18/02/2025: Last night I was at Pizzeria Il Moreccio and I must say that it was an excellent experience. The pizza dough was light and well-leavened, with quality ingredients that enhanced the flavor. I also tried the cecina, truly exceptional, with the right crunchiness on the outside and softness on the inside. The service was quick and courteous, even though the place was quite busy. The environment is simple but welcoming, perfect for an informal dinner. If you are looking for a pizzeria that focuses on quality and authentic taste, Il Moreccio is definitely worth trying.

05/02/2025: I ordered for a spaghetti promodoro, bottom line their service SUCKS,!!! My pasta was soft and I raised it with the staff, who said, wait for the waiter who served me. Then the waitress came and started arguing about how we should have asked for our pasta to be cooked Al dente. Silly right? One, the waitress with the curly hair didn't even bother to explain or asked, she was in a hurry taking our orders and now she said that we should have told them. Secondly, we've been yo restaurants and orders pasta and each time, our pasta is Al dente perfectly without us even asking for it. Crazy!!! But I could have tolerated their food but their customer service is terrible!!!

11/03/2025: Pizza e Pasta da Salva is my go-to place when I want a good pizza delivered to my door. Whenever I order from home, this pizzeria is my safe choice. Their pizzas maintain an exceptional quality even with take-out, a rare aspect in many pizzerias where the pizza tends to become soft and tasteless. From Salva, the pizza arrives at home as if it had just come out of the oven, fragrant and tasty. In addition to the quality, the prices are fair.

24/03/2025: La comida era horrible y repugnante. Los servidores son muy groseros y agresivos con los turistas. Te cobran una cantidad ridícula por cada servidor. aEsperamos más de 1 . 30 horas para 2 pizzas. Por favor, no vayas a este restaurante si estás pensando en ello.

30/03/2025: The food was average, good, and the service was fine. But they kicked me out at the end when I was getting the bill... the tables were still set, and they yelled at us to leave... if I had my way, I would have left right then. But my Mexican upbringing tells me I have to pay before I leave.

There is a wait, yes, but for us the pizza is worth it, if it improved that too it would be a full 5. However it remains my favorite pizza in Pisa

Notevolissimi la fregola con vongole mantecate al pecorino e gli sparnocchi su letto di pappa al pomodoro con fonduta! Vini e formaggi sublimi ma è la fantasia di Simone che li esalta

30/01/2025: An elderly gentleman who makes pizzas in a wood-fired oven and makes them in the pan that any grandmother at home uses, you can't call me pizza for 2 reasons: 1 you can't taste the flavor and crunchiness of the stone heated by the embers, it's 2 because they make the pizzas so small that in real pizzerias they're baby and in the end they cost too much for their quality, I completely screwed up.
