musty. We'd been misled by them, and they were immediately musty. It was truly awful. I'm not usually sensitive to smells, but that was completely unacceptable. It wouldn't have been worth mentioning if the smell had been gone after we exchanged the towels.

12/11/2025: The Tenne Lodge has a great location right next to the gondola, making it ideal for skiers. From the outside, the hotel is very attractive and blends well into the natural surroundings. The rooms are very spacious and furnished in an alpine style. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. However, many minor issues unfortunately contribute to a negative impression of the hotel, especially considering it's a 5-star establishment. The welcome was not only very cold but rather dismissive, and we didn't feel particularly welcome. We were aware of the 2:00 PM check-in time, but being greeted with the phrase "Check-in is from 2:00 PM" is completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. There was no inquiry about our well-being, our arrival, or anything similar, and when we had questions about a day's activities, we were referred to an app. Despite the hotel being quite empty, we weren't allowed into our room until 2:00 PM. (We arrived at 12:50 PM.) This is rather petty and reinforced our initial negative impression. We were not escorted to our room or given a brief introduction to the hotel. We received a slip of paper with information, but the reality was quite different. According to the posted notice, the whirlpool was supposed to be open until 7:00 PM, but it had already been drained by 6:00 PM. The entire hotel's design felt somewhat dated. Textured wallpaper, very cheap outdoor chairs, and truly awful loungers on the balconies are not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The pool area is very spacious, but the loungers are crammed together, giving it the feel of a neglected spa. From the pool, you can practically see the hairdresser at work. Nobody needs that. The sauna area is very spacious, but again, nothing special compared to other hotels. The transition between the sauna and pool areas is somewhat makeshift and requires a key. Incidentally, they still use "real" keys here, not keycards. Generally, many things seem poorly thought out and rather impersonal. For example, in a hotel of this price range, I don't expect teapot tea or teacups with the Teekanne logo on them. The gym is small but quite well-equipped, but the exercise mats were so worn and filthy that I decided against working out. Breakfast was good, and the à la carte dishes were of excellent quality. The 13-course dinner was outstanding. Incredibly high quality, beautifully presented, and perfectly seasoned. However, the table manners could be improved, as could the service. Placemats at breakfast? Awful! The staff needs more intensive training. They rarely asked how the food was, and used plates were often simply left untouched. Laurin, on the other hand, is an incredibly attentive and wonderful employee. It's unbelievable that a hotel in 2025 still doesn't have high-speed internet. At times, we couldn't even use Google or Instagram, let alone Zoom (we had to work). I also find the "open" duvet cover problematic. It's convenient for the staff, but simply unhygienic for the guests. There are some fantastic hotels in South Tyrol (Schgaguler, Milla Montis), but the Tenne Lodge is unfortunately not one of them.

30/12/2025: The pizza is huge and delicious, and the first and second courses are excellent too. Prices are reasonable.

22/12/2025: We weren't impressed with the quality of the pizzas; yes, they are very large... the service was average and the atmosphere was okay. Unfortunately, there's no parking due to space limitations.
