31/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, but we were pleasantly surprised. Just a few meters from the main road in Cortaccia, yet in a quiet location, there's a truly special place. You wouldn't expect it from the outside, but inside it's very charming and well-kept. The owner makes excellent pizza, thin and crispy, and is happy to chat with customers. The other dishes are also unique and more refined; you might pay a few euros more, but it's worth it. Highly recommended! We'll be back soon.
27/12/2025: We spent Christmas Eve at the Fischerhof in Kurtatsch for the second time, and it was simply wonderful. The food was outstanding. Every course was delicious and prepared with great care. We especially appreciated that the chef came to our table personally after each course – he was incredibly friendly and genuine. The service was also superb: very friendly, attentive, and warm. A thoroughly enjoyable evening in a fantastic atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

10/01/2026: The food was excellent. We were served by a truly nice young man, friendly, helpful, polite, and "clean"—we might say impeccable. A small mistake from the kitchen; the apology and the fact that they didn't charge for the dish were much appreciated. I can't say if they've changed management or if the wait staff has made such a big difference compared to years ago, but in any case, it's become a place that has pleasantly surprised me.
05/01/2026: I ordered a one-meter pizza online. I thought I'd cut a meter of pizza into portions, but this one was 76 cm long and the box didn't exceed 85 cm. The dough was a little too chewy for my taste.

During those three years, I dreamed of returning to try their kebab again.
The time has finally come, and I'd say the flavor I tasted three years ago hasn't changed.
Truly top-notch!!!!

Outstanding pizza, a huge selection, and very fresh ingredients, with no expense spared.
We were very satisfied.
The lady was also very friendly.
06/09/2025: Quite inconsistent. The pizza by the slice is sometimes good, sometimes not (especially in terms of digestibility). The wait times for home delivery are often very long. This inconsistency has led us to look elsewhere.

21/10/2025: A very welcoming atmosphere, finally cloth napkins, excellent classic pizza (not gourmet or Neapolitan-style), long-standing, very professional owners (sometimes lacking a smile).
Highly recommended if you're looking for atmosphere and classic pizza (in my experience, but there's also cuisine)!
28/09/2025: The pizza is highly recommended. The atmosphere is lovely and very well-maintained. Unfortunately, we felt rather intrusive as guests. The service, I think it was the owners, was unfortunately very dismissive and made you feel unwelcome. We certainly won't be coming back.

18/10/2025: We had an overnight stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Because of our dog, we had breakfast outside the dining room. Unfortunately, it was a bit uncomfortable. But we managed it ourselves as best we could. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. Nice room and friendly service.

07/11/2025: One of the few traditional restaurants left in Eppan, without any pretension.
From the workers' menu to the regular menu, there's something for everyone. The pizza is exactly how a pizza should be: thin crust and plenty of toppings. Excellent value for money. If you want a thick crust, look for a
"Pizza al taglio."
Of course, the service is also praised.

28/01/2026: I sat with my family (6 people) after receiving the menu, and for the next 30 minutes, no one showed any interest in us, despite repeated requests. If you have a ski pass, time is of the essence. I can't rate the food because I didn't have the opportunity. It's not professional.
24/01/2026: The food here is tasty, and their pizzas are definitely the best and most affordable deal you can find on the slopes. However, you need to bring some patience when it comes to the service—it can be quite slow, especially if you’re seated in the side room. Great for a budget-friendly meal if you’re not in a rush!
