02/08/2026: We've known this pizzeria for over 20 years, ever since it offered takeout near the Pontedera hospital. What can I say? We feel right at home every time we come for their 5-star pizza—good, soft, and with a thick crust. Well done, guys!

05/08/2026: A nice and authentic spot just outside the hustle and bustle of Pisa itself. From there, it's a pleasant walk of no more than 10 minutes. The delicious food and friendly people make those 10 minutes more than worth it!

05/08/2026: Unfortunately we didn't have a good time. We came on Wednesday evening. Since it's summer and there are a lot of mosquitoes, we asked for mosquito coils, but there weren't any. There wasn't any mosquito spray, but that's quite normal. We then ordered pizzas at 8:10 pm and they arrived at 9:40 pm. 1 hour and 30 minutes for 5 pizzas. The place wasn't full. There were some people who arrived later and were served earlier. The food was decent, after all, and it was in a nice place, except for the mosquitoes. I've also seen other reviews where they had the same problem with them taking too long to bring the food, so I don't recommend it.

08/07/2026: A charming little restaurant with shady outdoor seating. The service is friendly, but the kitchen is very inflexible (I didn't get olives for my gluten-free pizza). The food was okay, but there's definitely room for improvement.

28/04/2026: A pizzeria — or rather a focacceria — is located right next to the university library and the university itself. It’s basically a local canteen for residents and students. The food is tasty, quick, and affordable 🙂 You won’t find waiters there, and the staff doesn’t speak English. Ordering food is done through gestures and smiles 🙂 It’s a friendly, authentic place with great atmosphere and delicious food 🙂

27/01/2026: Every time I order pizza here, I'm blown away: I've never tasted a pizza with such a good dough. I swear. Affordable, friendly staff, and a wide variety of flavors. Ideal for a quick lunch or a tasty snack with friends.

14/07/2026: Absolutely delicious food, and nice wines by the glass. Had dinner here with a friend while visiting the city and we enjoyed the pasta dishes very much. The location is good, and is pretty at night as the outdoor seating is lit up beautifully. Downside on the atmosphere is that tables are very close to each other - it’s ok if you’re happy listening to your neighbours conversation or banging elbows with other diners, but I like a little bit more space. The service is very quick in terms of taking your order and then it was hard to get staff’s attention for anything else (we had quite an wait for another drinks order, and for getting the bill). Overall though a 4-star experience, it’s one of the better restaurants in a very touristy area.

13/04/2026: We went out to eat a few Saturdays ago... we paid for a 6-course seafood tasting for 4 but it was for 2 and a half people because there were very few mussels... then afterwards we had fish ravioli, a dessert for two, water and coffee and two place settings. €50 per person seemed a bit high to me since it was in Orentano and not on the seafront.

25/03/2026: Business lunch for €16 because it included tagliata. I asked for medium/rare and it arrived dry or almost. I should have sent it back. I didn't order the entree but added a side dish. We ate on the veranda, not even when it was warm. Total €23, even too much. It's better to get the €10 menu.

12/04/2026: Very negative. I recently went there with my wife for pizza. It arrived completely burned and covered in bubbles, but they served it anyway. The owner didn't even bother to say hello; he only walked past to refill his glass of wine from the fridge. The lady who served us was certainly more polite, but overall the rating is terrible.
