23/04/2025: horrible to go, is my last time in italy and i ordered a risotto at 12 because my flight leaves at 2 and i expected to get it between 12:30 or 1:00, the restaurant didn’t pick the order up, the driver didn’t either and then it took like 2 whole hours to cook, the risotto looked really good and i was very excited but i couldn’t even try it, i hadn’t eaten all day waiting for this, so disappointing, i was hours without eating because the food didn’t come, horrible delivery service, wish they picked that order quicker.

14/05/2025: Randomly stopped here on the way back on a road trip from sienna. Gorgeous food, impeccable service, had some exotic free appetisers, beautiful wines, generous portions, nestled in the heart of Tuscany, must go to spot if in the area. We absolutely loved the food 😍

Impasto della pizza cingommoso di scarsissima qualità per non parlare dei dolci disgustosi, non abbiamo detto niente, ma uno aveva un aspetto e odore brutto sembrava avariato! Lo abbiamo lasciato lì! L'unica cosa positiva è l'ambiente carino, è un vero peccato!

02/06/2025: Yesterday we had a reservation at 10pm, we waited twenty minutes outside (even though there were free tables inside but not cleared) together with other people and in the company of a child who was throwing shots at the wall or at us, without giving us the slightest importance. After sitting down, we waited another 15 minutes to order. The place was completely upside down, plus the only waiter there (the other person in the room, I assume was the owner) served the tables, cleaned the tables with the product, cleared dirty glasses, all with the same pair of gloves also used to fill the pizzas, a bit unhygienic and ugly to look at. Good pizza but yesterday's context absolutely does not make you want to go back.

01/06/2025: The staff was friendly and it seemed like a restaurant frequented by many local Italians. When I went, I was seated right away without waiting, but after about 5 minutes, there was a wait for the seats to be filled. The pizza dough was really chewy and delicious. Everyone said one pizza per person, but I could only eat half and took the rest home to eat for breakfast the next day. The pizza was delicious even when it was cold... I don't think I'll ever forget it.

The balance of flavors was divine, with every bite capturing the heart of Tuscan cuisine. Simple, honest, and utterly delicious. But what truly sets this place apart is the service. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the moment we walked in, we felt like welcome guests rather than customers. The staff was knowledgeable and happy to guide us through the menu, making the experience feel both personal and special.

02/05/2025: Excellent discovery after years of not passing through Sagginale....we came for Giorgione's tortello, but at Pentolaccia you will find equally good and plentiful tortelli....and fair prices!

04/05/2025: Small place in a secluded area and away from the tourist streets. It was recommended to us by a friend from Florence. Our children ate a very tasty pizza. We adults ate pici cacio e pepe and tagliolini with fresh tomato and stracciatella. First courses were nothing short of fabulous, tasty, creamy, they melted in your mouth. Certainly not dietary, but the diet is done at home and not in Tuscany! The only thing to pay attention to: you need a few extra moments of waiting on the part of the waiters before taking away the dishes at the end of dinner, just if you are still finishing enjoying the last bite. To be recommended
