We had the pleasure of tasting their generous homemade pasta, with sauces bursting with flavor, and the pizzas, cooked in an authentic wood-fired oven with an incredibly light dough. Our now numerous visits have been a constant confirmation of the excellence of their cuisine and the sincere cordiality of the environment. I recommend always taking a look at the off-menu to find seasonal dishes, as always spectacular! La Brusta is without a doubt a must-see for those who want high-quality food in a welcoming setting.

12/05/2025: The worst service ever! We ordered meat and fish because in the menu was but it was a tourist trap. The price was just for 100gr. So, if you are near the vatican, there are plenty of better options than this one. PD: they didn’t give us a valid ticket, so we had to asked for.

02/07/2025: A pleasant and welcoming restaurant both aesthetically and thanks to the super friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed phenomenal pappardelle with wild boar as well as all the other dishes. If you want to feel at home, stop by here!

19/05/2025: I went for a confirmation, there were ten of us with lunch already decided but the service was poor, we waited a long time between one course and the other and several people who arrived after us moved on, we were among the first to arrive and were the last to leave. The food was good, the Tuscan appetizer with poor quality cold cuts, croutons and the spoon polenta was insignificant, lumpy and poor quality like flour, most likely the instant kind. First course, pappardelle with wild boar where you could only taste the tomato and no wild boar, acceptable meat tortelli but not the best. Second course, tagliata with green pepper, really insignificant, I won't say anything else for those who like meat. I won't be returning.

09/06/2025: There are many Italian restaurants along the strip but the reason my husband and myself decided to eat here is Gaiya , one of the lovely, friendly staff who unlike the other restaurants was not pushy at all. She came across as very knowledgeable and passionate about the menu, explained everything we asked about certain dishes and helped us to decide on what we would enjoy eating. Then we had Ratul, unsure if he was the manager but he was just as friendly and helpful, he made us feel welcome and on our last evening when we decided to eat here again he sent us complementary limoncello with our meal. Amazing food and amazing service to match!

07/06/2025: Cerca de la torre inclinada de Pisa, La Torre era una gran opción para el almuerzo al aire libre. El menú de spritz - bruschetta y aperol por 7 € fue el bocado de luz perfecto del mediodía. Mis hijos disfrutaron de espaguetis pomodoro y al ragu - ambos comentaron lo sabroso que era! El camarero nos dio mucho tiempo para leer el menú y fue muy atento a pesar de que el restaurante se llenó rápidamente. Recomiendo encarecidamente si usted está en la zona. Fantástico servicio, comida y relación calidad-precio.

12/05/2025: We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance. The room is very clean and sober. Professional staff and pizza........extraordinary!!! Try it to believe it. Really many compliments. In 50 years, perhaps the pizza I liked most. Many compliments!!

27/04/2025: Returned after many years for dinner with friends: we ate well from the starter to the dessert. Everything was very good, fast service. The second course of grilled squid skewers was honestly a bit poor. The meat dishes were plentiful. The desserts were excellent. Finding parking is not very easy, but if you turn around a little you can find it. After all, Buti is a small town. I will return. A wonderful evening.

26/04/2025: Ottima pizzeria al taglio dive abbiamo assaggiato anche la buonissima Cecina. Hanno anche delle squisite focacce. Venendo da piazza dei Miracoli è la prima pizza al taglio che abbiamo trovato e ci siamo fiondati!! Rapporto qualità prezzo top, scelta indovinatissima!

22/06/2025: We had already been there and the Tuscan pizza 🍕 was confirmed to be of a good standard as were the penne alla maurone, on this occasion there was also the issue of Diolaiuti who, having left the Neapolitan, was ready to break the banks for the rapprochement with the vegans. There was much talk of the cancellation of the bunk beds planned for the new mansion. We saw the crazy girl again.

03/11/2024: I've been getting pizza from Rugantino for months, always takeaway. Always excellent, good ingredients, light dough balanced between filling and pasta, cooked well. Particularly kind and friendly. Personally I don't find the layout of the room pleasant, but they have a pleasant covered outdoor space.

31/05/2025: Worse. Pizza was good until recently. Last 3 times it was poor. Poor table service lacks eye and presence. Prices a bit too high... Only the good fish remains. Went again tonight. Even worse! Service food and..... hot prosecco. I won't go back.
