13/12/2025: Overall, we were very satisfied. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the food was top-notch. However, what really bothered us was that our towels smelled absolutely musty. We'd been misled by them, and they were immediately musty. It was truly awful. I'm not usually sensitive to smells, but that was completely unacceptable. It wouldn't have been worth mentioning if the smell had been gone after we exchanged the towels.

12/11/2025: The Tenne Lodge has a great location right next to the gondola, making it ideal for skiers. From the outside, the hotel is very attractive and blends well into the natural surroundings. The rooms are very spacious and furnished in an alpine style. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. However, many minor issues unfortunately contribute to a negative impression of the hotel, especially considering it's a 5-star establishment. The welcome was not only very cold but rather dismissive, and we didn't feel particularly welcome. We were aware of the 2:00 PM check-in time, but being greeted with the phrase "Check-in is from 2:00 PM" is completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. There was no inquiry about our well-being, our arrival, or anything similar, and when we had questions about a day's activities, we were referred to an app. Despite the hotel being quite empty, we weren't allowed into our room until 2:00 PM. (We arrived at 12:50 PM.) This is rather petty and reinforced our initial negative impression. We were not escorted to our room or given a brief introduction to the hotel. We received a slip of paper with information, but the reality was quite different. According to the posted notice, the whirlpool was supposed to be open until 7:00 PM, but it had already been drained by 6:00 PM. The entire hotel's design felt somewhat dated. Textured wallpaper, very cheap outdoor chairs, and truly awful loungers on the balconies are not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The pool area is very spacious, but the loungers are crammed together, giving it the feel of a neglected spa. From the pool, you can practically see the hairdresser at work. Nobody needs that. The sauna area is very spacious, but again, nothing special compared to other hotels. The transition between the sauna and pool areas is somewhat makeshift and requires a key. Incidentally, they still use "real" keys here, not keycards. Generally, many things seem poorly thought out and rather impersonal. For example, in a hotel of this price range, I don't expect teapot tea or teacups with the Teekanne logo on them. The gym is small but quite well-equipped, but the exercise mats were so worn and filthy that I decided against working out. Breakfast was good, and the à la carte dishes were of excellent quality. The 13-course dinner was outstanding. Incredibly high quality, beautifully presented, and perfectly seasoned. However, the table manners could be improved, as could the service. Placemats at breakfast? Awful! The staff needs more intensive training. They rarely asked how the food was, and used plates were often simply left untouched. Laurin, on the other hand, is an incredibly attentive and wonderful employee. It's unbelievable that a hotel in 2025 still doesn't have high-speed internet. At times, we couldn't even use Google or Instagram, let alone Zoom (we had to work). I also find the "open" duvet cover problematic. It's convenient for the staff, but simply unhygienic for the guests. There are some fantastic hotels in South Tyrol (Schgaguler, Milla Montis), but the Tenne Lodge is unfortunately not one of them.

12/03/2026: One 0.5l pilsner for €7 (I think that's too expensive), and then the waitress takes the tip herself, and the change isn't correct. 🫣 What a shame, we'll go to the next place...

12/03/2026: Delicious food, great service, and quick order fulfillment. The beef was amazing, and the pizza was superb. We highly recommend it. We'll gladly return.

31/10/2025: Only pizza during the winter months, but it's fantastic. Topped with excellent ingredients and baked to perfection. All this in a rustic, cozy atmosphere at fair prices. We'll definitely be back whenever we're in the area.

29/10/2025: Thought I would enjoy the food because there were quite a few good reviews, but I could only order pizza, which I didn't really like because the base was so soft that I couldn't even eat a slice properly, unfortunately. 28-10-2025

30/01/2026: Large cold buffet, but microwaveable, with grilled vegetables, not fish. And then there's the pizzeria and restaurant. Elegant and well-kept.

07/03/2026: The local center of the universe. The complex has a restaurant, a minimarket, a ski service, a ski school, and a kids' club with supervised activities. Excellent organization.

15/02/2026: A very nice place with a wide selection of food. You can almost always find a seat on the terrace or inside. The selection of food and drinks is extensive. Burgers, pizza, pasta...

06/04/2026: A restaurant where EVERYTHING is perfect... Great location, fantastic view from the terrace, plenty of free tables today (Easter Monday), parking right outside, super friendly service, quick preparation of the food, and it was fresh and delicious... We'll definitely be back, and again in the next few days...

09/03/2026: We ate here this evening. The pizzas were delicious. The service was very pleasant – friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. We wanted to leave a tip, but they didn't accept them, and the server even deducted €0.40 and rounded the bill down to €30. The parking situation is also very good and convenient. The restaurant has a great view. The decor is a bit dated, but cozy – you could even say rustic. Overall, a great experience and good value for money!

22/02/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ristorante & Pizzeria Stella Alpina in Bolzano is a great place for a truly Italian meal. The spaghetti was delicious – perfectly al dente, with a bold, well-seasoned sauce. The carbonara and the tomato and meat sauce were excellent. The pizza was crispy, fresh, made with very good ingredients and perfectly baked dough. The wine, served in carafe bottles, was also a pleasant addition, perfectly complementing the dinner. We walked in off the street with a group of 13 people. A seat was found for us, and the waiter quickly rearranged the tables, separating the children's and adults' tables. The staff's English was less good; they mixed up about two dishes, but they were still good 😀 A very successful visit – I definitely recommend it! 🇮🇹🍕🍝🍷

06/09/2025: Quite inconsistent. The pizza by the slice is sometimes good, sometimes not (especially in terms of digestibility). The wait times for home delivery are often very long. This inconsistency has led us to look elsewhere.

07/12/2025: Exactly what you'd expect from a place called "best kebab": the best kebab! All the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the price is right. Definitely recommended.
