Good Neapolitan-style dough, good-quality ingredients, very friendly service. The only flaw: I asked for a light pizza and it arrived burnt.

Nice place on the outskirts of Bolzano. Contemporary pizza is good but not exceptional. It's a shame the vegetables were still cold.

First time at this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised! Delicious pizza and very easy-to-digest dough. I asked for a variation of the pizza I wanted and they made it exactly as I requested. The service was fast and the staff were friendly. Charcoal-fired dough is also available! I'll definitely be back!
