10/06/2025: We vonden het bij ons eerste bezoek heel lekker (filetto di manzo en spaghetti alle vongole), dus keerden we de volgende dag terug voor de osso bucco: top!! Alles heel verzorgd en vlotte, vriendelijke bediening. En het redtaurant is aangenaam gekoeld. Een mooie herinnering aan ons verblijf in Firenze!

When passion is seen and tasted, finally a place where celiacs feel welcome, the owner (celiac) has committed to making a menu entirely available also in gluten-free version and in maximum safety. 21/08/2025: We were invited by a dear friend who knows the place and the owners. Just last night, they had seafood carbonara. An unrivaled delight. Generous portions and well-seasoned. The fried fish? One of the best I've ever tried. A rum expertly served with dark chocolates. A feast of flavor. The kindness and attention to detail are priceless. Thanks so much to our friend who introduced us to such a prestigious restaurant. I will definitely be back. If that's the case, I'll want to try other specialties too.

08/06/2025: Nonostante abiti abbastanza vicino a questo ristorante ieri sera con la mia famiglia ci siamo recati Ai Fagiolari. Scelta azzeccata in piena. Ambiente curato ed elegante, cibo eccellente e materie prime scelte con cura. Da provare i tagliolini alla Gricia mantecati nella forma del pecorino, ottimi i fritti. Carta dei vini eccellente. Personale raro da trovare, Jacopo che si è occupato del servizio un ottimo uomo di sala.

I've been coming here often for almost two years, but they moved, so I can't go anymore! 1. Food The food is absolutely delicious. The pizzas here have a lot of ingredients, and the menu is extensive and delicious! The pizza dough is chewy and a little hard to cut, but it's still delicious!! The pasta is a bit spicy, but for Korean palates, it's a little too spicy. Unlike other pastas, it's not overly spicy or greasy! And the panna cotta dessert is rich and filling! Be sure to order fruit! It's absolutely delicious! 2. Price First of all, the prices are absolutely fantastic!! Delicious food can be expensive, but this place is half the price. A really large pizza costs 6-8 euros! 3. The owner is genuinely fun and kind. They're all the best.

20/08/2025: This is a small but very charming restaurant overlooking Impruneta's central square. You can sit both inside and outside. Due to the weather, I think the outdoor area was covered, but it had the most atmosphere. Inside, it's a bit less so. The staff is friendly and attentive. And they work incredibly hard with the three waiters. Hats off to them. The food was delicious. And not very expensive either. Definitely worth a visit.

28/07/2025: I had a really delicious green pepper fillet. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, and unfortunately we couldn't eat on the terrace as we'd have liked because the weather wasn't good. The pistachio ravioli were also good. The staff was friendly.
