05/07/2026: Catastrophic, I have no words. We have been coming here for over 5 years, I wrote a glowing review 2 years ago and now I have to change it. Where do I even start. After receiving our starters it look almost an hour for our mains to arrive, they only arrived almost 10 minutes after I asked the waitress and she said 1 minute for their arrival. When the meat arrived…… the lamb chops: basically all fat, had as much meat and my daughter could consume as maybe the palm of her hand, the meat was quite dry and not pleasant to eat. She ordered the vegetables as a side, they were so salty, impossible to eat. My husband also had the lamb chops and had the same problem. As a side he ordered the mixed salad, which never arrived and they tried to charge us for it. I ordered the tagliata, half the meat was veins to the point I had to leave half of it. I ordered the fries which looked like they had been fried yesterday, this morning and then microwaved. My daughter wanted a dessert originally but changed her mind after this food. The service… where to start on that. The waitors look like they dont know what they are doing. Im sorry but if my table is sitting for almost an hour without any food, that should have been noticed. Our wine glasses sat empty for 25 minutes before my husband decided to it himself. When we went to pay, I told the lady our lack of enthusiasm and satisfaction with our meal and she could NOT have cared less. She brushed us off and seemed like she cared more about us paying and leaving quickly then leaving satisfied. Will not be returning. Very upsetting as like i said we came here every year for over 5 years, but this quality, food and service is disgraceful.

05/07/2026: Save your money, your time, and your appetite. Dissapointing to the maximum. I have been coming to this restaurant for years yet after this experience that will finally come to an end. I’m never returning and you should not come either. Everything was fine in the beginning but after our starters were taken away, the nightmare began. It took almost an hour for our mains to arrive and they only arrived after I had to remind the waitress that we existed. Our wine glasses sat empty for over 20 minutes before we had to refill them ourselves. Once the mains arrived….. no words. Lamb chops: full of fat, dry, enough meat to maybe satisfy a lizard, maybe a large chihuahua definitely not a weasel. The vegetables as a side so salty, felt like I was eating a block of salt. The beef tagliata, so veiny and boarder like inedible, I think only a starving fox would be satisfied with this meat. Half had to be left. The French fries looked dryer than the Sahara desert, definately not fresh. The salad never arrived and they tried to charge us for it. When I raised this while paying the bill the waitress did not care. At all. Seemed like she wanted us to get out more than caring about us as paying customers. Don’t come here. Save your money.

12/06/2026: My hubby and I had a great meal at this lively and fun filled pizzeria. We went on a Friday night and the place was packed with families and couples. The owner/host made us feel welcome and we ordered the fried stuffed olives and mozzarella to start. Delicious.!! Then came 2 faboulous pizzas and wine. The pizzas were great!!! Sadly, we had no room for dessert. The staff worked well together, creating a warm and welcoming experience.

11/06/2026: The waitress who served us was rather unfriendly; she seemed unwilling to serve us because she couldn't understand us in our broken Italian, English, or Spanish. We asked for fries with side dishes, and she didn't even notice. The pizzas are very good, typical Italian thin-crust pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, like the ones you can get at any Tagliatella restaurant, which really bring back the authentic taste of Italy. The place is nice, with parking nearby. I can't comment on the hotel because I didn't stay there; this review is for the restaurant. It's inexpensive, but the food is quite good.

05/06/2026: Highly recommended for this restaurant! 🥰 We found this restaurant by accident and were really impressed. The service is great and the food is a hit if you're looking for Italian pizza and pasta.

25/05/2026: The chicken breast was good, but I think €20 is too high and not fair for that portion. For that price, I would have expected at least a side dish. Or something special in some way... in the end, it was just boiled chicken breast for €20. I'm sorry, but it wasn't worth it.

18/05/2026: I'd like to start my review by saying BRAVA to the owner... She makes you feel at home, she's very kind and always smiling, and the waitress is always attentive and very nice... It's located in the center of Chiusi... a typical Tuscan restaurant with tables on the main pedestrian street... For our first course, we had Pici all'aglione, and I was disappointed because they were undercooked and lacking in seasoning. For our second course, we had Tagliata, which was nothing to complain about, very good, and then the tiramisu, which was also good... A glass of Tuscan red... About 40 euros per person. Happy?... Even though the pici weren't great, yes, I'm happy.

20/06/2026: We ate dinner there twice. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We were completely satisfied.

18/06/2026: The service was good, the pasta was bland and lacking in seasoning. Some of the sauces seemed watered down, perhaps diluted with too much cooking juice. Others, like the white ragùs, were too sparingly served and lacked salt and flavor, and the bread was just four thin, almost transparent slices. The place is nice, but all those signs warning against taking photos took away some of the charm.

26/06/2026: The hotelier where we were staying sent us, we were disappointed by the menu they offered us which was totally different from the one described on their website, I can't speak badly of the dining room staff and then there were too many flies

23/06/2026: It is open until late which is convenient I asked pizza for take away it was ready in 10 min and it was one of the best pizzas I have tried for a reasonable price and tasty filling .

28/05/2026: We love this place! It‘s our favorite Pizza and we come here everytime we‘re in the area. It‘s not fancy, rather simple but the owners are so nice and the pizza is the best in the world (according to our kids ;). Enjoy!!

25/05/2026: The pizzas are good. The service is fast. It's takeout, but everything is set up so you can eat in. I went there with my two children who had fun in the small square.
